IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 15 DAYS SINCE I HAVEN'T RECD ANY MOVIES. From 1st July' 10, I have not received any movies. There are 2 movies showing in my account thats says delivered, however I have just one ie My name is Khan. I have not received Twilight New Moon movie and this is a system error.
I have called seventy mm many times for this issue and got answer that we will research on this. Does a customer service industry take 15 days to research on inconvenience to his customers? I cannot order another movie because I get a message that you have 2 movies with u. I request for a pickup but there is no one coming to my place to collect the cd.
I even have posted my feedback but no one is answering. is there a shortage of staff or is the company getting bankrupt? I spoke with a customer service representative and he promised that my cd would be delivered by tuesday...14th July' 10. I have still not received and that shows fake promises.
A customer when comes from work expects the movie is delivered and can watch it with his family. He has been a promt payer and expects basic service from a movie rental industry...But I AM DISSATISFIED WITH SEVENTY MM AND WOULD GET ALL MY REFERRALS TO CANCEL SEVENTY MM.

    I am writing this mail with a lot of pain, anger and dissatisfaction about your customer care and after sales support and the service called “seventymm”; It is really pathetic (and it sucks, pardon me for my language).

    1. Links to mail your customer care are never been read. Here is the evidence: None of my mails have been read and status is still “open”; I had to call customer care again and again to fix the issue. Though issue is fixed, website still shows that no one has ever read these mails; With internet being your main contact point, how can you do this?
    2. I got a call from your customer service agent, to pre-pay for my membership account and promising a number goodies will be delivered on next delivery of the movie. I did renew my account trusting the agent on 27th May’10. So far it has not been delivered. I have called you customer service executives many times, every time a new agent picks up the phone, promises gifts to be delivered in next delivery and it never happen. If you want to cheat people like this, why run this business? Please take a knife and stand on the road, you will earn better; ( I don’t see any other way to throw my anger out).
    3. Despite I renewed my account on 27th May, the account still shows that it is going to be expired soon and I have to renew this : What a fun, where’s my money gone? Your customer service agents blame it on the website, and whom do I blame? Finally I am the loser of money

      I have cancelled my Seventy mm rental Account in December. After which i am following up with them for my security deposit. They are again n again giving me false commitment on mail of delivering the Cheque for the same.

      I has been now 3 months i am yet to get my security deposit.
      Request you to please help

      Seventymm — Refund for membership deposit

      this company is most unprofessional company and has no comitment towards customers. This company was engaged by me last year for 2 months to rent DVD's... They asked for depost of Rs.300.00 which were given.

      After cancellation of the membership, they did not bother for returning this deposit. On various follow up, they deicided to send me a cheque. this sheque was dishonoured on account of wrong date.

      Then after follow up, they wrote to me vide email, that they will send a fresh cheque on May 08, 2009, nd till today nothing has come.

      It is a very small amount to fight about, but there will be many customers like me who will be cheated. If i presume that this company has 1000 customers like me... then it becomes a huge amount.

      I look forward if something can be done on this.
      My membership ID 507524 has expired on 14th Dec 09.On 15th December 09 i made a request at [protected]@seventymm.com for cancellation of my membership and refund of security deposit. I got a mail from Support ID for doing the needful (also they marked mail to two more IDs :- [protected]@seventymm.com; [protected]@seventymm.com).

      After that mail i am continiously following up at[protected] for refund of security deposit. Several mails has been sent from my ID. But till date the matter is opened as it was opened on 15th Dec 09.

      I request you kindly look into this and get my deposit refund to me.

      SeventyMM is biggest fraud. I subscribe the membership in October 2009 from the second movie onwards I am facing the problem from DVDs. so, I cancelled my membership in November but as of now I have not received any cheque or any calls from them which they are committing every time. so, I have decided to go to consumer court to teach them lesson...

      Horrible company, people and service.
      Seventymm, are one of the biggest fraudsters in the city today. They have taken my payment of 1800 which got billed twice and now refusing to return the money. No of their DVD's worked and they dont stock of the movie you want. So i asked for a refund its been 5 months till date and no sign of them paying. Is there anyway we can make this a police complaint.

        Hi,

        I took three months membership of seventymm & they suck to the core. I wrote a mail to their CEO he suggested me to use services for a month, if still I am unhappy I'll be given refund of all 3 months.

        As they suck to the core, so i asked for my refund! Sent a mail to CEO & till date no reply.

        Disgusting staff & god knoes how they running their company!

        Seventymm — Distribution of movies that are not suitable for South Asia Region

        I had ordered 2 movies 1) Bridget Jones and 2) Alap. The movies were delivered but we could not view Bridget Jones as that had a region problem. I had raised a complain to Seventymm on 19th November but there was no response from them. On 30th November I released those two movies and the next day the seventymm people come up with another two movies without a replcement for Bridget Jones. Hence I told them only once when you deliver a movie as a replacement for Briget Jones will I return these two movies. Till date there is no movie in replacement to Briget Jones and in turn they ask us to get our system serviced from the service center as they cannot resolve the region issue. Are they supposed to rent DVD's which are not supposed to be running in this region?

        Seventymm Services Pvt. Ltd. — Refund of security deposit

        Hi,

        I became member of Seventymm on 18th of June 2007 (membership ID: 40389) and paid Rs. 1747 for Bill ID: 98525. Out of Rs. 1747, Registration fee was Rs. 199, Refundable Security Deposit was Rs. 999 and Monthly Subscription Fee was Rs. 549.

        Soon after I started facing a lot of service related problem and despite my repeated requests when no improvement in the services were made I decided to discontinue with the subscription on 19th of November 2007. I made them aware of my decision by writing an email to them and also informed their Customer care.

        Since then I am waiting for my refund but despite my repeated requests (both on customer care numbers and via email) to seventymm nothing has been done. Finally I would like to drag them to consumer court for their unethical business practices.

        Seventymm — Non-stop Nonsense!

        I thot i was d only 1 being tortured by these jackasses who promise to deliver but alwz fail. I got DVDs that went undetected in my computer, VCDs all scrathed never replaced, customer care not bothered to pick up n deliver on time. They just take the registration money but r alwz out of stock when it comes to what u want to watch. Shame on them! I want some action to be taken against them!
        I have been a subscriber of seventymm video rental services. The first time I subscribed, I used to receive scratched videos all the time. These DVDs would not play on the DVD player or would stop in the middle, or skip parts of the movie. When I complained to seventymm, they would reply that they had checked the dvds and that it was not their fault that they were not playable. Some of the dvds had so many scratches that they appeared as if they were used as coasters on a dining table. I had no alternative but to cancel my subscription.

        After a few months, I received a call from their representative canvassing to enrol me as a subscriber. I recounted my experience as a subscriber but I was assured that following a large number of complaints from several customers, they had installed machinery to remove scratches from dvds and that I would not get any scratched dvds henceforth.

        Following his assurances, I subscribed again and I found out, to my dismay, that there was absolutely no change in the quality of their dvds and they were equally if not more scratched than before. I used to record my complaint with the delivery man on his receipt book about the condition of the dvds received and I was given a few replacements in lieu of the damaged dvds.

        However, at the end of my subscription in the last week of December 2009, I chose not to renew my subscription and asked for my security deposit to be refunded. I am extremely pained to state here that inspite of reminding them on a weekly basis, I have not yet received my security deposit of Rs 500.00 till the 20th of April 2009. Every time I call, I am treated as if I am asking for the refund of security deposit for the first time and I am assured that the refund would be made to me within a week.

        I strongly advise all movie watchers not to subscribe to seventymm and I request other sufferers to recount their experience on this forum so that other movie watchers will not have to suffer.

        Seventymm — Horrible Services...Rude Employees

        Hello Mr. Kher,
        I guess I was one of the first ones to join your seventymm membership when it was launched in Mumbai. I was keeping a track of your services when you had launched it in Bangalore and I was very impressed with it. I then took the membership in 2007. In 2008 I really had a very bad experience with your staff (very impolite) and with the services. They would deliver the DVD and in 2 days would come back waking my mom from her afternoon naps and asking her to give the DVDs back. Secondly, I would get a sms everyday that “our movies are lying with you” which was very absurd as we had not asked for movies.
        Disappointed with your services, I stopped calling for movies (it has been over 8 months now) and I just cannot continue my subscription.
        Today, since my subscription has expired, your people call up saying which movies you want infact when they mean, “Kindly give us the cheque”.
        One person from call centre promises something and then later their manager refuses to fulfill the promise made. This is the issue everytime.
        I hope you will look into this. Membership no:

        Seventy Mm Services Pvt. Ltd. — deposit not received even after 5 months...

        70mm has been cheating me for the last one and half years... I cancelled my subscription on the 23rd of June (sick and tired of their poor service) and have still not received my deposit back after calling and getting confirmation from their side 5 times... If they can do this with a media professional then imagine what housewives and students must be going through.... The apt tagline for them would be "deceit, lies and no videotape!!"

        Seventymm — Wrong Claims made to subscribe

        I had subscribed to the 3 month subscription from Seventy MM. I had specifically asked them if they will give me a facility to rent more than 1 movie during the same day. They said yes but once the subscription started i realised they made a complete fool of me. I was supposed to place a request a day before. Also i was given a spoilt dvd which i asked to be replaced and i was told new dvd will be sent the next day. again the dvd given next day was not working and i was told i have to wait 1 more day. when i called the customer service i was told first time that since i called at 6.30 and their office closes at 7 i cant get on same day and that I should have called before 4. Next time i call at 3.30 I was told i have to call before 10 am in the morning if i want a dvd on the same day. this is so pathetic. if i get the dvd from them at 9.30 how am i supposed to watch and order for a new one in half an hour? I even sent them a mail about 2 months back, i am still to get a reply
        I had an account with seventymm few months back, due to really bad services i closed my account. I renewed my account some 4-5 days back on lofty promises like CDs would be delievred on time, they wont be damaged, random CD instead of the oredered on wont be delivered and I would also get a complimentry set of DVDs.

        Ironically, the very first miovie i ordered (Vertical Limit in english) was dellivered but it was in tamil!! I have not even got the so called complimentary set of DVDs. It is that i learnt from my experience earlier also that once the payment is made seventymm cares a damn about its clients. They do not even attend to our phone calls.It is very frustrating. I should ideally report this to the media or sue the comapny. And let me tell you, I am not the only frustrated customers, there are loads of them, even in my office.
        completely agree with the comments.. I had ordered Iron Man 1 .. for two weeks .. I had to follow up to no avail. I gave up on the movie.. ordered another one.. Wake up Sid.. the same story.. warehouse nos. dont work mails to CEO bounce back, Support is unable to resolve the issues.

        Seventymm — not delivering movies

        Dear sir,

        I am a member of the movie rental service seventymm which is head quartered in chamarajpet,bangalore.I have enrolled in a scheme of one movie at a time.They will collect the watched movie while giving a new movie to watch.They do not have any record for collected movies from customer.If the guy who collects mess up with logging in procedure for returned movies,the onus is on the customer.The system will show two movies with the customer and citing the reason,they will stop delivering the ordered movies.They collect the money in advance and take customers for a ride.despite several attempts from my part to clear the above said mess,they will assure that everything will be solved immediately.But that never happens.You keep explaining to each and every customer representative in their call centre you sob story for umpteen no of times and the conclude they that theu understand our problem,but cannot do anything about it.

        How can we allow such dubious companies to exist and cheat their customers outright citing silly reasons?Kindly notify this issue..
        seventymm is the worst consumer co i ve dealt with. they are frauds. they do not refund. their work ehtics are totally zero. when its time for renewal only then they talk otherwise they never reply and do anything to mend the problem. their call centre no. is totally waste for complaints as nothing is done after complaining. i think we should sue this company for harrasing its clients. We have a very strong case. 70mm has advertised a number of 1930s (maybe 40s) movies on its website. When you ask for them they send you a new film ...with the same title I wanted to take them to Consumer Court. My lawyer says we should sue them for cheating

        I agree with you. Seventy mm is the worst company full of liars and frauds, . even if you write to their CEO, there will be no response. I have not got my money back when they promised that they would refund it at the time of subscription if i dont like it.

        Seventy mm is wrost service provider of DVDs specially in Bangalore.I have taken 3 month unlimited member ship .But still i did not any movie of my choice and they have given the DVDs all are not executable in DVD .
        Player.Once they have taken money now they are not providing any kind of services.It is a pure fake and frude company. Pls. pls. don't take their services. When i asked them to return my money back they refused me to give the money back
        I agree, I had requested for refund. In turn, received emails requesting not to terminate. However, upon persistence, I stopped getting any response to my emails!

        Seventymm — Unorganised and poor service

        Beware i[censored] plan to register for this service.We have been to US and were regular users of Netflix , after coming back we came across seventymm(biggest n most unfortunate moment) . Thinking it would be on the same lines we registered for abt 3 months service pack.

        Coming to the point , ordering movies is a BIG PAIN . My service pack was so that i can recieve movies and deliver the ones with me at the same time.Bt these guys are so unorganised that after delivering the movies it would never be updated in the A/C due to which i cannot order the other set of movies.(Solution they gave- whenever i receive movies i need to call them to change the status and the order the other set)

        Secondly everytime i order movies liek avtar and resident evil (high enders) i ll never receive them .They give stupid reasons like cds are damaged or u send the movie lying with u and then we can send.I really doubt they have these movies.The collection of movies is so downgraded that u r left with little choice of known movies and for that u need to wait months since they are never available.

        I m feeling so horrid with these experiences tat i dont even knoe what do i complain more to these stupid people.

        IF IN CASE SEVENTYMM happens to read forums (which they shud actually for a reality check ) please please improve ur damn system.

        Seventymm — Very arrogant staff and useless service

        Do not ever register service with Seventymm.
        I had registered for the service with 3 month plan. I could see only 3 movies, Every movie i ordered was in a very bad state and more over if i complain their support staff is very arrogant.
        I stopped using the service but then after few days i got a message saying Rs 599 is been deducted from my bank account. I got extremely annoyed with this and called the customer support. They are so arrogant that they straight away told they cannot refund me back. They also said something about auto debit option will do these if enabled.
        Can i lodge complaint against them??
        I experienced the same things... I have been cheated too.. Thought of filing a complaint against them...
        Seventymm totally sucks. They claim of failed delivery attempts but nobody has called me to take delivery of the DVDs. The delivery attempts are FAKE. Tried there heldesk, they have been posting the same standard stupid reponse again and again, so I dont think anybody is even reading my complaints.

        MORE — arrogant staff

        I had been to More stores in yelahanka and also in many places of bangalore and mysore. The staff is completely arrogant. they will not at all respond properly. If we take more food stuffs like veggies, fruits, toiletries, grains they will try to put everything in one cover. We ask them to sort everything separately they will start saying they cant give 2 covers or more if we purchase it for more than 500 rupee also...

        Seventymm — False Commitments

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I've taken the movie rental service from Seventymm.com in 3rd week of june 2011.A sales girl from delhi named ritu called me & offered 6 months unlimited movie rental pack in 1000 rupees & committed a free pack of 6 dvds.But till now nothing has happened.Secondly whatever movie i order their customer care people says "that it is on circulation".This happened 4-5 times continuously.I contacted the same sales girl Ritu for the same then she said my problems will get solved in 2-3 days.But now its more than 15 days.When i asked Ritu the sales girl to refund my money then she said money will be refunded in 15 days time & asked me to contact customer care depratment.And when contacted them then customer care people said that money cannot be refunded & ritu has made a false commitment.When i contacted Ritu then she said customer care people are lying and money refund is possible.Then i again contacted customer care people & told everything then they logged my complaint and said i'll get a callback from the supervisor but no one called me.I did this thing 2-3 times but nothing has happened till now.

        I have purchased the membership for 03 Months only for SeventyMM 4 months back under Mem Id:629379. firstly I faced lots of problem for ordering the movie and getting delivered on time. I called so many times to there call center for the same. They promised that I will get the complimentry gift pack of 3 DVD's till now I have not received it yet. But according to SeventyMM they have delivered the gift. I have sent couple of email and calls but no solution yet. So i have stopped availing their services.

        Now what happen after 3 months they charged my credit card without informing me. I called immediately to seventymm that why did they charged my card. According to them when I became member of their company there was link of renewal of membership which i didn't disable. Honestly, I made the payment through my credit card myself and the company executive was over the phone with me who was guiding
        me while making the payment online.

        I told them I don't want to avail your frustrating service again and I have just order for moive 3 times only till now. I spoken to lot of people for my refund and sent so many mails. Till now no response..I am febup now making call and sending mail.

        I request you please take serious action again them and help me to getting my refund.

        Seventymm. — Defective rechargeable lamp

        I had ordered one rechargeable electric lantern make warmex model no E-LA 99L through on line purchase. Free DVD worth Rs 999.00 was assured on purchase of the lamp. The lamp was received in a shabby packed condition without the DVD and also consignor address. . As instructed on one page instruction of the lamp, the lamp was charged for 24 hours. The lamp was switched on. The switch did not work. An online complain was forwarded . There was no response. After about five complains and a telephone call it was intimated that DVD is under collection and will be despatched shortly. A DVD with three movies claiming to be worth Rs 999.00 was received which as per my opinion was total fraud. The DVD is only for sales promotion and it was beyond my perception how a value of Rs 999.00 can be given when the item is not for sale in open market.
        Further it was also assured that the defective lantern will be replaced with a tested one. Two weeks have passed and there is no response. Response on the phone is recorded voice instructing to dial various numbers to reach their sales department. On dialling there is no response for a complete 2 minutes. After two minutes a mechanical response of an executive comes with an assurance only. Response of the organisation is very poor.
        As a customer, I have every right to get the item replaced.

Seventymm.com CONTAINED THREE ITEMS TOTAL INVOICE VALUE Rs 322 , But ,I have received only one item of SKU[protected] G.One Socks (8314) +Get a chance to meet Shahrukh Khan in my absent not in station last week at chennai courier boby collected whole invocie amount of Rs 322 instead of Rs 72.50 for one item ,courier boy Aramex no.[protected] of force to pay full invoice amount item Rs 322 its total cheat ( full invoice amount collect by the Aramex courier from my Mum I dont no why ? cool stuff enclosing whole invoice amount when they are not able to supply full item). After then went and checked the Aramex office at chennai they total amount was reflecting Rs 322 but they told to contact cool stuff to Retrieve the amount ,

        Kindly conform rest of the shipment status before i escallate this issue are i will take action against Aramex for the Irresponsible act cheating consignee by force to pay full amount of Rs 322,
        The delay is in all the branches of Seventymm, starting from their Head Office in Bangalore.

        Mubin is the guy who convinced me to renew after my first year of membership. I wanted to cancel soon after I started due to the bad discs & bad customer services, bad automated IVR, bad website but I was forced to continue as they refused to refund any amount back if I cancelled. Then when the 1st year ended, I refused to renew membership, they started calling me everyday trying to convince me to renew. Mubin then called me and gave me his mobile number saying if I had any problem I could call him directly and he would personally ensure it was rectified. He did that for a few months (of course the bad service continued) and after some months stopped taking my calls & started disconnecting when I called.I again asked for cancellation & even emailed them several times, they said if I cancelled they would not give me any refund. So again I was forced to continue.

        When the 2nd year ended, they called for renewal again & I said "No WAY" so they continued calling. They then made some Meena call me who claimed to be a supervisor. Meena - [protected].

        She sweet talked me all sorry & promises & also mentioned she knew & understood my mistrust but promised me she would ensure I wouldnt have further issues & also said she would offer me special scheme of 1500rs for this 3rd year. I believed her & since I had spent more than 2400rs for each year, I thought she really wanted to assist me. She also offered more free gifts than they normally allowed. She ensured she would personally solve any problems I had in future. So I agreed & paid 1500rs in cash on 5th Nov 2011. She promised all my free gifts would arrive within 10 working days. After that period had passed with no news from her, or even confirmation that my account was active, It took me several phone calls after which I received part gift in December. The 2 Encyclopedias I received were old, used & the cover of 1 was broken.

        Again I kept calling & calling, by now she started disconnecting my calls, so finally I called Bangalore number & some 'supervisor' apologised & promised the part gift that was damaged would be replaced within 4 working days. And the remaining gifts would be sent within 2 weeks when they had stocks. Neither happened.

        Out of every 5 discs they send, only 1 actually works. The rest are damaged. They even sometimes send the wrong DVD. For all this, I have to keep calling again & again, to complain. Every time I complain, they say sorry, regret inconvenience etc etc & promise it won't happen again. Finally about 2weeks ago, I had enough & asked them to cancel my account. I also found their page on Facebook where I started writing my complaints. About 10 days ago, someone called & apologised & made false promises again. I told him they always promise but don't deliver, so either provide good service or if you are not capable of that, then cancel my account.

