I placed a order (order no.27067) on 25th Oct'11 for purchase of G.One Kids Watch & G.One Sunglasses. But out of two product I received only Sunglass.
I made a lots of complaint on customer support contact no. as well as send mail for sales support. But did not received the product. Then I send the mail to CEO, MD & sales head of SEVENTYMM.COM. But not received any reply from anyone.
Pl suggest the way to recover my money or a product which I placed a order for.

    Did not want to start a new thread, but I have realized, my comments are never read.

    hence creating a new one..

    Have not got the movie 'Inside job' that I ordered on 23 Dec. As of today, 26th Dec, I have not yet recieved it.

    Had ordered on 23 Dec

    Not got till 26 Dec.

    3 days delay. This has become quite frequent. Already the 2nd time in last few days

    Is there any explanation for this?

    Expecting a prompt response.

    Also, my account has not yet been adjusted for this delay.

    I was told that, everytime there is a delay, my account will be automatically compensated for the lost subscribed period.

    Kindly extend my account for 3 lost days because of the delay in delivery.

    Agreed.

    There was a delay of 2 days and a sunday (holiday)

    But, the added period may also contain a sunday. I mean, the extended period of 2 days may also include a sunday.

    Hence, request you to add all 3 days.

    You are not adding the lapsed period because o[censored]r mistakes. Along with that, u are not giving any explanation for that.

    A very bad new year wishes for u!!

    And, do u think i m going to waste my time and money calling on that number. Dont ever post that message again. If this is a forum for support issues, this should do that.

    Y do u redirect everytime to ur telephone number when u relaize your inefficiency.

    This needs an escalation now.

    I am goint to forward this mail chain to the CEO asking him the explanation for this.
    Also, do not forget to lookup for the text from the thread on google. (Maybe try in a days time)

    I still request you to correct your mistakes and give a compensation that is the least expected if not anything more for the qualitative loss when you fail in delivering.

      I have bought few products from Seventymm.com on 25th of September and I still have not received the products.
      I have received e-mails from them that the product is shipped and will be delivered to you soon or we will resolve the issue in 3 days and all, but I still have not received the products also nobody replies to my e-mails and when I call them the reply I receive is that the product will be delivered tomorrow or something like that.

      I have there emails with me which says that the products are dispatched (more than once)or with other false promises.

      my order id's are

      SMA0033984 and SMA0021889

      Seventy MM.com — Goods not received

      SEVENTYMM.COM online shopping company.

      I placed an order and paid for Hollywood DVD. The dispatch time was 10 business days. Even after 10 business days, I have not received the item. I followed up twice and was only given fresh date commitment. This company seems to be blade company which is taking money and makes customer to chase up. I am running from pillar to post to get my item. Beware of this company.

        Sir,
        Seventymm.com is completely a cheat process.I purchased 1 doraemon wall clock for Rs.258.00 cash on delivery.There was a free offer for doraemon fan with this clock.They sent me a broken clock with free item missing.When i desperately called them and a lot of conversation convinced them for replacement.A COOLSTUFF SERVICES person MR ANUPAM taken back my damaged shipment with assurance that he got an sms from seventymm for replacement and soon he will be back with fresh item including with free offer too.He didn't gave me any verification reciept but asked for call to seeventymm customer desk.
        My purchased order was of 1st october 2011..and still i am awaiting for my replacement order but they didn't move.neither any refund assurance made by them.Now they are not responding on my frequent calls and emails too.
        Therefore i request please take a action against them as they are befooling the customers with fearless process.Small sum that i lost is not a matter but their fraudulant act pinches and we are helpless.They are spoiling India's image too.

          Stupid seventymm customer care.

          I got their rental service. They completely suck. Very bad service.

          I am not aksing for the refund, because I pity the innocent delivery boy who works hard in the harsh condition.

          Those sitting in the ac offices are shameless people.

          For example, check the responses I hv got from the. Shameless!!

          my account was paused from 15th to 19th dec, though I never wanted or requested for it. I am still not given the explanation as to why it was paused. Although the account is active now after 4 days of following up, I have lost 5 days of subscription. And my expiry date is not even adjusted according to the pause period. (It is same as what it was before this error from your side)

          how do you explain this kind of pathetic service?

          how will I be compensated for the extremely unnecassary and completely avoidable slip up?

