I have given this below application 2 Times to branch but when ever i enquired with them they are telling that we lost the application every time i am giving application but still they have not Transferd to My ACCOUNT. its very difficult for my to do transaction form old branch.

saving account — transfer of saving account

My saving account is in Palghar Post office and from lat year I want to transfer it to Ashok nagar post office, nashik. My application is given before one year two months, to transfer my account and it takes hardly two weeks for the regular procedure but up to yet, after fourteen months, why it is not transfered to Nashik. I want it immediately.
I have given an application to my current branch-15718 Manager to transfer my a/c to Branch-05246 on 7th of Aug. 2015. But still now (it is almost 1 month) I can't get my A/c transfered. Here what i want to know is, "Have i left out any necessàry procedure or is it normal to take that much time for transfering an A/c?
Somebody working in a bank told me that tranfering an a/c is a matter of 5 to 10 minutes only. If that's right i need to close my a/c in sbi.

    All Papers (related to pension) have duly forwarded to your office for approval through SBI, A.P. Colony, Gaya branch on 30th March 2011, vide letter no. 200. But till date no approval has been received from your office.

      i have taken a home loan from the sbi branch at jeevandeep building.at the time of verification ,i was told that the bank will share 80% of the registration amount.but now,they are telling that the rule is changed and i have to pay the entire amount myself.they are saying that this new rule has started from 17 th of november.they should inform me about it.otherwise how would i come to know about their new rule?at the time of signing the papers they did not tell me anything.how can they be so unprofessional?

        i have applied for SBI Home Loan on Feb 2011 we have given required document what was required by SBI they had also feel form for home loan but they not even verbally or not mention in form about processing fees they that taken form me an security chaque of Rs 5000/-. with out my information they have deposited chaque in bank they have given an section letter on 14/03/2011 to me by post by i do not want to take any loan from this bank because at present they are charging more rate of interest than Other bank. know they are telling that you will not get refund amount

        please help me out to me 5000/- amount is lot . as SBI have slogan that "SBi is bank of people" but according to me it should be for the people

        i jut want to know if i have loge complain against SBI for RS 5000/- There are so many people facing same problem regarding process fees

        if have take loan then only you have to charged processing fees.

        so please help me out

          Dear Sir,

          I have submitted my new atm card form on 9th april 2011. i have not received yet my atm card. what is the problem i want to know. in this metter i had also fill and submitted atm form on 28 th febuary 2011. in this metter the bank said that they was not submitted then i fill another form and give it to bank on 9 th april 2011. i have not received yet my atm card.

            Credit Card — Credit card not yet recieved

            i have applied for a hsbc credit some 1 and a half month before and i have got an ackknowledgement - applicant which gives the serial number as 5807242. Agency name as S.P.S. Crop and Sales Executive's Name is vague. When i spoke to customer care they said there is no such application for the same in my name. would like to know whether my application has been rejected.

            Please provide some information regarding the same as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              I am Sudipto Mondal. I have a salary account (A/c no. [protected]) in SBI, Doranda Brunch, Ranchi. I withdrew Rs. 10000/- (Txn no. 813) from my account through ATM o[censored]CO Bank (ATM ID - WA228801) Garia, Kolkata on 24.04.11. But when I saw my account detail I found money had been deducted two times and the Txn no. was same. I lodged a complain on SBI (Ticket no. AT[protected]) on 25.04.11. The complain has been resolved on 27.04.11. But till date money has not been refunded. Whenever I call the customer care they tell complain has been resolved from their end and money will be refunded from Brunch. In brunch people not like to listen or tell anything they always tell wait for some days. Please help me to get my money back.

                I send 5 FDRs to State Bank Of India AGO Complex Branch Ranchi Jharkhand on 02/03/2011 with refrence with Mr.Rajeev (Branch Manager) .I have been regularly calling at the branch for the release of payement as I need it as soon as possible.All the related document with the Original FDRs have been produced but still there is no result instead the excuise is given that We are unable to find the FDR Account Opening Form and the signatures are not being matched.The Surieties or Guaranter is also ready to sign on the application but they are saying that every person have to come to receive his / her payment.Is this a customer mistake.I also called Mr.Rajeev on [protected] but he says that I cannot take the dessions as my Junior Staff will do so.I am aslo calling him regularly every day but there is simply no response.Is this kind of services provided by SBI.I request you to please sort out this as soon possible.

                    I had cancelled my Card No. [protected] on 23.03.2011 and clear dues as per the demand letter dated 28.03.2011 vide Ref No. MQ[protected] from SBI Card, I had paid full amount i.e Rs. 25,199.02 in withing due date. But in the next statement dated 15.04.2011 following transaction has been shown:-

                    15/03/2011 Annual Fee Credit (EXCL GST 51.50) 500.00 Cr.
                    15/04/2011 FIN CHARGE ON RETAIL (EXCL GST 114.52) 1111.80 Dr.
                    15/04/2011 TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT 63.02 Dr.

                    The above statement shows only reversal and the penalty for non payment of Annual Fee which I do not want to use the credit card. Still SBI is imposing penalty for non payment of Annual Fee which is not due as I am already cancelled my card.

                      Despite of my timely payent within the due date to SBI CARD on more than 2/3 years back, I am a regular
                      payer of my card dues and has been deposing outstaning ammount before on my payment date. I regret to state
                      that last june 2009 year, I have been receiving wrong statement pdf of my bill that is not being opened the pdf
                      and sometime it didn't get any statement of bill on my e-mail ID. Despite repeated telephonic complaints to
                      your call centre executives and many times i wrote the mail but still you have not taken any action on it.
                      In this regard, I have paid the SBI crad amount bill rs. 16000 instead of rs.7300 from june 2009 to till,
                      on the basis of goodwill and message received upon my Mobile. While i had closed the SBI card when i lost
                      my card on july 2009 and also I haven't received any new card. They are continuously adding different charges
                      on those disputed outstanding balance for increasing the balance ,despite of their own fault, and continuously
                      harassing and threatning me & my family over telephone for the payment. Though during these periods I paid regularly the actual debit amount in every months ,
                      excluding those disputed outstanding balance amount. In case I am not given due justice I reserve the
                      right to go to consumer forum for redressal of my complaint.

                        We understand your concern regarding withdrawal charges on SBI Mini Savings A/c. We would like to inform you that the charges on Mini Savings a/c are decided and levied by State Bank of India and not by Eko.

                        Sir, we are working on resolving issue pertaining to server, would like to inform you that we have our commissions pending from SBI owing to which we are undergoing serious cash flow crunch. We are following up with SBI aggressively to resolve the issue.

                        It is very Hatefull work under SBI-EKO Transfer, AS SEEMS THAT YOU ARE ROBBING WITH CUSTOMER on transfer. I have given Rs. 25000/- on dt: 20/5/2011 SBI EKO Ecounter in ladao Sarai i have already informed that it is urgent anyone is hospitablised in hospital but still not transfered till date when i called he told that server is slow and i have already transfered.

                        Don't fear I am SOCIAL WORKER IN INDIA.

                            if we pay our credit card bill late, we are charged a big amount. but what if SBI Railway Card takes ages to refund an excess balance on your credit card through cheque which they promise to do in 15-20 days.

                            My credit card had an excess balance and SBI Railway Card agreed to refund it through cheque a month back. they told me the cheque had left their door on 12th of the month and on 27th i get another sms saying that cheque has been accepted by courier company. still waiting to receive payment.

                            can i charge them Rs. 750 for delayed payment and lower their credit score in CIBIL??

                            SBI Card — Credit Balance Cheque not Received

                            My Card Number:- [protected]

                            In the month of november 08 i have given a request for refund of excess Credit Balance i.e. @Rs.7000 in my account as i had closed my SBI Credit Card account. Even after three months i have not received the same. There is no satisfactory response either from head.[protected]@ge.com or from Tele Cust Care.Every time they replies that mine cheques are returned back and they are arranging to re-dispatch them. From last 2 years i am able to receive monthly statements & balance transfer cheque(when ever taken) on same address but now courier guys are returning my cheque back as undeliverable.
                            I POSTED 1500 RS IN ALIGARH BRANCH IN 27 NOV 2009
                            BUT THIS WAS NOT POSTED IN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER[protected]
                            TILL 09 DEC2009 AFTER MANY QUERY AND REQUEST THEY GIVE ME A CHEQUE -816490
                            AND I DROPED THIS IN DROP BOX AND THAT WAS ALSO NOT CLEARED TILL 20 JAN 2010
                            I AM VERY FRASTED WITH SBI SERVICES

                              I have applied SBI credit card through sales executive on 21.04.2011. He has taken my documents (i.e. Passport Copy & PAN) along with my application.

                              My SBI Card application no. is[protected] and Form No. is C[protected].

                              On 03.05.2001, I received one message stating that "We regret, we are unable to accept your request forSBI CARD as it does not meet our internal policy requirement(s) for card issuance".

                                Hi,

                                Just like to bring in notice the unnecessary delay in getting a Car loan get processed and finally denied to process it in future, simply because of powers of being on such a high post.

