when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage.
after long practice we complained and so many time phoned on call center. they your area is very long from our service centre we passed your complaints not possible to atent very shortly.
it means if want to pruchase samsung product we want to stay at nearest placeof serice centre and knowing english langauage/
very shame the international brand cheating with indian citizens with wetenr business stlye.

My literal bad experience with Samsung after sales. I am using Samsung 1.5T Window AC purchased on 16/8/2009 from Kolkata. At the time of buying I was said that I will be provided 3 free services, WHICH WAS NEVER GIVEN. I lodged a complaint of non-cooling on 30/7/2010. After every day followup, the machine was taken to Samsung's local service center on 7/8/10 saying that gas has leaked & will take 6-8 days. From one week later every 2 to 3 days I am calling the service center or the helpline no., but no one is responding properly. Everytime I am said that it will take one week more. The helpline people everytime says that they will arrange a callback from the service dept within a couple of hours, but in vain. Lastly when I called the local service provider of Samsung on 27/8/10, I was told by Mr.Tuhin Mondal that it will take another 15 days . I got the no. of Samsung's local Area Service Manager, Mr.Ismail Khan([protected]) & called him. When I called him, his immediate reply in local language was who the hell am I to call me. I was shocked to hear him talk like this. I asked him, to give the number of the person whom I can talk to. He replied back saying to find it from whom I got his number. When I said this is not the proper way to talk, he again said to do whatever I liked. I am realy upset now & wondering what a wrong decision I have made purchasing three Samsung home appliances during the last one year after returning to Kolkata. I never understood that this is the culture of Samsung. My last option remains to go to consumer forum.

Not working, but till date no positive action . whenever complain different people take phone and said complain have been noted and people will visit and do the needful. but last so many days nothing has been done, whenever complain to dealer, they said its compainies duty call co to get sevvice, never seen such bad provider service. expect with this mail co will cahnge coustomer view.

I so many time tried to contact with CUSTOMER Care, but they are unable to solve my problem. Finlay I've decided to go to Consumer forum and give a legal notice, but the address mentioned on website found wrong, and my notice come back to me. I've tied lot to find out actual address of Samsung India head Office but neither Customer Service center nor customer Care gave it to me.If any body can help me to find out address of Samsung India Head Office in India please share it with me so that I can take legal action against Samsung India. I had registered a complaint for Samsung Nano Washing Machine on 8th October and the request is still pending with multiple calls to the call center to solve the problem. I have talked to various people from the Samsung service center but to no avail as they have not been able to evaluate the problem properly and now they say the part is not available.
The service is really pathetic and no accountability from the Samsung Service team. Also the machine was taken to the Samsung workshop for repair and came back after 3 days but is still not working. They say that the water tap nozzle and pipe needs to be changed and they do not have the parts available. At the same time they have charged and been paid the money to take the machine to the Service center. I do not know what they have done at the service center and if actually it has been recitified.

I would strongly suggest that nobody buy the Samsung products because of the shoddy service.

I'm from kolkata...I brought my samsung T.V. from pune in the year of 2006...now few month ago I hv a big problem in my T.V. I contact with my nearest castomer center...they(mondal appliances service, exclusive samsung service centre, 87/10, A K mukherjee road, kol-90) repair my T.V. on 03-08-10 exchange of rs. 1800...after a one and half month I got a severe problem like this...again...then I hv also complain ...one person come for inspection...bt they did nothing...and now I'm calling them continue...bt they cant take any action...
I realy upset about that king of service...I thought SAMSUNG is a good company...bt I hv to say dat...NO...they r not a responsible one...PLZ you guys do not buy any kind of things from samsung...otherwise...you hv 2 suffer...
Sir I purchased new samsung mobile c5010 on dtd.21.102010 bill no.22725 from Prakash Music centre 17, New market TT Nagar Bhopal, IMIE no.354161/04/025853/7. I found the set was automatically turnoff within ½ or 1 hour frequently. I go to dealer he send to me service centre there service expert has checked the set and given me DEO letter on behalf of that the new set provided me. But the problem are same in the replaced new set also IMIE no.354161/04/010102/6. I am puzzled to go any where and I loose my trust in SAMSUNG. Therefore pl return my mobile hand set cost

I had lodged a complaint with customer care center[protected] on 31st October 2010 and registered vide BP No.[protected] regarding a Home Theater System and almost calling the center daily but it shocking to learn that the company is only interested in sale and not after sales service. It is really pathetic because till date nobody is bothered to attend to the problems. In fact after this experience I have taken a decision not to buy any products of this company and also shall never recommend any one to go in for samsung products. In fact it seems I have wasted money. It amounts to cheating and fraud. I wanted to refer the complaint to the Chairman of the company but so far I could not find his e-mail address.

I had purchased a Samsung CDMA Mobile handset on 14th October 2010 for Rs.4300/-.

The handset has started giving problem with its Ringer within a week of its purchase. I have to always keep the Mobile on vibration, and I would miss calls if the handset is not in my pocket. I am also deprived of the facility of early morning Alarms. The battery also needs to be charged 3 times a day.

Today when I went to your following Service Centre near my house, I was told that the ringer is to be replaced and the same is not immediately available. I was told that I am required to leave the handset with them, and it would take at least 15 days to replace the ringer.

I informed your Service Centre that I have no other CDMA handset and I would be out of contact for these 15 days. The Service Centre informed that it would be better if I could manage to use the handset with the existing defect till such time the Ringer is made available. I then requested to change the handset, to which your service centre refused.

I fail to understand, when you appoint a Service Agent, how is that the parts are not available. I think you have failed in your service promise. I had a Nokia Handset earlier, and I never had any problem with their service centre. In case the Samsung Handset develops another problem, and in that time too, if the parts are not available, I will face this same problem. I fail to understand why this was not made clear when we purchased the Handset.

I then decided to take the handset back and come after 15 days and returned the Customer Copy of work order back to your Service Centre. Now that I had no reference to show that my Handset was brought to your Service Centre, I requested for some reference so that I could call them with that reference. The Service Centre Manager refused to give any such reference. As I was in need of a proof of having produced the Handset for repairs, I was forced to keep the Handset with your service centre, and take back the Customer Copy of the work order.

The Person in charge of this particular Service Centre was very rude in his behaviour. When I returned my handset in exchange for your Customer’ Copy, the Person In Charge told me that he would like to have another check of my handset, in case I have damaged the handset during the time I was in conversation with him. Such behaviour I have not seen with any Service Centre.

While I was standing there, I had seen other customers who were promised for fresh mobile chargers, but were sent back without promising any further definite date. When I see all these, how can I rely on their verbal promises?

The said Service Centre also tried to convince me to go to another Service Centre and find out if there are any stocks of Ringers there. I request them to telephone and find out, to which they said they could not.


Does the Management of Samsung train their Service Centre in such a way that the customer shall find their own way out without availing any service, and thereby bring saving to the Company.

I would request you Sir, to look into the matter and let me know when I will be in a position to use my handset for which you have received Rs.4300/-.

At the moment I am using my wife’s handset with my corporate SIM No. [protected].

It is almost one week, and there is no reply or call in this regard.

I have paid the money for the mobile and I am unable to use it due to defective piece.

The Money and the Mobile is both with you and the customer is being tested for their patience. I think the Samsung Company knows very well that the customers will get fet up one day and will give up. The Company has lot of money, time and people to fight a suit, if required, and they very well know the customers weekness.

I may also give up, but will try for some more time.

Hi,

We would like to bring to your notice the poor and shoddy service provided by Samsung regarding the complaint no. [protected] for our Microwave.

We were given to understand by the engineer that he will get the required spare part for the microwave in 4 working days on 15th Nov. but till date inspite of numerous followups with customer care we haven't heard from him.

Whenever we have checked regarding this issue we get a standard reply that someone will followup with a call or visit in the next 2 hours.

This is really surprising that Samsung indulges in such malpractices that after selling its products it takes its customers for a ride.

I purchased a samsung LCD TV LA46C650 on[protected]. Hoever it is yet tobe installed despite contacting the Service Centre several times by visits, by telephone, through sms etc.I am told that the wall bracket which is to be purchased from the service engineer only is not in stock. They assure me every day that it will come in the evening, next day morning and this is going on even today. Taking up with Customer care centre is also of no avail. I have purchase the above handset ( Samsung [protected]@t 322 ) before 15 days & activated internet service on the same. but i am not able to chat online with frnds & my officials on facebook, gmail & other networking sites.
