[Resolved] SBI, — Cash not received but my account debited transaction through ATM

used the atm card in sbi atm machine, district-sitapur (u.P.),& Machine provide the cash, I saw it, but suddenly cash go back in machine. I could not receive the cash, while my account have been debited and when I went go branch manager & complain about incidence, the branch manager asked me to come after 10 days and thereafter I go many time, but manger DID not do anything in may favour.

For moving this purpose, I spent many amount in traveling as total distance is from my work place and branch is near about 350km.

For this purpose I have taken leave also from my office, wherein I have also taken loss of salary and reputation in our organisation.

As I am salaried person, due to not receiving of my cash back timely, I have got many losses, borrowed amount for fulfilling the our requirement, which also decreased my reputation in our society.

However, we are furnishing below the detail about the incidence and a/C:-

MY BRANCH : SBI WEST TOWER BRANCH, MADURAI
LAST DECEMBER 23RD 12PM I WILL WITH DRAWL RUPEES 6000 IN MY ACCOUNT THROUGH BY STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE AT SIMMAKKAL BRANCH, AT THE TIME BEING ATM WAS OUT OF ORDER FROM 11.55AM TO 3.13 PM, SO I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY FROM ATM BUT RUPEES 6000 DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT AT THE DATE OF DECEMBER 23RD. I AM ASKING TO THE BRANCH MANNAGER ABOUT MY COMPLIANT. AND I AM ALSO GIVEN TO THE RETURN COMPLIANT TO THE BRANCH MANAGER SBI WEST TOWER BRANCH. STILL I AM NOT GET ANY RESULT FROM BRANCH MANAGER. SO KINDLY TAKE MY COMPLIANT AND MAKE IT FAST CLEAR THAT.

SBI ATM — Debited cash from my account

hello sir,
I m Amulya i have a sbi saving account at Telesingha, Talcher branch.on 1st may when i was withdrawing cash from ATM transaction was failed but my account had debited of 3000 rupees(twice times of 1500 rupees ) but after 1 day 1500 rupees i have gotten and rest amount is not refund.How i will get that amount sir .

I tried to withdraw 1500 from ATM on 01/07/2009, the machine showed "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" and i did'nt get any money from ATM. But at the same time the ATM reduce 1500 Rs from my balance.
I informed the difficulties to both ATM center and SBI branch at Hubbli, My SBI a/c number is [protected]

please help your consumer (myself ), is suffering from last 24 days wasting time and money to get back my money from both branch of icici and SBI.Nobody is listening in the bank. So your kind help in this matter will solve my problem.

Respected Sir,

On date 27.06.09 at 1 PM, I have used the ATM machine to withdraw an amount of Rs 15000.00 by means of ATM card of SBI.Out of Rs 15000/-I got only Rs 400/- easily & Rs 100/- taken out from the machine forcibly by the branch manager of ICICI. After several application and request I haven’t got my remaining money .it is taking too long and I am getting worried .

So, I, request you to take immediate action to get my balance amount (Rs 14500.00) from ICICI.Your immediate action will be highly appreciable.

DEAR SIR,
It was 07/06/2010 when i went to HDFC Bank ATM for cash withdrawal near lanka, varanasi ,uttar pradesh.Firstly I tried to withdraw a amount of 5000 but it was not received by me.Later on again i made a cash withdrawal of 4500 which was received by me . but BOTH THE AMOUNTS WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT NO.[protected].(SBI ,DORANDA,RANCHI BRANCH, JHARKHAND).
KINDLY CREDIT THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT
