Every Time The People Are Saying We Are Ready To Dispatch...
Today 27th September 2011, Still I Am Waiting For My Product (36 Days Over)...

So Please Dont Do The Online Shopping In seventymm.com And The Site Is Scam (Fake) Site.

    My last order for movies from Seventy mm was on April 7th. After that, they have not picked up the movies lying with me and as a result I have not been able to order any more movies. This inspite of over 100 diffrent reminders via the website, email and sms. They convinced me to renew my account with the lure of free DVD which came in less that the number promised.

    Post that I have been behind them to cancel my membership and refund my money. Ram, Abhijit, Shwed and different customer service agents have promised me in over 12 phone calls that this will be done as soon as the DVDs are picked up. The dvds are never picked up, so I can safely assume that my money will not be refunded. They keep giving me reference numbers that end up for the same reason - movie pick up, never money refund.

    Apparently they have a courier problem going on for the last 5 months, as if that is my responsisbility.

    Down with seventy mm, its fraudulent ways and lack of service.

      I had placed one order no. 90034280 on 25th August 2011, after registering at their site : www.seventymm.com. My membership no. was told to be 15576 after ordering and simultaneously registering at the site. I tried to contact them over phone regarding my order and also email. Though I got a reply of my mail, did not clarify my queries about the order and also login problems at their site. I tried to call their helpline, they said to call another no. which was non responding. Finally I got a call from Mr. Manish that the consignment has been delivered and received by some name called Rahul on 31st August 2011. As such in Orissa we have no such Oriya names, and the address was given as my home address, and as told by him, he could not confirm the courier service. Interestingly except first flight and speed post no other courier is serviceable at our place. Clearly whatever said to me was a bluff. they are cheating people. Further whenever I try to login with their send username and password i can only see my profile. I am not able to change password or view order details. And every time I see, that the page is under construction. I request to ban such fraud sites cheating people for lots of money. Also I would like to file a consumer case against the party. Please advise the formalities to be done.

        I have made an order on www.seventymm.com on dated 8th having order no SMA0011082 ,SMA0011057 and SMA0011043 having amount rs. 99,rs.39/- and Rs. 29/- respectively on dated 8th September 2011.But after finding no order history in my accounts when I contacted seventymm customer care ,I get told that it was a bid and and only 10 winners will get the t-shirt and rest of all will get only a gift voucher of rs 100/- (which is still to be received)After asking about the criteria of giving voucher as I ordered 3 different amount transactions, no reply given to me .I waited almost 10 minutes online but I got no reply from their side.Moreover they told me that Rs 100 voucher is redeemable only on purchase of Rs. 250 and above.This is totally a cheatable act with consumers.Kindly Help

        Seventy MM.com — False commitment

        It was my first day of my membership with Seventy MM.com , which turned out to be soured experience. The reason being the sales staff and their false commitment to make numbers for the company. On 28 Jul'11, i was told at the time of taking the membership that, whatever movie i order, that will be available on demand and there will not be any waiting for the same,because your company is not like any other Video Library.On the first day during your welcome call on 29 Jul'11 , the lady revealed that, the commitment given by the sales person was incorrect and she refused to take the order the movie of my choice Ready,which i wanted to watch on Saturday. Then i called us the sales person to reverify my understanding, but she again said that 'don't worry trust me i will deliver the movie of your choice i.e. Ready on Saturday i.e. 30 Jul'11.On Saturday', . This is complete mockery of commitment as the sales person was not even responding on her cell.

        As usual false remains false and no movie was delivered at my place on 30 Jul'11. Post this i have been given false commitment by the Sales person and service department. The cell no. given by the sales person is not responded and no call back. I have sent mails to the CEO of the company and has not heard from him.

        I need my money back and discontinue the relationship with immediate effect and need help on the same.

          I have ordered some materials (t shirts) through Seventymm on 28th Sep, 2011. Till now I have not received the items. The customer care executives are keeping on changing the dates. Initially I had placed the order on Cash On delivery option. Later I was told that the material is readily available and so change the payment mode. So I made the payment through Credit card. After receiving the payment they started giving excuses, and told that the material is out of stock and I have to wait for some time. Every time I call they ask for 6 days for the delivery. Now almost 20 days have passed, but nothing has happened.Seems like a fraud company to loot the public money. The customer executives are so urrogant they they don't give proper replies to the calls.

