[Resolved] Sansui 29 Inch Television — Seller sent wrong television to my address | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I brought a 29" Sansui Colour Television on 20th December, 2007 (Saturday) from Jagadamba Electronics, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi. When I purchase the TV, Clearly I mentioned in a Paper about the Sansui Model No. (Hardrock 294 EYE). But the dealer delivered to my residential address some other model (Hardrock 294 SX), in absence of me. Keep on calling to dealer and asking them about my required model but they don't have this model and they told me "Company has already stopped this mdoel few months back". Again I called sansui call centre and I complaint about this problem. But, Till date No information from any one. Present which was I have that is also very old TV (not brand new TV). The Dealer is cheated me. Kindly arrange to provide my required Television, or else get back this old one as soon as please. Regards, B. hello i have bought sansui color tv a month ago August 18, 2012. now the picture tube is not working and the film or pictures that comes in the screen is colorless. i have tried to contact sansui customer care in every nos. but of no use. every no. i dialed says..."the no, you have dialled is not valid" can anyone suggest me the correct sansui cce no?

Refrigerator cooling problem

Ref:-My previous Ist complaint no.del[protected], dated 21/11/2010 followed by IInd complaint no.del[protected] dated 28//02/2011.
Sir, With due respect it is submitted that the unde3rsigned had purchased a colour T.V. 29" of your esteemed brand of model SES29SDJ from your retailer M/S Amba Air Cool, WZ-297 G-Block jail road hari nagar New Delhi-58, TIN Number,[protected], dated-13/03/2010 which was to be delivered in the name of Sh.Mehar singh at his residential address-WZ-262, phase-I Durga Vihar bangali painter vali gali, Najafgarh Delhi-43. Immediately after purchase of tv. I found some technical problems for which I made complaints vide Number-del[protected] dated 21/11/2010 followed by IInd complaint bumber. del[protected] dated 28/02/2011. Number of visits has been made from your end but with no result and the same problem exsits since then for which I was again compelled to make new complaint Number.del[protected] dated 28/02/2011. it is therefore requested to you to kindly replace my 29" SANSUI with a faultless set of colour T.V.
