Dear Sir,


This is Dhirajlal L. Dangrecha, having a/c [protected] with SBI, BHAVNAGAR, GUJARAT. My account has been debited by Rs. 5000=00 two times when I tried to make transaction on[protected] at different ATM, (Ram mantra mandi, Sardar nagar, Vaghavadi road and Ghogha circle, Bhavnagar). during the transaction I had not recieve the money and the slips for the transactions. for that I had already made a complaint regarding this issue to the home brach Bank, Bank in which the ATM falls and the Head office of the SBI(Vidyanagar Branch) at Bhavnagar(Gujarat). But the people are not responding in the correct way. They always saying 'report is not prepared' But how many days did a bank take to prepare or receive the report. till to day my money is not credited in my bank account
Please resolve the problem as early as possible. Do need ful in this matter.

sir i am facing the problem. I use ATM card for 1500 rs but unforchunate my 1500 retun back to ATM machien, . Now the problem is that My account is SBI and i use the SBP bank ATM. so they want letter from my SBI bank gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. But My SBI bank does not forword letter. Thats why i m not get back my money.

i gave a request to change my pin 2 months ago. when i want to kno about my status neither the customer care is able to tell nor the bank manager(peenya branch bangalore). they are playin "blame game". i joined for the fact tat SBI is india's best bank but i never knew i ll land up this way. i got a duplicate pin after 1 month but neither it works. i gave the complaint in the month of december. then again in jan. now it is march but still no progess. tis is ont only irresponabilaty but also shame to have tis kind of customer servise that to being a govt. bank. how do i contact the GM of this bank.

My account has been debited by Rs. 1020=00 when I tried to transaction on 02.09.08 at different ATM, ICICI ATM (Mookandapalli mm nagar, hosur, tamilnadu). during the transaction I had not recieve the money and the slips for the transactions. for that I had already made a complaint regarding this issue to the home brach Bank, sbi Bank Already send the particulars to mumbai icici . But still no result. They are saying to make complaint. till to day my money is not credited in my bank account
Please resolve the problem as early as possible. Do need ful in this matter.

I think you should approach to banking Ombudsman for further action. But for that you should have all the documentry proof and no reply time from the bank should not be less than 1 month.

But the people are not responding in the correct way. I am very much sorry to say that employees S.B.I., of your Bhachau Branch (Gujarat-370140) are very much irresponsible. What ever documents are given to them are delayed for several days. We have given them an Electricity challan on 9/6/2009 for clearence. But till 13/6/09 it was kept as it is. Not only in case of Electricity Challan but also for several documents they use to delay. If you complain them about it they behave very roughly with the customers. I want to know one thing that they are posted in the bank to look after the customers or for their own work. Please take some immediate action aganist them.

This is a humble request to you to have a look at the attached statement because there has been a technical mistake in your SBI ATM at Poddar Arcade Surat.

I have already given an application letter in written regarding this matter to your bank and my account is with Kapodra branch. But i never got any response from your side.

On 1st of july 2009 i had gone to Poddar Arcade at surat to withdraw Rs.40000. I tried to withdraw Rs.20000 twice. The first time the transaction was successful but in the second time the money was not withdrawn and i got a message that the ATM was not able to process the transaction for the second time of Rs.20000. And by mistake the bank has debited my account for Rs. 40000 instead of Rs.20000.

tra'n id(2)[protected] 2774 S1AN00514801 was failed but debeted in account.

So i would request you to have a look in this matter and help me to get the money credited back in my account as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,
while using my SBI ATM card to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000/ from the ICICI ATM machine at Patel Petrol Bunk, Pondicherry, the transaction failed and I got the message " Sorry, Unable to Process" and no money was delivered. However, the amount of Rs.10, 000/- has been debitted from my account. I informed the matter immediately to both the Managers of SBI and ICICI branches at Pondicherry. But so far the amount has not beed credited to my account.

i am using sbi card on icici bank's atm(code is s1cw5094)on mysore rd on banglore (date is 10.8.09at 7.30pm) for money needs. but when iinsert the card then i get response sorry unable to process. then i try second time till then i got same response. but when next morning i am going for sbi atm and get acccount details then it's shown me that Rs.30000 debited in my account.why i dont know. i am also doing complain in my home branch code is 7808 zamania date is 12.8.09. they are say me that go when it's time is coming then we are doing work on this complain.

This is Rukmini kumar das with a/c no.[protected], I have withdrawl a amount of 5000/- rupees from SBI Bishrampur ATM branch on 7/11/09, but I didn't get the money and got a slip with "sorry to process slip", I have then asked for the mini statement next day and 5000/- rupees had been deducted from my account, I have then made a complain in the sbi bishrampur branch they said "it will be corrected within 10 days" but till now it is not been corrected. Now they are saying that it had been withdrawed so I asked for check no. they are even not been able to produce that too, and till now it is not been credited to my accont, I have all the slips.
kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I am customer of ICICI Bank but i saw your ATM machine in Jhotwara Location in Peatrol Pump.So I am going to withdrol money in your SBI ATM machine 20, 000 so my transcation 10, 000 completed but my second transcation is not completed and atm give me slip "unable to process " and my account 10, 000 had been debited.

[protected], On 15.01.2010 i try to withdraw Rs.25000/- but message has come unable to process ;then i tried second time of Rs. 20000/- for this time amount was come & i again tried third time of Rs.5000/- that time only Rs.500/- come & transcation records shows i received 5000/- for these regarding write complaints to my mother branch & ATM point.but till date no result has come.it's a technical fault but last two months i am suffering & no one careing the my complaints .these means that i lost Rs.4500/- because o[censored]seless bank officers staff & Management.

I hold an account at sbi, Branch name- Saunda, District Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
Account no. is [protected].On[protected] I tried to withdraw 1500 from my account from another atm at Bangalore but I didnt get the money.I was not aware that amount has been deducted from my account.Today[protected], when I checked my balance then I found that 1500 has been deducted from my account.