        The next minute I check the FB page and they have written to me saying they are cancelling my account. When I replied exactly we had spoken & this meant they are not capable of good service, they kept deleting my comments. And I kept putting them up again. Finally they called to say to either continue with them, if not they would not give me full refund anyway.

        The whole company is a fraud organisation. They only give attention until they have received our money, after that they take you for granted.

        Seventymm should be blacklisted!! They are shameless and corrupt, disgraceful rats!!

        I had ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Jan 2012 but inspite of reminders have received neither the shoes nor full refund. The product is still displayed on their site so I do not know how many other people too are being duped by this site which seems just interested in taking payment and sleeping.

They cancelled my order without notifying me and offered me my vouchers valid for only 13 days whereas my vouchers were valid for 6 months. Spoke to Meena in the sales team and she was extremely rude to me. The company is full of cheats.
        Coyldn't agree anymore with all the comments above...Seventymm sucks and their tall claims of the CEO responding to the e-mails on four hours is total rubbish...I have been waiting for 15days and counting...he hasn't responded to any of my three e-mails!

        Seventymm is closed as i came to know from one of its member after i called him. His nummber is [protected] & he gave number of someone name Mr Murali Krishna whose number is [protected]. Mr murali krishna number is coming continously switched off and also their customer care number is not working. No one replying mails...I mailed them almost 4-5 times but no replies so i called up this number & the person said seventymm is closed...I asked what about the refunds and he said i dont know you call murali krishna.

            I hadpaid 1500 rs for seven months subscription plan and they offered me some free gifts-DVD Combos and Encyclopaedia.


            I'm still waiting for the same to delivered to me and Today I've received a mail from them that they have never promised me for free gifts.

            My advise, stay away from seventy mm, its the worst movie rental service...

            I started getting numerous calls from your Bangalore customercare.Someone named Sahil offerd me that if I renew my plan by paying 600 more, he offered me 9-movies dvd combo and Britanica encyclopedia as a gift.

            Mr. Rajeev it a matter of trust, i have mailed numerous of times and then I recd the dvd combos.

            Same goes for Encyclopaedia, it was commited by both Sahil and some Vijay that I would be receiving them shortly.

            But now you are mailing me that I'm falsly asking the same from you people.

            MR. rajeev, I also work in a prestigious company and I believe if you have given some commitment then you have to fulfill it at any cost.

            If I had paid 1500 for some plan and I'm eligible for this then why should I write mails to receive the gift.

            if you have people who commit wrong things and you also show no interest in solving those issues, then its better that as a customer I should stop using your service.

            Seventymm — DVDs never work

            I took a renewal membership from seventymm for 3 months after prolonged follow ups by them who collected Rs.500/-
            I ordered kids movies and they promptly delivered NON WORKING DVDs 4 times continuously, they never accept or even recognize the complaint.if you ask for another DVD, they simply come, deliver and give another DVD again non working. Its better to buy the Movies than Hiring .

            My member id is-577091. Every time I order movies from seventymm, it is always delivered late. I called up customer care several times, they always tell me that next time it won't happen, but it happens again -the very next order is delayed.
            I called customer service again, and asked to cancel my account and process my refund, but they always say they will take the matter with the concerned department. When I ask them which is the concerned department they answer - Its just the concerned department. When I ask to speak to the "concerned department" they say they do not have the provision to transfer the call.

            Greetings! This is in reference to Seventymm.com service provider of DVD’s for home viewing. Before buying the package I duly informed the Customer Care that I own a BOSE HOME THEATRE SYSTEM and would be playing the DVD’s on the said system. The reply was we only provide the best of the DVD’s and you would not be facing the problem at all. Six months down the line, the scenario got changed and the DVD’s provided were of the worst of the quality which if played full on the system would harm the functioning of the system.

            Request after request were emailed and put it to CUSTOMER CARE but of no avail. Promises were made only for very short period and rest is the history.

            Finally, the most annoying part was when I was asked to renew the membership which was expiring on June. On request it was changed to Aug and it is ending in July. All results have been loaded from there website from time to time for a proof.

            Sir, if you go through the letter and specially the package part, it proves of the mismanagement of accounts and how they are cheating the customers. On asking for refund I was clearly told NO.

            The details are given below: RED highlighted shows that the plan was valid for 18 months (6 months on with every renewal) till Oct 2009; it is self explanatory when the seventymm ask for renewal now and showing the different expiry at different times.

To some extent the problem has been rectified but I am not sure that for how long the supply of EXTRMELY GOOD QUALITY of DVD’s would continue? I have a doubt.

            Details of Invoice No. 681808 – on renewal of my account in advance would carry a said discount of Rs.457.50 ps as mentioned and would have the same 6 months limited plan for 6 month period ending on 9th Oct’09. I got the call for renewal mentioning that account is to expire on 12/07/09 as mentioned by Nitin but on checking on the website it showed clearly 12th June 2009. The problem was rectified but it still shows expiry date as 10th August 2009 but as per plan and details mentioned the account to be expired on 09th October 2009, which is wrong and unacceptable to me.
            I have time and again has made umpteen calls to the Seventymm Customer Care to please only deliver the DVD’s which I can play on Bose system but it seems that there is nobody to bother about customers request. Frustrated with the supply of poor quality DVD’s which you can’t play at all, what you look for is “REFUND”. You put yourself in my shoes and please put your hand on your heart and let me know what would really ask for if this continues for months.
            Please rectify the problem from your end and intimate accordingly. What I also request you to kindly look into the matter of DVD’s supplied from your end.

            Seventy Mm — Renewal demand without the expiry date and poor quality of DVD's provided

            so far nothing no action has been taken by the company....its a long pending issue
            Nowadays before subscribing to any online service I usually search the internet reading reviews about the site from the prior customers. I had done the same too for seventymm and thought of giving it a shot since there a 1-month trial offer going on.

            My member id is 592333.

            As experienced by anandraga2303, I too got the movies very late (more than 3 days) and that too after living in a big/metro city like Pune.
            I had to call customer care everytime to update the status of the movies. I had to call them to update the movie status to "delivered" or else you cant order a new one.
            Then I had to call customer service to order a new movie since the IVR or SMS option was faulty. It never gave a confirmation number and the online option never worked :( It always flashed "please try again after some time!":(
            Then I had to call the customer service to update the status to "Returned" after I returned a movie.
            Finally I made a final call to Seventymm to stop my trial and close my account. Hope that successfully gets done without any issues. I have wasted so much money in making calls and sending messages that all that would add up to the movie rental amount itsel[censored]

            Hope they seriously think about their service or else they should stop their business and stop cheating people.

            I would not recommend this online rental service to anyone except if one wishes to try it on a trial basis.

              I am astounded that someone hasn't taken action to close this company down. I joined in August 2009. Every DVD I got was badly scratched. I tried playing them on my laptop computer, desktop computer and TV DVD player but none of them worked. It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company. I feel cheated since I paid Rs.2000 for a 6 month service. I've lost the money...

