when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage.
after long practice we complained and so many time phoned on call center. they your area is very long from our service centre we passed your complaints not possible to atent very shortly.
it means if want to pruchase samsung product we want to stay at nearest placeof serice centre and knowing english langauage/
very shame the international brand cheating with indian citizens with wetenr business stlye.

Venkata Sai Gas Agencies — delayed delivery and negligence

I booked gas refill for home delivery but have not received it even after one week. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he/she will say 'one week' and will cut the line. It is just a sheer negligence towards the consumer. It will be good for a working people like me if they let us know the date when they deliver. And this is not this first time this is happening. I have to face this every time I book for refill.

Samsung India Ltd — NO RESPONSE FOR 2 MONTHS

I own a Samsung refrigerator which I purchased in the year 2005. The handle of the refrigerator broke about 2 months back. I have made a complaint to Samsung with their customer services on telephone on 10 Sep 2008 and I have been given ([protected]) as complaint number. I was visited by a service engineer on the next day of the complaint who said that the part is to be procured and will be replaced within 3 to 4 days. However, I am disgusted to say that there has been no response after that. I have been repeatedly complaining in the customer services every 3 days and I get the same response that it will be done shortly or at least somebody will at least respond to you on the phone. I am surprised and disgusted at this level of taking for granted of the customers and I have already started telling my friends and relatives not to buy SAMSUNG products and go in for only some Indian product. I would request the readers and the people who matter to try and drill some sense into the senseless SAMSUNG people.

I, Om Prakash Shahi r/o B-157, Jawahar Park, Khan pur, am facing water problem from last six months. There is no water in our lane. Six months ago operator was taking bribe and providing us water after few days when we complained to higher authority he is not taking interest in providing us water and now every after 3-4 days we called to tanker and paid him Rs. 600/- and filled our personal tankies. Sumsung/ Split A/C — Service for repair A/C

I Registered a complaint for repairing my Split A/C on 28th of Feb. on Sumsung Call centre. Till now no one come to repaire from Sumsung service Cenre, everyday I reminde them for my complaint, but no one bother for my complaint, I buy all sumsung household equipment for my house, but now i feel very sad for buying product from sumsung, because of poor service after sales

Iam Dr. Deepak Gupta s/o Sh.Fateh Chand Gupta R/o Manohar Sadan, Near Syndicate Bank below National Insurance Company Hapur Chopla, Modinagar distt.Ghaziabad (U.P.) .We had purchased an air conditioner of samsung india 2 years back . since then it had not working properly, but recently in the month of April 18' 09 we had complained to shop from where we had purchased it. Later we had also complained to the company service center at ghaziabad, but all in vain . The engg. came and said that gas had to be replaced . That had also be done in few days, but situation remain the same and it is now more than 15 days although one engg. came but he is not able to recognize the problem and nobody in the company bothers about the same .

i gave my mobile phone model E 840 IMEI no [protected] for repairing to Rahul Traders, Rani bagh, new delhi on 29 march 2009. i was told that charging pin is broken and it will take 1 week for the phone to be repaired by samsung co. The dealing person was Mr sunil. but after repeated follow ups it was not repaired. i had to request them to get my phone back and finally got it back on 20th april. The phone that was returned to me was not in working condition and when i tried to get it repaired from open market, i was told that vital parts of the motherboard of the phone were missing and it was useless to try to get it repaired as the cost would be too high. here i would just like to clarify that i got the phone opened in front of me in the open market, so it cannot be said that the repair centre in open market cheated me. i am quite sure it was the handiwork of Rahul Traders.
what i want to know is why does such a reputed co have such fraudulent dealers/service centres who just want to earn money by cheating other people of their hard earned money. Such cheats should be publicly humiliated for such misdeeds and their agency should be immediately terminated along with taking away their status of authorised service centre. Samsung co should check the credentials before appointing anyone as authorised service centre. for me and public at large dealing with authorised centre means dealing with the co. Due to this reason we can trust the service centre by letting them keep our valuables for whatever duration they say. if this is what happens to our valuables then who will trust such a service centre and such a co.

Samsung — Customers threat for life at our Showroom

I bought AC and TV from the showroom “Sky View Sales “at Ratan PArk Apartment, Opp. Jain MAndir Rander road area, Surat,

Today I went to showroom to take small pipe for AC as I did not know what size I shall buy.

