[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — WARRANTY | |||
Undersigned has purchase SAMSUNG MOBILE(touch screen) model samsung S5233 S and Invice no PB5429 form THE MOBILE STORE,Gandhi Chowk,Pathankot,Phone No:[protected] on 15-Nov-2009. I found that mobile touch sreen is not working fron 27-Aug-2010 and same same day contact withTHE MOBILE STORE,Gandhi Chowk,Pathankot, he sent to me at authorised samsung mobile repair center " NAYER MOBILE REPAIR servive center,back side Indian color center,(QSS),Dhangu Road,Pathankot(PB). I have met with Mr.Amit Nayer 2 times ,but he refuse to service it. After that I have contact with your service area manager Mr Rahul on 30-AUG-2010. And also 31-AUG-2010 at 3.00 PM I have contacted with him .He has not given positive response. Please advice to concern person to solve the problem ,The mobile is in warranty period. Please reply as earliest.If you will not solve the problem within legal permitted days then I shall be free to go for further action .
