[Resolved] SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem | |
Sir, I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section.. Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the nearest sbi branch being 30 kms away and the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs,which i luckily manage to get there... my account details: acc no.-[protected] branch- Guwahati Medical College branch,Guwahati internet banking username[protected] thanking you, DR. two weeks back, i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site...

I had applied for internet banking with SBI two months back and got the ready to use kit but whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password. I made many complaints to my branch manager at SBI , Alambagh, Lucknow branch. I mailed him, called him and even messaged him but he is yet not been able to take care of it. I also mailed SBI internet Banking department but got no response. It feels soory to learn that Country's largest bank offers such poor services and has no customer liability.

I have requested for opening a RD account through net banking on[protected] vide ref. no IA00032931. After that I have contact several times to the branch (code-7258) but till date it is showing "transaction logged". As per branch they are unable to open that account. You are requested to mail me about the actual reasons.

I received username and password from the branch on 15-03-08 at around 12:30 PM. It is been told that within 48 hours it will be activated. Till now i.e[protected]:00PM, I am not able to login. If I try lodge my complaint through "Trouble Logging In" link, it says Please enter valid Account No and Branch.

We have open a joint savings account on SBI, Mangaldeep Building Branch, Siliguri before 2months. Till date we have not received the cheque book. Our account details are as given below:-

Tollfree support is useless, they repeat same verbiage as it is verytime to log a complaint at under "Trouble logging in". While submitting the form it tells me to give correct account number and branch. What crap?

SBI Internet banking sucks very badly. I'm an BRI customer of SBI in Goa at two branches. I have often had problems with their internet facilities in linking all new deposit & loan accounts. It looks like the staff including the cheif managers have no idea of internet banking. In my last visit to Goa, I paid a visit to HDFC bank, & must say these private banks offer alot of good & latest technology services.

PLEASE CLEAR THE RESTRICTION BY THE BRANCH JAMMU 00657 FOR THE INTER BANK FUND TRANSFER.

i am dillip here, i am trying to fill the application form for the post of Clerk which is going to held on 6th july 2008 .But in sbi website have some problem and it shows like this(This page cannot be display.).I already fill the chalan form and deposit on behalf of SBI bank, U suggest me what can i do?
