On 18/03/2011 I purchased a Microwave 28 Liter CE!)$VD-B/XTL model In Bombay. Same day registered at Noida service center for Demo, next day the Demo man came he was good explain every thing of samsung Microwave.
Next day being HOLI festival I called my friends so I can make dished for them on Microwave. when tried to On it was not working, It was very bad situation before friend on HOLI feast.
next day called the service man as the service center is just 2 Km away from my house. they came checked it and found that circuit problem door problem etc. he said he will come day after and repair it.
so I contacted the Service center at Kurla, Bell was ringing Nobody was responding I contacted Miss Prachi's mobile no. explained to her every thing in detail and said please arrange to replace the set as my FIRST EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD she said we don't replace we will repair it I said give me my money back she replied NOT Possible at last she agreed to replace it in 15 days. I said madam I paid hard cash on counter and why should i wait for 15 days, I said take Please give me No. of your some COMPETENT Persons Tel.No. or Branch Manager's No. She said after 30 minute she will arrange call. Hour passed Then I phoned her she said my Manager is busy. "SHAME ON HIM/Manager ' Once you promised in 30 minute he should called in 30 min. but hour passed, but nobody was taken care. after 15 minute Mr.Jai Kumar came he was also incompetent. after long discussion he agreed for refund of amount in that too after 15 days as per company's policy I asked Please arrange a call who is responsible and can take decision after an hour he gave me the mobile No, of ATUL PAWAR he said he is Branch Manager He started telling KYA HO GAYA ELECTRONIC CHIZ HAI KHARAB HO SAKTA HAI ELECTRONIC KA KOI GUARANTEE NAHI HOTA I SAID SAMSUNG IS INTERNATIONAL COMPANY NOT DELHI WALA OR CHINA COMPANY THERE MUST BE QUALITY CONTROL PAWAR REPLIED "EK AD PIECE KHARAB BHI NIKALTA HAI' BADLI KAR DENGE' SUCH A SHAME ON SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE . HE FURTHER ADDED THAT " TUM DOCTOR KE PASS JAATE HO TO KYA DOCTOR LIKH KE DETA HAI YE DAWA LO AB KABHI BIMAR NAHI PADO DE SHAME ON SAMSUNG AND HIS MANAGER' after long discussion he said I WILL ARRANGE REPLACEMENT.
I SAID IF YOU ARE IN UK YOU WOULD NOT SAID ANY THING LIKE THIS.
I AM not at all happy with the product and service within a day it found defective and statement of SAMSUNG kurla branch representative.
If any body asked me about buying any product of SAMSUNG I will not recommend.
My position was awkward before my friends on Holi festival. What damage SAMSUNG will give me.
Will somebody from SAMSUNG will Respond.
What is the way to go to consumer court.

SAMSUNG AC AS 18 B XTL — A/C NOT WORKING
complaint date.24/03/2011 Complaintno.[protected] Service Center- Sangita Electronic (Atulbhai) Not Answering My Complain to Last 16 Days i had purchased samsung ac- AS182UGA on[protected], and few months back had called technician for servicing, technician came and had went back as he did not have equipments to open the AC he promised to come back but he did not turn up. Now few days back i had again called at samsung service center for technician and he want me to pay service charges as warranty period is expired. Worst thing is that he is also asking for his travel expenses which is absolutely wrong.
After calling to the customer service department (thane) twice the phone operator says her computer is not working and she can not help me and insisted me for paying him for his travel expenses. I strongly think that lady operator does not know how to handle the comp lent sorry for being rude but i am the customer who is been very badly treated by the wrong attitude of SAMSUNG employees, ( thane branch) worst service.
Will never buy SAMSUNG products and will encourage my friends and relatives not to buy your products.

hai my drear friends i am reading the all complaints from this site i found the one major thing is customers are not finding the wright prices and service centers who they operating the service they are not saying the right pricesthe another one i found is the Nokia, L.G., micromax, maxx, other branded mobiles are not showing the importance of the customers values.
I want to say all the company who are in this market plz provide all the information according to the service cost and spare cost and how much they are takeing the other extra amount they need to cancel the agreement between the company and the customer service center.
i[censored] have a kind heart any company never try to do wrong to the customer
because customer are like a god
finally i want to say to the every company if one time u loss the customer trust u never regain that