                                Basically we applied for a Car Loan on the basis of pension drawn by my father. My father is retired SDE from BSNL, drawing pension since last three years, holds a house in his name at NIT, Faridabad. For the Car loan we approached Mr Rastogi, Chief Manager in Main Branch, SBI Faridabad., he told us to provide him the Pension Certificate, as my father's pension account is in SBI,Hapur. They agreed us to provide the pension certificate and Mr Jai Bhagwan, Branch Mgr, SBI Hapur also told us that pension certificate is not required if you have the passbook with all the entries updated for the last three years. Finally Mr Rastogi has denied to process our Car Loan, by saying that its delayed now and not process in future as well even if we produce the certificate to SBI Branch, Faridabad. It is by no means a plausible excuse by such a Senior Authority serving the Main Branch of Faridabad.

                                Why these guys dont follow the same procedure? The policies are not in sync being the same Bank. I really want to appreciate Mr Jai Bhagwan for co-operating with us. But if we would have been co-operated by Mr Rasogi([protected]) also than our Car Loan would have been processed. Such kind of atttitude is quite harassing and unacceptable, my family has lost all the hopes of getting a new Car without the support of SBI Main Branch, Faridabad. As this loan could have been processed directly by Hapur branch, but since our native place is Faridabad, so the verification process of our property and other documents can be easily done by the branch in Faridabad only.

                                This has shaken my faith in the services provided by SBI Bank, being the most reputed bank of India. But again I want to say that these people are making this system corrupt, not the organisation is responsible for such acts. So I want to request if someone can take appropriate action against these kind of people(Mr Rastogi ji). His mobile no. is [protected].

                                  I have sbicard which i had subscribed on 8th March 2006. I have been used since that and always made the payment before due date even you can checked the track record of the settlement payment. Only in the month of August 2010 I had made the late payment due to personal problem where in that month 22nd august was the due date but I had settled the payment on 3rd sept 2010 before settling down the payment spoke to sbicard customer care to understand what would be the late payment charges and the person whom I had spoken his name is Mr. Vijay in regard to charges he had told sir you had late payment charges and overcrossing limit charges and thereon we had discussed briefly regarding charges and asked waiver on late payment charges as per my past track record of payment settlement of sbicard. He agreed and asked me to make the payment. After that from sept 2010 to till date I have never done any transaction through sbi card and shocking to know without made any transaction came to know on 05/05/2011 from sbi card dept that they are claiming that I have due payment of Rs 3803 on 22/05/2011. Where is my mistake in this even the last payment settlement made with charges only with small wavier if that time you could have told me that wavier cant possible I would have proceed as per amount.
                                  Now on 05/05/2011 I have called the sbi card customer care number and raised this issue and they have provided me Service request number[protected].
                                  Please help in this issue.

                                    Sir,

                                    I've heared State Bank of India is accessible all over India. My account is at Tirur Branch, Kerala and I'm working at Hzt. Nizamuddin Delhi.

                                    When I approached SBI Nizamuddin to deposit cash in my account, they say only sum above 10,000 is depositable for accounts other than Nizamuddin Branch.

                                    Another Time, I went to same branch for a demand draft in favor of a person in new delhi. but, a lady in the counter told me that only accountees from the same branch can make demand drafts from there.

                                    Is it justified or Can I complain against it to authorities?

                                    there is no limitation on such cash deposit.
                                    u can deposit any minimum sum in ur a/c from any branch.
                                    there is sometime limitation on maximum cash deposit

                                      SBI C&I has systematically engaged in gross and horrendous irregularities i handing my accounts. I have recently discovered these irregularities and have been asking SBI C&I to come clean. I have approached the branch to provide me necessary information but it is dragging its feet. I have sent the copies my request to agm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, cm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, and [protected]@sbi.co.in.

                                      All these institutions have just passed the buck to SBI C&I while the Chairman has not bothered to acknowledge my request to date. even the Ombudsman appear to wash it hand as well.

                                      I can provide detailed time line of the irregularities if needed with proof.

                                      Please help me to get the information and sort out the mess created by SBI C&I.

                                        I was having a PPF Account in Seethamdhara Branch, Vishakhapatnam, A.P., since[protected].

                                        When I was transferred to Kolkata, W.B., I transferred my PPF Account, but because of some error from Bank's side, a new PPF Account was opened by the Barrackpore Railway Station Branch, Kolkata, W.B.

                                        The Amount was transferred to this new Account and I was assured that I will not lose any interest.

                                        But when I am checking the interest credited, I found only Rs.603/- is credited, which I find to be wrong for a balance Rs.32144/-.

                                        In Mar-2010, for a balance of Rs.10144/-, I was credited a interest of Rs.631/-.

                                        I've raised a complaint through Online SBI complaint form twice vide complaint ticket no given below -

                                        CC[protected] on 4th April 2011.
                                        CC[protected] on 5th May 2011.

                                        I've addressed mail to sbihelpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in twice as well on the same dates mentioned above.

                                        I'm yet to get a solution for the same.