              They giving only 2 movies at a time is O.K, but the quality of the Disc's are usually very bad. The few movies that are good are normally not available. For example, out of the 20 movies that I put on the wish list, only three were available after a month !!!. I purchased a Disney movie, but they did not deliver even after 3 weeks and on asking say that there is a problem in procuring Disney movies, but till today, this movie has not been removed from the 'BUY NOW" list !!!. It means so many would have tried and got their money stuck !!!. I placed another Movie on Cash collect basis asking for the refund amount to be reduced when making the bill.But even after 3 weeks no movie or reply.

                Seventymm — Refund Cheque

                I cancelled my membership of seventymm on 29 Jan 2009 after using the service for just one month. The cd formatting was incompatible with both my dvd and samsung player. I spoke to Alok from seventymm who cancelled the membership and promised to send me cheque for Rs 645(Rs 345 deposit and Rs 300 monthly rental) I have yet to receive the cheque and find it impossible to speak to anyone in customer care. You get a voicemail to leave your name and number, but no one calls you back. I am still waiting for the cheque it has been almost a month.

                  Greetings! This is in reference to Seventymm.com service provider of DVD’s for home viewing. Before buying the package I duly informed the Customer Care that I own a BOSE HOME THEATRE SYSTEM and would be playing the DVD’s on the said system. The reply was we only provide the best of the DVD’s and you would not be facing the problem at all. Six months down the line, the scenario got changed and the DVD’s provided were of the worst of the quality which if played full on the system would harm the functioning of the system.

                  Request after request were emailed and put it to CUSTOMER CARE but of no avail. Promises were made only for very short period and rest is the history.

                  Finally, the most annoying part was when I was asked to renew the membership which was expiring on June. On request it was changed to Aug and it is ending in July. All results have been loaded from there website from time to time for a proof.

                  Sir, if you go through the letter and specially the package part, it proves of the mismanagement of accounts and how they are cheating the customers. On asking for refund I was clearly told NO.

                  Details of Invoice No. 681808 – on renewal of my account in advance would carry a said discount of Rs.457.50 ps as mentioned and would have the same 6 months limited plan for 6 month period ending on 9th Oct’09. I got the call for renewal mentioning that account is to expire on 12/07/09 as mentioned by Nitin but on checking on the website it showed clearly 12th June 2009. The problem was rectified but it still shows expiry date as 10th August 2009 but as per plan and details mentioned the account to be expired on 09th October 2009, which is wrong and unacceptable to me.
                  I have time and again has made umpteen calls to the Seventymm Customer Care to please only deliver the DVD’s which I can play on Bose system but it seems that there is nobody to bother about customers request. Frustrated with the supply of poor quality DVD’s which you can’t play at all, what you look for is “REFUND”. You put yourself in my shoes and please put your hand on your heart and let me know what would really ask for if this continues for months.
                  Please rectify the problem from your end and intimate accordingly. What I also request you to kindly look into the matter of DVD’s supplied from your end.

                  I appreciate the call from Customer Care Mr. Nitin Malik who personally promised to look into the matter personally and make sure that the DVD’s supplied to us would be excellent quality playable on our BOSE Home Theatre system (ref no 2306404 on 12/06/09). To some extent the problem has been rectified but I am not sure that for how long the supply of EXTRMELY GOOD QUALITY of DVD’s would continue? I have a doubt.

                  This is in reference to the said Member ID whereby I have been facing the problems with my account (ref no 2306404 on 12/06/09 by Mr. Nitin Malik) whereby I was assured the accounts would be rectified within 24 hrs and would hear from Seventymm about it but so far nobody has called and confirmed about it. I sincerely request to please go through the photocopy of the attached details carefully.

                  Seventymm.com — Return of Advance renew payment

                  Hi,

                  i had made advance renewal with payment before my existing subscription expiry date.
                  however , i need to fly out of country and asked seventymm to return my money much earlier than existing subscription expiry date. They never reply to any emails. i get same answer from customer care rep saying somebody else will call you who never does.

                  Please take action against this seventymm.com as they have been cheating .

                  no dvd's sent to me according to the money I have paid and very poor customer care service and bad response, not willing to pay back money.

                    Subject: Unresolved concerns against Seventymm, Delhi.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Greetings of the day! This letter is with reference to the serious unresolved grievances I am facing as a customer. My account number is ‘159233’ which is registered in the name of my father, Mr. Anil Sood.

                    I’m writing this letter to you as Seventymm – Delhi team is unable to resolve these concerns. I have faced several problems where the Customer Care representatives assured me that they will arrange a call back from the Department Head while they do not put the same in their call logs.

                    Following are the problems which I have been facing with Seventymm:

                    1. Incomplete disclosure of information: At the time of signing up of this account, I was told that I could request for movie deliveries as per my convenience. However, when I faced delivery related problems, I was told that it’s up to the delivery department to decide the delivery schedule.

                    2. Miscommunication by Customer Care representatives: There have been a few incidents wherein the Customer Services representatives have been very co-operative on their face value, but completely ignorant after a customer disconnects the call. They are as follows:

                    A. May 25th, 2009 – During a pick-up on this date, I was not at home. I received a call from Seventymm that the pick-up boy was outside my home. I informed the rep to send the delivery boy between 9 AM – 5:30 PM on May 27th, 2009. He acknowledged the same and assured me that the movie will be picked up on May 27 in this slot. On May 27th, I called up the customer care again and confirmed the pickup of movies from my residence. I was given the same assurance. However, the movies were not picked up on that day. On May 30th, 2009, I called up the customer care to enquire about the reason for non pick-up. Surprisingly, I was told that the customer services representatives are not authorized to confirm delivery schedules and the second representative apologized for the inconvenience caused. I told him that I wanted to speak a Senior Personnel in Seventymm since the explanation sought was totally unsatisfactory. The rep told me that it’s technically not possible to transfer inter-department call and he would arrange a call back for me. I did not receive a call from any Senior Personnel in Seventymm.

                    B. June 27th, 2009: I received a MISSED call from Seventymm delivery boy. When I called him back, he told me that there was nobody at my residence when he came to deliver the movie. I confronted him on this since I was at home with my parents. He became very defensive and started arguing over this. I asked him to deliver the movie again and he said he can’t climb stairs to the 3rd floor. I’ll have to come down and collect the movie from him. When I questioned him on this, he told me that I can call anybody in Seventymm and tell him that the delivery boy has refused to deliver the movie to me.

                    I called up the customer care and spoke to Gurjeet. I explained him the complete situation and following were his responses:
                     Call can’t be transferred. Technically not possible.
                     The delivery boy can’t deliver the CD again on the same day, even if he’s at fault.
                     I should do as the delivery boy says with respect to collecting the movie from him.
                     Complaint noted down. A call back from Delivery department head to be arranged.

