Samsung Omnia Hd I8910 — mailbox setup

i have purchased samsung omnia hd i8910 on dec 6 2009 till today(27.2.10) it remains impossible for me to set up my mail box on this smart and costliest handset
Please send my this very important complaint to the related company as early as possible.I already tried on all surrounding company'service center and outlets but no one has even a bit of idea how to set up mailbox in this handset It is surprising for me why it is so difficult to set up mailbox on this hi profile handset .I have also Nokia N73 handset much inferior in comparison to the samsung omnia hd i8910 but nokia priorty cooperated and helped me in setting up mailbox on N 73. Now i am disappointed with the samsung omnia hd smart phone .Please forward my important complaint to samsung.
