[Resolved]  SBI Rail Card — Refund not credited from bank

I have not recd refunds of the following till date:

The above settlement status on the website of irctc is showing as settlement failed and payment not recd from the bank/s namely ICICI and UTIpg.
What am i supposed to do. I had called up the SBI rail card help line and they said that the matter will be resolved by IRCTC. I just fail to understand that when SBI has charged me for the above payments, how come irctc is responsible for the refunds?
Will any of the SBI officials look into it and resolve the issue or do i have to take legal actions?

Sir,
Last November 2008 i got a call from bangalore Reg. SBI Credit Card. Said that "i will send one representative to your office and he will collect your details" same i given. they said card will come 15 days. now the date is december 17th still i have not received any card.
here i give my details - same i given to the representative (in chennai - alwarpet)

i received 4 calls from a call center for providing me a free sbi card for rail booking .they fixed my appointment with some executive who was to come to collect the required document need to get sbi card .but none came on fixed dates .they are wasting their own and my valuable time ...kcsethi [protected].
I apply today for sbi rail card when i got it?

SBI Railcard people only make ads in IRCTC web site but don't do anything. Purposely they are delaying or not interested in issuing SBIRAILCARD. They are only making show and not seriously interested to serve their organisation or the public.

I had applied about 90 days before and after 45 days somebody phoned on this and afterward nothing.
Will it really take so much time if only they are serious in their business and profitability of their organisation.

Basically and seriously something is wrong with SBICARD setup itself and it is better that the SBIcard is once for all abolished.