                    I called up the customer services again after 15 minutes and spoke to Nagesh. Nagesh confirmed that Gurjeet did not note down anything about a call back for me. Nagesh also confirmed that a call transfer is possible and transferred my call to his supervisor, Jagdeep. Jagdeep was very supportive but he could only provide me an assurance that he would act upon the complaint. Thus, I asked him to cancel my account immediately

                    Please note that such type of behavior from your team is not acceptable and the services provided completely defy the purpose of enjoying movies over a weekend.                     I request the users of Seventymm.com to ask for the withdraw of the services and for refund. After reading all the comments even I am one of you who has been facing the similar problems and ask for refund the answer is always NO even if I go to consumer court. The dvd's supplied are of extrmemly poor quality even worse then supplied by local dvd shops.
                    agree movie library is very less. so many good movies are there but not in seventymm.
                    customer care is not for show off.. understand customer prob. and try to fullfill as soon as possbile..
                    so many Orginal DVDs released but not in seventymm .. waste of money.. better to buy DVD and watch .
                    suggestion for Raghav Kher. " to stay in market fulfill the customer expectation otherwise ready to shut down soon"

                    Seventymm — Harrassing customer care(less) people

                    Before joining, customr care gave me false promise that you can keep movies any no. of days, but after subscribing, they won’t give the next day movie if you wont’ return the previous movie. USELESS............

                    Also they look for their delivery boy’s convenience (customer is not important) and they told, if they wish they can deliver.

                    Worst thing is....when i told them that i will write this in reviews of websites, the customer care executive told that YOU DO WHATEVER YOU CAN....

                      I had taken memebrship in SeventyMM online Movie sotre in year 2007 and due to service issue, i did not renew the membership but last month the serivce wing has called and assured me good servce and asked me to renew the membership at a offer price of Rs.995/= in place of Rs.1999/= .Based on the same i had renewed the membership . All of a sudden in 1st week of May just 20 days i had received a Cheque for Value of Rs.318 /= Seventy MM stating that your service in Chennai has been closed .
                      But i wish to inform that i have renewed the account on 16th April 2009 just 30 a month ago
                      by paying Rs.995/= . This is clear case of fraud as they would have planned for any such closure atleast one month in advance . Also whay should i pay rs.677/= for just two movies also no details of what fee has been taken or nothing has been conyved
                      . Why only rs.318/= has been sent to me in place of Rs.995/= . i don't find any reason or justification for the same or any letter or information on the closure or anything .
                      I would need my entire fee to be refunded back as its Seventy MM which is closing its operations and not who wants to discontinue the service the fault is on seventyMM side
                      i believe you should fight back with such companies as i also faced the same problem and finally joined www.bigflix.com which is available online as well as stores in chennai and present in 10 cities as bigflix is a big brand u can rely on its service ...but 70mm shld understand the grievances of consumers

                        Hello, you unethical, inefficient, unprofessional people at Seventymm,

                        For the last five days, we have been waiting to receive a movie from Seventymm but without luck. I sent an SMS with the message 'DELIVER' to 5757570, and I received an auto-response saying my movies will be delivered. This was on Thursday, March 12. Today, it's March 16. But, still no movie.

                        On Friday, March 13, I called your customer care number and they said some random movie from my wishlist will be delivered. But nothing arrived. Yesterday, three days after we had asked for a movie to be delivered, we called again and received the recorded message 'sorry, no one is available to answer your call'. When we finally got through, some mental at the end of the line said there was a technical error and that he was sorry. We asked him how he could compensate for our loss. We have paid to watch 1 movie a day every month. But thanks to this so-called technical error, we have nothing. Since the brain-dead couldn't answer our question, he referred us to a supervisor - someone who identified herself as Nirmala. She tried to be snooty with us and said that according to your policy, you can deliver only one movie per day. Fine, but what about delivering that? Will God do that for us?

                        Over the last year, we have lined up several movies in our wishlist but most of them have not been delivered to us. Seventymm only delivers some random movies from the bottom of our list. We are appalled at the quality of your customer care and at the idiocy of your staff. Your service sucks. We are cancelling our account with effect from this month. As a journalist, I have a duty to give you a bad review and I shall do so. Get your act together before all your customers leave you.
                        Excellent ... seems they have a malicious easter egg in their website code ... u had the issue in 2009 March... and now I am having exactly same issue in 2010 March - around the same time. I have already lost 7 days of service ... 2 times complaint lodged, but no effect. Unfortunatel i am stuck with 6mnths subscription. My bad - I got greedy, should always have kept it 3month or 1month plan. You can always threaten them to cancel. They know that one customer canels, then its like a penny less in the begging bowl.

                        Seventymm SUCKS.

                        Please do not fall in trap of this company because Once they have pocketed your money, their is no one whom you can complaint or who can hear what a customer is facing.

                        Non-existent service, I am currently in Delhi NCR region and their executive Ritu called dozens of times and offered me 6 free movie DVDs and sold me some movie plan. But even after 1 month, posting dozens of complaints on their website and calling them number of times, I AM YET TO RECEIVE promised FREE DVDs.
                        Even their day to day service is Pathetic.

                          I subscribed for a monthly VCD/DVD package with SeventyMM. As part of the deal, it was supposed to provide 6 CD/DVD movies. My complaints:

                          1. The quality of CDs/DVDs was very poor. I could use only 2 of the 6 movies as the remaining did not work.
                          2. After several complaints and follow-ups I was promised that my payment would be refunded.
                          3. One fine day, I got a mail for termination of my membership as well as renewal option. On follow-up I found that the company is not procesing any refund and that my membership has lapsed.
                          4. After several phone calls and discussions, I was promised that the time will be extedned by a month and I will be given at least 10 more movies.
                          5. Still awaiting an action.
                          6. Extremely poor service and no follow-up from customer service department. As I customer and sufferer, I have to follow-up myself.

                          Please look into the matter.

                          Seventy mm qualifies as 1 of the biggest hoaxes of the century. Have been trying to return my movie and get a new one for the last 2 months. Called the call center about 20 times. No luck. Have been asking for a refund but nobody bothers. Mr. Raghav Kher, it's sad to see such money minded machines exploiting the common man. This is the epitome of capitalism. Cheating innocent people by promising the earth and the moon without having any intention of meeting the same.

                          In a nutshell, please refund my money.

                            My seventymm membership number is 91755. I joined in April-May 2008, only to be disillusioned by the (extremely) poor service and get my account cancelled in July 2008. Ever since, I have made numerous phone calls and sent a number of emails requesting for my refundable deposit to be returned, but to no avail. Seventymm does not reply to emails or call back regarding the issue.

                            Seventymm take deposit on the false promise that DVDs will be delivered on the day following online booking. Most often they deliver several days later or do not deliver at all. Their customer care number disconnects phones. I am disgusted with their pathetically poor service.

                              I registered for SeventyMM.com for a month in July, with a registration fee of Rs. 349, I called them after the month to cancel the renewal of the account. However, i am YET to receive the refund, despite several reminders, phone calls, and emails.

