[Resolved] Samsung / Mobile — Handset blinking while charging & not able to charge the battery | |
Model- SCH-B259 ,Sl. No.-A10000015B9C84 ,Date of Purchase-08/06/2009. For the above problem I submitted my mobile at samsung service centre (NUTEK D-24,DANISH,JSR.)on 17/11/09 but till date they are not able to make my mobile ok.I have purchased the mobile with TATA INDICOM CDMA SIM for spacial offer i.e. 1200 minute talk time free for 6 months (200min/month).Due to my moblie problem I could not able avail my offer.Samsung service center was not responding to my problem.Please take immediate action. i have bought Samsung CDMA Mobile (SCH-B259) form Rediff shopping on 27 july 2009.
it is supported all CDMA sim like (Reliance, Tata, Virgin, MTNL Trump).all sim are
working properly. but it has some problem after 5 or 6 minute it outgoing voice is
break.so resolve this problem we go to authorise samsung service center sector 14
gurgaon opposite Raj Cinema. they are update our mobile software but issue is that
mobile is supported for only Tata sim no any other sim are worked in this mobile
give error invalid card.serive engineer say it is only supported tata sim not other .
but i am using in this reliance sim more than 4 month.
service center say samsung are not make for all cdma supported sim.
so how can it possible???
i am sending URL link of rediff in this mail where i bought the mobile.
so kindly request to you that solve my problem update my mobile software for supported
all cdma sim .