          Also, more than that, I think this demands an explanation. Why DID such a thing happen and how dop you plan to take care so that it does not happen in future.

          Such issues are becoming so frequent these days that more than enjoying the movies, I am busy writing issues on your website. Serves no purpose at all.

          Request you to explain this. And do not forget to add 1 more day to the subscription without fail.

          My customer id is 1064432 with seventymm and i would like to complain regarding the service and customer care of seventymm.com. To lure customers for taking their membership they give good offers but after that there no service as regards to the delivery of movies. lot of days are wasted in your membership period because of their lax service. I have lost nearly 2 months of my membership days because of their goo[censored]ps and pathetic service. Since last 20 days there has been no delivery of movies inspite of my calling up their customer care and warehouse around more than 4 times. Everytime you call up they promise that the movie would be delivered either today or tomorrow but nobody turns up inspite of the complaints. I advise to not go for their membership as it would mean wasting your money.

          Seventymm — Customer services

          I have been struggling with Seventymm services since I have taken the subscription. The company simply does not keep any stock of movies that one would want to watch and the movies that they have in stock are also in such low quantities that you never get them. There are movies that I have been waiting to receive for months.
          At last after this frustrating wait I decided to cancel my subscription with them. I wanted to shift to their competitor bigflix who seem to have a better collection and more stock.
          Since I put in a cancellation request I have only been waiting to get any movement on my request. Every day I get calls from them trying to sell me stuff from their e-commerce despite me telling them that I am listed on DND. Everyday when I call I am told by their customer services that my complaint has been escalated and they I will receive the call from their customer retention team which will help me with account cancellation but I never receive this call. It has been more than a few weeks since I have been chasing on this
          All emails that I have sent to the company remains unanswered
          In a nutshell the company and its services is a waste of money!!!

            i have taken a one year membership of seventymm for movie DVD rental. I have been a member of SeventyMM from march 2011. Their service, as voiced by many members, is shoddy & pathetic though it was fairly okay initially. Their service has degraded over the years now (issues
            like bad quality discs, sending movies that were not requested for) as a result of which I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last one year and they have still not processed it. i have mailed them so many times on their feedback form and i have called to their customer care to cancel my membership but in spite of that they are not ready to do any changes as their shares have declined in the market. to my surprise they stopped sending DVD to me after 3 months and now my account which was supposed to be active till jan 2012 is in active and their is no way i can get my money back as no customer care number work.

            i want to say that this company is fraud and just want to cheat you by taking your money

              I ordered some items from this website on 20th Oct 2011 and since this is being dispatched from bangalore and me in Coimbatore, i was under the impression that this will reach me in a week. By Nov 1st week, when i didnt recieve any intimation from the website on dispatch, i began to get concerned and starting sending them emails. The replies ranged from "We have already send you Madam,will reach you in 2-3days", "there was a product shortage Madam,we are sending shortly", "courier returned it Madam, we will be re-dispatching" and so on. Finally I had a serious call with a supervisor called Prabhakaran who assured me that they will be finally sending it and he send me a mail with details on 16th Nov. The courier was send by GMS express. By Dec 1st week, i still did not get this parcel. I was fed up trying to track this everyday and called them up asking for a cancellation and re-fund. Again, various different answers floated in, ranging from "We will transfer in 2-3 days", " we have already transferred", " we will do it in 7 days". The latest was in yesterdays call, when they mentioned they have already transferred it and will be sending a mail with details. So far nothing. I have lost hope, and i have decided to save my money on calls with this stupid fraud and extremely in-efficient company. I advise any customers who are ever planning to visit this, please dont! go to any store and buy things! less head ache for u!

              Seventymm — Problem

              i have a subscripton with seventymm and from day 1 i'm having problems and confusions with it and also i'm not able to get to their customer care...
              I am also facing problems with delivery of the items ordered with seventymm.com. Emails to the company have been bouncing back. The customer support at Bangalore is of no help.