                              I absolutely agree with the complaint of Abi. I face a similar problem of false commitment by the representative of seventymm and also by customer care executive(s). On the 2nd day of the registration, I called up their Customer care centre & got aware of the false promises, not matching up to the commitments and made request for a full refund of money to me for breach of trust. Their promise of full refund within 15 days (as promised by the self acclaimed floor incharge in the customer care dept. is also fake, as i am still awaiting the refund post almost a month as i write this.. This is disgusting and dismaying on behalf of company who makes tall claims to lure customers but does not pay heed to customer requests/complaints. I have the complaint request number, dates of all conversations and the names of the people i spoke to, to escalate the matter as to ensure I get my rightful dues..
                              My request to you all who read this comment is, DO TAKE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER AND GET THE EXECUTIVE'S NAME / DATE & TIME OF CONVERSATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCES, TO BUILD THE CASE (IF IT IS INEVITABLE) TO SAFEGUARD YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

                                It was indeed the worst day, a NIGHTMARE THE DAY I BOUGHT SEVENTY MM.
                                KINDLY TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT. I DO NOT WANT ANY ASSOCIATION WITH SEVENTYMM ANY LONGER. I HAVE ALL MY FAMILY USING EVENTYMM SINCE THE LAST 8Month BUT NEVER FACED ANY SUCH PROBLEM. NOW WE CANNOT TAKE THIS ATTITUDE BY SEVENTY MM.                                 How I wish I had done a google on Seventymm complaints before enrolling for their service!! That would have not only saved my money but also my precious time and saved me from all the hassles which I am facing ever since I enrolled. The day I enrolled, I have been daily calling them to tell them that although your site says movies have been shipped to me, movies have not been delivered to me. Mails to their customer care are NEVER responded. On calling, every time they will make a promise that someone will call them and the movie will be delivered today.However, neither of these 2 things happen!!
                                Worst thing is that when I enrolled( they came to my office), I was told that I will not be charged any Registration fee nor any Securty Fees and I was told that the fee is 3 mths subscription fee. But when I checked the details, out of the total amount, only 299 is the monthly subsciption fee which by any standards is huge.Till date I have not been delivered any movie and daily I am spending lot of money and time in calling their stupid customer care which is least bothered !!
                                If someone knows the process of filing the complaint in customer forum, pls post here. I am determined to take them to task. This is height of cheating.
                                this is most company, i have 30 movies in queue but company is not able to provide movies, they digest just your charges[protected] so service - never seen - and top of that their is no one who will listen you.

                                Here I figure out that I'm not the only one to be duped...just like others I do miss movies every other week on stupid pretext of non updation, delivery boys fault etc.I have taken 6 month subscription with promise of prompt delivery which was absent when I had previously subscribed for 3 months...freebies like travel vouchers..I have'nt recieved them till date...The best part is that c.c. executives are mostly stupid who don't even know how to spell english titles properly or apply logic while conversing..except that they can apologise 101 times for same mistake which they shall keep on doing.
                                A girl called Richa called me up 5 times & 3 times a day to sell it...bt when I dropped message after paying the amount she has'nt contacted me reg. travel vouchers ..an offer which is not known to other cc. guys out there.

                                P.S. The senior management of the company is least bothered about the future of company since even after your -ve feedback no senior makes an effort to rectify it.

                                ADVISE- I had used MOVIEMART for 2 months & found it good in terms of delivery( To Noida ).

                                God sake don't became a member of Seventymm.
                                I took this "1-DVD Unlimited 3 Months Plan" for Rs. 849/- after I got a sales call for this. I was told that I'll be eligible for 1-DVD daily, provided I send an sms between 11:30 pm and early morning 4:40 am.

                                Now after 55 days since I took this service, I have been delivered only 35 movies till date. Every week, despite of sending sms[protected] on time, I'm not delivered movies for at least 2 days every week. In between there was 3 days when I didn't got any delivery of movies.

                                I've been following up with your Customer Care (+[protected], and I'm told every time that there were some technical issues, and this issue will not happen again, but it happens every week.

                                And after the pathetic service, the Customer Care Executives are more pathetic.
                                Today (10-Jun-09) I called up the Customer Care Executive and the person spoke very unprofessionally and rudely.
                                He bluntly said - "We have provided 35 movies till date and it is a very good service we have provided to you and you will not find this kind of Excellent service anywhere".
                                When I said I'm not going to renew this plan if this kind of service continues, he said - "If you are not happy with the service, then we'll our self cancel this plan, once 90 days are over and we will not let you renew any service with us".
                                I'm just wandering if he is doing any good to the company or harming the company's reputation. Well, with this kind of setup and behavior, I don't think the company is here to provide some good service to people. I think as I have been sms-ing every day, the company is not co-operating and not willing to extend any support to a customer like me.
                                The Customer Care Executive further added - "The company has already spent more than Rs.1000/- in delivering movies to you", which clearly indicated that I should not expect any more good service.

                                I will request all those concerned, that never ever take any service from this kind of company.
                                Seventy mm is good company with bad management, because of that the company will not run for a long I think so, I think his director has the excess money and has blind faith on them, GOD Save

                                I am happy that at least you are reverting on my queries, otherwise earlier the seventy mm team did not even bother to respond to my complaints.



                                However it seems as if some one is taking revenge from me for my complaints against your team. Since 12th of August, I have been harassed by your team too much. Your service standards have become worst from bad. The problems has increased manifold as followings:



                                1. You have not reverted to me on why the Hulchul movie was sent to movie in non Hindi language.



                                2. On 21st of Aug, I was sent the movie name DON/Wo Lamhe. We were happy to get that DVD as we can watch Wo Lamhe. However we were shocked to know that it was the DVD for songs only. At about 4.00 PM on the same day we called one of your team members named Laxmi[protected] and complained for the same. On that he collected the movie back from us on the same evening and against that no movie was delivered to us as replacement.



                                3. On 23rd Aug we were sent the same songs DVD of DON / Wo Lamhe again, which we refused to receive and hence the movie was sent back. Again we were with no movie for the day.



                                4. Today on 24th Aug we have been sent the movie name Mission Impossible. But again the same issue, the movie was in English and there was no option of Hindi language. Thus it wasn’t of any use for us.



                                Now from these issues I feel as if you guys are taking any revenge from me.



                                Even I am working with a service Industry and whenever we received any complaints from customer we take extra care for that customer and attempt to put our best efforts to delight (more than satisfied) the customers in future. However there is no such kind of attempt from your side. Every time you are apologizing but not learning from your previous mistakes.



                                I request you to kindly provide me the contact details of your Chief Executive Officer, so that I can communicate with him.



                                Also since I am not getting any resolution from your support team I am intentionally marking this mail to another mail ids mentioed on the website.

                                I request the head of the other depts also to kinldy let me know the contact details of CEo of the company so that I can esclate the unresloved issue.

                                I am still facing lots of problems with your company some of which are as follows:

                                1. Last week I was sent the movie : The Great Gambler, which was not there in my wish list. Thus we were forced to see that particular movie and that also waste my one day rental.

                                2. On 14th of August 2009 I was sent the movie named Hulchal. I was happy to see the SMS that a good comedy movie has been sent to me and I can enjoy my holidays by watching this movie. I even do not mind that no movie will be delivered to me on 15th Aug 2009 as Hulchual was a good movie to watch on 15th. However all my plans shattered when I started the movie. I was not in Hindi. Thus was not of any use to us. Total wastage of 2 days.

