Samsung Split Ac — AC not working | |||
Hi, I have purchased a Samsung Split AC from Home Town in March end. Now the AC is not working. Its not getting on. I have raised a complaint at Samsung and a technician visited my place and he said that the PCB unit of the AC is not working. He said that the it does not happen usually and they are currently not having the part. Its now over 7 days and there is no reply frim Samsung. My experience for the last 4 weeks has been dismal. Samsung engineers do not respond and will not come for repairs. If you live in Bangalore, do yourself a favor and do not buy a samsung product. Despite what all these stores..Girias..Pai..Viveks..Adishwar say - there will be no repairing your samsung mistake.
SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Faulty Product sold by Girias
Hi,I bought an Samsung split AC on 1st May 2011 in Girias electronics, Tambaram. It didn't work from the first day of purchase. I called Girias, Samsung service centre and also Samsung cust care. No one solved the issue till now and girias is not taking back the AC. The worst part is no one is taking the responsibility. Don't ever buy a product in Girias as they never care for the customer once the product comes out of the their store. But I will never leave them. I am going to register a case in consumer court against Girias, Samsung service centre and Samsung.

Samsung — faulty product sold
I purchased samsung 1.5ton split on 14th feb 2009 and there were noise from the indoor unit so i complainedservice engg came and serviced after a week and immediately after that the fan blades broke in to pieces and its now 16th march 2009 no progress for a replacement.