              I would suggest people to refrain from buying online from seventymm.com

                  For my membership number 554486 , I am very much aggrieved by the way you are managing the relationship.Inspite of repeated reminders to pick up a movie(through phone, online and message) you have not done so for 20 days.That was for the movie Japanese Wife.In effect I lost 20 days.Iwas promised that my subscription maturity date will be extended by 20 days, but nothing has happened.
                  Now again you have not delivered the movie 'Faster" for 4 days again without informing.When I call the customer care I am told that the delivery has gone back two times, when I can definitely say no one person has rang our door bell.At all times there has been someone in the house and in no circumstances can anyone go back, if at all an honest delivery attempt was made.

                  This Conpmany is a cheat and can only give you lies and troublesome memories.Please, urge everyone not to fall prey to this Company's service.

                    I have purchased few items from seventymm in month of September and still waiting for items to get delivered. Is this Seventymm’s TAT for customer service that they take more than 2 month to deliver the
                    items. Apart from this your customer service sucks and they never give a satisfactory answer. Internet forums all full of your company’s bad review and I must say that this is going to be very dangerous as most of online shopper always refers to reviews first then go ahead for shopping.

                      I had raised 3 complaints and written 3 mails, called up customer care[protected] for almost 35 times.

                      The refund issue is for order no. SMA 0024548 (Ticket no. 135189, 135211, 138408). This was raised because they delivered difft product against my order for Jungle Book 2. Regarding this i tried calling bangalore customer care for almost 35 times but it was not responding after my request selection. So i wrote a mail to [protected]@seventymm.com. So far i have spoken to 3 people (Priya, Ankita and Ali) from some non sense team who promised to do the refund within 2-3 days and its been 28 days now since first refund request raised on 04-Nov-2011.

                      Out of above 3 ppl Ali is the worst person who shared his personal number ([protected]) as the regular customer care no[protected] was not at all responding. This guy started to ignore my calls and started giving my all future 16 calls to his frns who talks simply rubbish language and instead of passing on calls to Ali started using foul language !!!!!!!

                      I wonder what the bloody hell is happening with these people to refund my money. These dont have any sense of responsibility. So i wont refer this to anyone.

                        Hi All,

                        Please find below the mail which clearly shows that Seventymm.com is selling what they don't have to the consumers and involved in the racket to make fool of peoplewho like doing online shopping.

                        Order was placed on 29th Sep for Rs. 1120.00 for 8 items
                        Partial delivery on 06 Oct 3 items
                        Contacted them to deliver the goods on 21 Oct for balance 5 items
                        Confirmed they procured the items on 24 Oct.
                        Till now just playing with emails on 3 and 4 Nov.

                        Their Customer service head is a and useless person you can make the judgement from th below mail trail, they are TEAM OF FRAUDS.
                        They keep on sending mailers to people to buy from their website and then RUN with their money. Don't give products for which payment is made.
                        On the phone they make false promises but DON'T DELIVER.

                          I ordered 3 products (All of them T-shirts, order no: SMA0022258) on 30th Sept 2011 on Seventymm.com with a promise that all of them would be delivered on 7-10 working days. Till date, 5 Nov 2011, only 2 of the ordered 3 were delivered with no information whatsoever on the 3rd one. The customer care never bothers to update the customer regarding the status of the order. I called their customer care only to hear that my order will be delivered in next 2-3 working days.
                          But that was never a reality. I just dont know when I`ll get the 3rd product will be delivered.
                          In one line, I`ll sum up that shopping on Seventymm.com is DISGUSTING. So friends, AVOID seventymm.com for shopping. There are plenty of other good sites where they keep up the promises made by delivering on time.

                            I was a subscriber of Movie Rental service Seventymm.com and after first use for 3 months i was not satisfied with their services hence decided to cancel the services. i have been talking to them on their customer care number[protected] to cancel my account but they have not done it yet and due to which they have been charging my credit card Rs.940/- the subscription amount two times now. they are not responding on my complaint at all and i am unable to talk to any one from the company's redressal cell.

                            Seventymm — Charged my Credit Card by misleading

                            Hi

                            I am Sonu Yadav. I have applied for a 28 Day trial period offer of Seventymm, They asked me to pay for this offer through my credit card. I confirmed that next month's fees should be deducted only after my confirmation to continue with their membership and the person who was helping me with IVR confirmed that I will receive a call for continuation or not.

