[Resolved]  SBI Railway Card — Unauthorised Transactions & Harrasing Calls From SBI Customer Care..

Dear Sir,

I received promotional SBI Railway Card from IRCTC on 06/10/2008. My Card No. is [protected]. I had done two transactions from this card (One from IRCTC on 08/10/08 & another from Archies Gallery on 09/10/08). On 11/10/08 after receiving a call from SBI Call Centre for confirmation on some transaction, which I had never done, I came to know that my card was misplaced. Immediately I blocked my card by calling SBI Customer Care vide their reference number [protected] dated 11.08.2008. SBI Customer Care personnel informed me that FIVE TRANSACTIONS worth Rs. 23, 999/- has already been done on 10/10/08 from your card.

Immedietly thereafter the FIR was lodged with Moti Nagar Police Station and they asked for the details of transactions like shop name and address to investigate the case further. I requested SBI Customer Care for the charge slips of all the shopping's done on 09th, 10th and 11th Oct.-08 alongwith merchant's address for further investigation through e-mail on 11/10/08. I got a confirmation of receipt of my e-mail from SBI. On 14/10/08 I got a call from SBI Customer Care, Chennai that they got my request and going to send the all charge slips required. I also filled Despute Form with SBI & sent copy of Police Complaint to SBI through mail and courier on 01st Nov.-08. After that I suggested to pay the amount of genuine transactions (i.e. Rs. 1170/-) and the payment for the same was made on 06/11/08.

Now I would like to inform you that till today I am not received any charge slips after several e-mail & phone request (e-mail Dt. 1st Nov.-08, 17th Nov.-08 & 01st Dec.-08).

To my agony I am receiving threatening calls of their recovery agents daily two time to clear the outstandings and also after getting commitements by SBI for helping me in investigating the case, their billing department is laying Late Fee Charges, FIN Charges etc. on desputed amount.

You are requested to look in to the matter and help me in getting out of this trauma.

i have already registered for sbi rail card through irctc website.still no one contact or call me about this .pls take necessary steps to give me a card.or give the contact numbers to get some details about the card.
Recently i was asked to take SBI railway card by customer care, I have accepted to it, but not yet recieved my card and I am getting SMS saying that I made my first transaction . This is purely unacceptable. and my first bill got generated for 500 rupees with out having my card in my pocket.
i have talked with SBI railway credit card customer care regd cancellation of card..they taken the complaint, but not yet they have canceled...i have called thirce but no use...these are all cheeting pls don;t take this card.
God promise, , SBI is no1 cheating credit card..they are not accepting for the cancellation..they will give a calls for taking credit card and after taken that card they won't take the customer care..if you call to customer care you need to wait for 15 to 20 minits for putting hold...pls don't take this cards..

i have taken the SBI CREDIT CARD and using from last 4 to 5 years..now i have paid everything dues for that..i asked after i have paid the dues pls send the clearance form..I have asked the cancellation given a call twice. they have taken the complaint and not respond yet..Sir pls take an action, do the favor to me. i have called today to customer care number 39 02 12 12, they said your call expecting time is 15secs, but they have not taken even 27 minites after call also..It is very hectic to the customer pls take action like this type of Credit cards and customer care people.

Itrying to online payment for sbi life to the amount of rupees 6000/- on 27.07.2012, but on that time transaction had not in complete process due to error problem that means i confirmed from the sbi life care service, they replied to me that your account not recieved by them or their account after that the amount which is cut from my card account is may be return into my said account but till date as on 31.05.2012 my said amount has not add in my card account.