A boy called “KISHORE” was attending us as I was with my father; he was talking to us as if he has given AC and TV free of cost to us. I objected the way he was talking, and with this he responded by pushing me from my shoulders and this made me to respond by high voice and for sure I wont bear this kind of behavior as customer.

Suddenly he raised his hand and was about to slap me. But my father came in between and he got hurt of that,

The owner Mr. Deepak Patel came out and instead of asking his employee to behave properly he asked us to get out of showroom, and insulted us with his words, more over, he called someone on his cell in front o[censored]s, and he was saying someone to bring rods and swords all and was saying that he knows my name and address and he would attack at my home with all.

We are customers of Samsung and we bought AC and TV from there and this is what we get at Showroom.

We were about to register a FIR in police still looking at Samsung brand we gave a second thought so that Samsung could take actions against all those Stupid peoples. Who don’t have any sense to treat?

I had brought a Samsung fridge, 260 ltrs and Microwave from M/s Gulzar Electronicd, Deolali in May 2009, but only the service person of the microwave had visited and explained the functioning. I had asked him to send the service person for getting the setting of the doors for the fridge. I had also complained to the dealer but nobody has visited so far as on date. Pls detail yr rep from Nasik, Nasik Road or from ur factory to set the door. if not done within 10 days of this complaint, I would be forced to return the fridge and ask for full refund.

First problem : My refrigerator is not working and I made a complaint. After one week service man had come and told that the refrigerator is in choke condition and we should fill the gas. The estimated amount is 950 INR approximately. We will agree and and made the accepted call. After 20 days the service men will come and fill the gas in the refrigerator. During the 2 days of observation after the service the cooling control is not functioning properly. Again I made a complaint. The seviceman will come after one month and told to us that the cooling control problem with thermostat. So you have to change the thermostat. We will accept to change the thermostat. After 20 days the service man had come and change the thermostat. The same day itself I observed the refrigerator again went back to choking condition (cooling action not working). The service men changed the thermostat had not handover the old thermostat to my family member. Also he had not signed the signature in the service receipt.. I and family member made complaints to the chennai samsung service centres several times (Sanvee customer care and Sunbeam Electronic) regarding this issues. But the service centre incharge Mr.Bilal told that he had charge the gas refilling amount if you want your refrigerator has to be service. So you should pay the amount of 950 INR. I am totally unsatisfied this type of your service. I had made several complaints for the past 5 months regarding this issue. I am totally vexed for your service. Please kindly rectify this problem.

I fully agree that the Samsung Services in India are pathetic. There is a defective fridge problem which had started in 2008, 9 months after the fridge was delivered, and it is still going on inspite of compressor having been replaced 3 times in the last one year. The Company refuses to replace the defective fridge and leave alone an apology for all the harrassment, the Service staff reply with very crude and abusive language.

Will the Samsung Head office staff kindly take note of all the above complaints, as it is very bad publicity for the company, and we are all advising our friends NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG because of the terrible After-sales service. The website says to quote the complaint number i all future correspondence but keep changing the number with every reminder. Hence maybe no one is aware of what is going on here. If there isany PRO over at the Head office kindly ask your Service Centre at Goa, (Dealer Talaulikar Electricals) regarding Transaction No. [protected] and request a history of the case from your Service staff as this has been going on since 31st October 2008.

I purchase samsung mobile J-150 from Global Access from Marthalli Bangalore. BSNL has rejected this mobile for IEMI no validity. I approached service centre Domlur Bangalore-71 and given for rectification on 20 Jul 09. Till today 04 Sep 09, nither i received my mobile after repair nor i got refund of my money. Service centre has informed inability to rectify the snag of my new mobile. Due to non availability i have lost so may important meetings and commitments. In future I may think 100 times before purchase of any Samsung product.

I have also a complaint against Samsung, I have bought Washing Machine on 5 th September 09, and i lodged a complaint next day with its Customer Care and i am following it up every day but still no one has come to visit and height is that whenever i call customer care they say with in 2 hours u will recieve a call from service center and no one calls!!!

They asked me to contact at Niralanagar service center, where they deposited my set at 15-07-09 and asked me to contact at 17th of this month. Today they are asking for one more week!