                            Major problems faced during this period:

                            1). Most of the movies are never available with them
                            2). They deliver in 4-5 Days (promised to be deliver in 1 day.)
                            3). Quality of DVD is poor.

                            I received 2 messaged from their side that as the movie ordered by me was not delivered on time so my trial period has been extended my 6 days and in the meanwhile they charged my Credit card for 299 Rs. as next month's fees.

                            When i called them for refund, they cancelled my account and now nobody is picking up the phone in their customer service center (which anyways sucks).

                            Please take immediate action for the refund of my money.

                              I had taken membership of seventymm.com for DVD rentals with member ID 635856 on 2nd July 2011. While taking membership I had paid by my credit card. This membership was for three months. I had ordered movies from seventymm, and most of the time DVDs have never ran. I had made many complaints and for that they would just increase the membership days. So, I didn't want to continue their membership. When their customer care executive had called me with new offers for renewal, I had told her that I don't want to continue their membership. On 7th October, my account got expired. Seventymm charged my CC for renewal on 17th October without my permission. When I called their customer care to ask why did they charge my CC when I had told them I don't want to continue they told me they had put a check mark for auto debit. I never opted for auto-debit when I took their membership for movie rentals in July. That also they did it without my permission. When I asked for a refund, they first told me money cannot be refunded instead I will have to buy some products from their site. I told them since it was their mistake, they have to refund my money then they told me they can refund only after 15 days.
                              From 20th October, that is since last two weeks, whenever I contact seventymm.com, they send me the following nonsense mail:

                              In reference to your mail, Please be informed that your account has been canceled and amount reversal request has been forward to finance team they will check and do the need full shortly.

                                  I was using Seventymm one month free trial offer on purchase of Dell laptop. I have registered for seventymm and my Account activation Member id:643093. They took online 899/- INR as the activation charge and committed that, if I cancelled the membership before 1 month of trial period then this money will be refunded to me back in my account.
                                  I took the membership on 14th July 2011 and off the activation on 10th Aug 2011.
                                  from then, i am writing them again and again fo rthe refund and always they are making the false promises that money will be refunded in next 5-7 days.
                                  It is total mental and physical harrashment from a service providing company to a customer. I am just acching one screenshot of the complain I lodge sme day before. i am writing them from 10th Aug 2011 for the refund.I have valid proof of this.
                                  I request you to do some positive on this and Please do the needful on this.

                                    On the purchase of my Dell Laptop, I was given a complimentary 1 month subscription to an online movie rental site "www.seventymm.com" . Before starting the subscription, the site asked me to deposit a security amount of Rs. 900/- which was to be returned on cancellation of the subscription. My subscription started on 7th August, I terminated my subscription on 3rd of September. Under the terms and conditions given by the site, it is clearly stated that the membership can be terminated at any time, and the amount will be refunded within 21days.
                                    The following problems started to occur:
                                    1. When I wrote to the customer care of seventymm to gt my account term terminated I was told that I could not get the money back and I would need to buy products from their website in lieu, to which I objected.
                                    2. I was called on almost every day continuously for atleast 20 days, asking my reasons for the termination of the account. On stating my reasons on atleast 20 different help-desks , I was told that my money could not be refunded as my reasons are void. The reasons were namely- the membership being too tight on m pocket, and insufficient library of the site, and mis-match in timings of my busy schedule.
                                    3. The movie which was lying with me from the site was collected after atleast 20 requests for movie pick-up, this was not so during my membership period.
                                    4.Even after numerous phone-calls , and complaints via email to the website, I haven't been returned my money. Furthermore the customer-care does not respond to my calls, and the call is always cut in the mid-way.

                                      I had ordered 7 nos of items from seventymm.com, an online shopping site on August, 2011. Money was being paid thru my debit card. I had received 6 items part by part all in damaged conditions. Although the site committs to deviver the items within 7 days bt unfortunately the organization and its help desk is horrible. One of our items is still missing i.e one T.Shirt worth Rs 534/- . we have been in touch with the seventymm for last nearly one month but they committ and dont do it. I have lost all hopes & I think this should not happen to anyone.

                                      We were planning to buy so many other items but it is understood that this site is totally fraud they take money deliver all damaged things or dnt deliver at all. THis is details of my purchase.