I had purchased in Novemebr 2008 a Samsung High Definition TV. A few days back, the LCD panel colours bcame "colour negative". I lodged a complaint. It was attended by a Samsung deputed service engineer. He opened up the machine and quite simply stated that the LCD panel had to be replaced at a cost of Rs. 20000/- He had no tools with him to check what was wrong with wich part. Why did he open the back panel and what did he "see" without tools to make such a declaration. An estimate was given to me since I refused to spend such a large amount less than two years after purchase. Later, while checking it out with the remote, I could get the LCD panel working on “dynamic” mode. The standard mode continued to be in colour negative mode. However that proves beyond doubt that there was nothing wrong with the LCD panel itself as stated by the service agent. And therein lies the methodology of the scheme to cheat. If you don't give a go ahead signal to the service agent, then he will call u (or someone else will) after a few days and inform you that he can repair it for 6 to 8 thousand. But you would not get a Samsung Bill. Most customers would fall for the trap. In the process, something wich could have been resolved without any expenditure (just the visit charges), creates an opportunity for these scehmesters to make a net profit of Rs 6000/ - or so. If Samsung was a truly customer concerned company, then one of their Customer Satisfaction Team would contact a complainant. They don't but merely forward the compaint to the very person you would have compained against for redressal. That is Samsung for you - a Koraen company with less than international standards.

I have a LCD TV Samsung since last 2-3 years which was purchased from a new showroom DASS at Nasik. The TV is working fine. However 4 days ago our area had a power surge and most probably the fuse burnt out. Instead of getting it repaired by a local shop I checked with the local SAMSUNG agent about sending a service personal to look at the TV and fix on payment basis if required.
I logged on to Samsung site to check the local dealer details. The details provided were tried but the phone nos. were not working and the information provided on the site was wrong. I then mailed to Customer care asking them to provide the correct details and also about the problem.
Next day when I visited the site again I found a new method of contacting them by mobile sms. I did sms care and within a minute got a automated response on my mobile thanking me for the sms and informing that soon somebody will call me for the problem, alternatively I can call some nos. to lodge a complain. In about 30 minutes a gentlemen called me, got all the details from me and promised me that a service engineer will visit my place before 8 pm same day and fix the problem.
After 30 Minutes I again got a call from a call centre about my email asking for details etc. I informed him that somebody else had called and assured me that the tv would be fixed the same day.
However on that day nobody came to our place nor anybody called. I mailed the support samsung again same night and got a prompt response next morning, apologising for delay and mess up and assuring that the complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and somebody would be calling me about this.
At 2 pm a girl named sarika called informing me that a service engineer would come to our place and fix the problem. The whole day wait did not yield any results. Ofcourse I was upset and sent a mail again to support samsung complaining about the shoddy handling of complaints and giving false promises. In addition to this I again Sms'd CARE. Again I got a automated response but no call from them.
Today morning i.e. 8th June I got a call from Mr. Shakti, in response to my sms yesterday night asking me what was the problem. After I explained to him, he promised me that a service engineer will visit my home before 2 pm today and fix the TV. He also gave me a local nasik number and a name of the engineer, in case he does not turn up to 2 pm. today.
At 1.40 pm I got a local call from a person saying he his calling on behalf of samsung service centre and asked about the problem. I explained him the problem and he said he will visit my place today.
The question is - how can SAMSUNG survive with this kind of after sales service. Either they are putting their money in bottomless pit of call centres who are worse than the Govt. Depts. There is no human face to talk to. SAMSUNG AND THESE COMPANIES WOULD BE WELL ADVISED TO USE THE HUGE AD MONEY SPENT ON BOLLYWOOD STARS ON REAL CUSTMOER CARE ELSE THEY ARE DOOMED. THE CUSTOMER WILL BOOT THESE COMPANIES OUT. EACH UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER IS DEFINATELY DENYING THEM ATLEAST 5 NEW CUSTOMERS. Dont ever send any courier through Trackon Couriers PVt Ltd . They will never deliver it . I have sent courier from Bangalore to Chennai on 3-6-2011 till today [protected] courier is not delivered .Samsung — Cheat Company and Horrible customer service
Again to start with horrible experience, either people are taken this lightly or dont bother about the rights of consumer, I still have my issue about the used handset not resolved and there is no response from samsung about the same.I wanted to get to a solution here itself, but I think since samsung is not willing to take up the responsibily, i will have to take this to the consumer court and only then, Samsung would take this seriously..Thanks for all the inconviniences caused.
The company SAMSUNG is not at all bothered about their consumer grievance. They, like many unprofessional business people, knows that the ordinary consumer will get fed up and give up. SAMSUNG is taking advantage of the poor legal system in our country.

I went to the Samsung service center and they installed new OS and told me that its now good to go. But after 1-2 days it again started showing same issues. Now this time when I went to Samsung service center, they told me that PBA need to be changed and they took approx. 45 days….yes…45 days to repair it. Till that time I was unable to use my phone. And now I got my mobile back on 16th of august and today it again started showing the same issues.
Now I don’t want to waste any more time & money which I already did on this product and immediately need a replacement of this product. So kindly consider my case as it is a genuine one and take up this request to replace the product at the earliest.
Seeking a prompt action on this issue.