                                3. On 15th Evening I sent an SMS to your team for the movie delivery but no movie was deliver to me.

                                4. Again on 16th of Aug 2009 I have sent a SMS Deliver to your team but no movie was deliver to me till today. I had incurred Rs 9 for 3 SMS on 16th. One SMS as Deliver, then as Get and then again as Get in order to ensure that I received the movie.

                                5. You have changed the system of requesting delivery of movie on your website, which is very confusing. Till the time the status of returned movie is updated we are unable to locate any option for return movie. Last week I spend a lot of time to locate the option of deliver the movie but was not able to locate the same as it was not there at all.

                                6. You have changed the option for requesting the movie on phone through SMS. Now instead of Deliver we have to write to you Get and then the movie code thus 2 SMS are required. Meaning there by the cost @Rs6.

                                As a result of above mentioned problems I was not able to enjoy my entire weekend.
                                Also I had to incur cost for SMS without any result.

                                As a result of these problems I am forced to keep the movie hulchul with me since 14th Aug 2009, which I can not watch because it is not in Hindi.

                                This is quite shameless on your part to followup for the renewals till the time the problems continues. The money that you are investing in followup for renewals should be investing in improving your services and the customers will automatically start renewing the accounts.
                                Give them the best services they will automatically approach you for renewals. And if you continue with bad services you can not get the renewals..

                                First deserve to renew the desire for the renewals.

                                1. Its 10.00PM now and the movie is still not updated on your website.
                                Since the movie is not update, I can not place the order for delivery of movie through website and hence I am forced to place delivery order through SMS which is costing me Rs 3 per day.

                                I am not at all going to bear this cost in future and will never renew your services in future.

                                2. I am still facing the same problem in your CD. In most of the CDs the voice wasn't there and only back-round music was there. As instructed by you I tried to switch it to digital Dolby but it does not happen all the times. Same time the option to switch the movie at digital Dolby was not there.

                                Because of this I was unable to watch the following 2 movies:

                                2. Hello

                                At the time of return of Hello movie I called your delivery boy upstairs and showed him that the Hello movie does not have any sound. We also showed him that there is no option for digital Dolby there. You may check with him.

                                Further that delivery boy gave the following response to me :

                                1. I am just the delivery boy I am not responsible for bad movies.
                                2. This is not the single complaint that you are having, every customer where I deliver the movie has the same problem.
                                3. Because of these issues I have observed that none of the customer that renewed the account till yet.

                                With this kind of response from your own staff, I have further lost interest in your services.

                                At present I am forcefully using your services as I have already paid in advance for next three months. I request you to kjnldy stop my services and refund my money proportionately.

                                3. At the time of sale of the package I was told that I can order one movie per day.
                                However I don’t know how can I do the same. I can’t order the new movie till the time the request for delivery option features on the screen.
                                Its 10.13Pm dated 18.06.09, but even today the request for delivery option is not switch on, o your website till yet. Till yet the website is showing the movie yuvraj which has already been returned today at 3.00pm and new movie raqeeb has been delivered. Since the option for delivery is not featuring on the website I cant order the movie for tomorrow.

                                4. I have also been given the option to SMS for the delivery. But it is of no use. Few days back I SMS for the delivery. I have got the immediate reply that the movie will be delivered in one day, but no movie was delivered on next day. Then finally I requested again for the delivery.


                                I can not understand the reasons for the problems. I request you to kindly either fix up these problems immediately or refund my money ASAP.

                                Seventymm — Not Reverting Money Back

                                Seventymm is online rental movies service company. As having Credit Card they offered me free trail pack @ Rs.1 first for 28 days, later if i wish i can carry on with different monthly plan.My free trial suppose to expire on Feb 09 2011. I sent an mail for cancellation of my subscription on 8th itself to pickup the movie which was pending with me & not to charge my card.
                                Though they charged my credit Card of Rs.1499/-. After several followups with them on call & mail they are not ready to either pick up the movie or revert back of money. Its been month now.
                                Whenever i do call them they have same answer they are arranging for pick up & once it will done they will revert back money to card.
                                I am tired of followup with them. They might be cheating other people also in same way.

                                I have been a supplier for ladies indo-western wear since july 2012.I have delivered all products as per the PO issued to me. I want to bring to your notice a lot of anomalies happening at your company and I dont think such matters are even ever brought to your notice since all such things are usually covered up and hushed up at the lower level.
                                At the start of my association with SEVENTYMM, COM - I was told and given a written contract to be signed and returned-which I promptly did.Legally speaking the contract to be signed / accepted and returned to the supplier as well-which never happened, despite several mails and phone calls to your Gurgaon office-ROHIT SHARMS, PUJA CHADDHA.All i got was assurance to get the same but which ultimately never happened.

                                Then I have not been paid my outstanding payments since july 2012 .I have been writing and talking to several people in your organization-all of whom have only been giving me false assurances for the last 3 months.I WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION THAT IS THIS THE KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS YOU HAVE PROPAGATED IN YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU DONT PAY BACK TO YOUR SUPPLIERS.

                                I must have written atleast 100's of mails for the above and now look at the SHAMELESSNESS of your employees- that they have stopped responding also-which clearly shows that nobody is interested in resolving my payment issues.
                                If you give me your mail id I can forward you the mails and conversation.Anyways I am copying all as below for you to have a look at them.

                                I would appreciate that a quick response and action is taken in this regard before things turn ugly which I am sure none o[censored]s would like to have,

                                  Sir/Ma'am,

                                  I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service of SeventyMM (http://www.seventymm.com). SeventyMM has not been true to its commitment of providing satisfactory service. I am a registered member of SeventyMM and entitled to CD rentals on a daily basis. My last request for a title was on the morning of 4th July 2008. The CD never got delivered.

                                  I called SeventyMM customer care multiple times to enquire about the delay, but all my calls went unanswered. This is stark contrast to the time when I wasn't a member. I received a multitude of calls from sales representatives on behalf of SeventyMM, requesting me to sign up for their rental service. Promises of outstanding service were made, but that unfortunately hasn't been the case.

                                  I request you to look into my grievances and aid me appropriately.

                                    20 movies pending, lots of request made for pickup but no one ready to diliver new movies. last 3 months not even a single movie seen
                                    How I wish I had done a google on Seventymm complaints before enrolling for their service!! That would have not only saved my money but also my precious time and saved me from all the hassles which I am facing ever since I enrolled. The day I enrolled, I have been daily calling them to tell them that although your site says movies have been shipped to me, movies have not been delivered to me. Mails to their customer care are NEVER responded. On calling, every time they will make a promise that someone will call them and the movie will be delivered today.However, neither of these 2 things happen!!
                                    Worst thing is that when I enrolled( they came to my office), I was told that I will not be charged any Registration fee nor any Securty Fees and I was told that the fee is 3 mths subscription fee. But when I checked the details, out of the total amount, only 299 is the monthly subsciption fee which by any standards is huge.Till date I have not been delivered any movie and daily I am spending lot of money and time in calling their stupid customer care which is least bothered !!
                                    If someone knows the process of filing the complaint in customer forum, pls post here. I am determined to take them to task. This is height of cheating.