          It's a hopeless website. They keep sending compensatory DVDs! the actual product shows on the website but never available. They don't know how to track. They never get back with the status.           Seventymm is a hoax. I ordered Sunglasses online. They shipped out wrongly. I returned this wrong unit at my cost (as per their policy) but got wrong item again. I complained again. After 10 days, the jokers are telling me that I have not responded within stipulated time. I ordered something for a value, got a wrong shipment for no fault of mine, returned the wrong item spending 35% of purchase cost, got a wrong item again and after repeat complaint, got a response that I have got.

          I have no inclination of spending another 35% cost for second return. I have explained this to them and asked them to pick up at their cost and send replacement. It seems they do not want to replace the wrong item - they just know how to fool customers.

          I did not check online reviews before committing a purchase. My sincere request to all future customers of Seventymm - Please do not buy anything, even if it is FREE.

            Hi ,
            I was introduced to this website when I purchased a Dell laptop. There was an offer for 1 month trial subscription for free. The Salesman who helped me with the free subscription did not clarify then, that the trial period is valid for 28 days only. For the registration purpose, I was charged 899 Rs. as a Secuirty deposit which was refundable incase I didnot wish to continue. During this trial subscription, I noticed that the movies which I wished to order were never in stock so I had to be content with ones which I did not prioritize.
            I also found that the movies I ordered in the website never got delivered within 24 hrs from the request date.
            Since, I was not too happy with the kind of movies I was able to order, I decided to cancel my subscription.
            My Registration date was - 26/07/2011 and I called for the cancelation on 24th of Aug.
            The representative I spoke to said that the subscription will be canceled once I return the movie DVD I had rented and full amount will get refunded within 21 WORKING DAYS. He had also suggested to order any product from the website for the total amount(899/-) but I opted for a full refund.
            I called back 2 days later, since no one came to pick up the last movie DVD. This time I spoke to a different rep. He gave a different story and said that full refund will not be given as per policy, instead 450/- will only be refunded now as I placed a cancelation request after the 28 days of free trial period.To prove his point, the guy showed me the website and the Terms and Conditions section for Trial Period offer. This was never showed to me at the time of registration. This came as a surprise to me. I asked to speak to a Supervisor there and then.
            Also, the account cancelation request was still pending as no one came to pick the DVD . The agent said that he will arrange a callback within 24 hrs as they donot have the option to do a warm transfer (really weird).
            I waited for 2 more days and I didnot hear from anyone.
            Later I called back again . I was given another fake commitment that the call back from Supervisor will be made the same day before 8pm even though the Customer Service closes at 7pm.
            When I waited 1 more day for the callback; to my surprise the delivery boy from SeventyMM came to deliver another movie DVD, which I never requested. Before I could question him the boy left my door.
            This meant, I had to again wait for the pick up before my account could be canceled.
            Until this date as I am telling my story, my account is still active and I have not spoken to any Supervisors( God knows if they really exist).

            Seventymm — Pathetic customer service, horrible experience

            Recently I've renewed my membership - for 2nd time in past 16 months.

            I was quite upset with their service, particularly the every-time goo[censored]p related to DVD delivery & return. They will almost always mess up with the rental queue/and or won't update the online account appropriately so that you could book a new rental etc.

            Over the past 5 days, I've made 10 calls, spoke to 10 different customer support executives at SeventyMM and still neither they could resolve my online account issue that is not allowing me to book movies and/or send me movies offline.

            Basically, although they acknowledge that the movie that is being shown as "not returned" is actually returned, they are not apparently able to fix the issue with their online system to reflect the same. As a result, I've left high & dry with ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

            This is pathetic - and I request all subscribers to please be extra carefull with these guys before you actually end up paying upfront for services!

            My Member ID is 546934. I became member of Seventymm on 8th May 2010 and ordered my first movie on the same day and the movie was supposed to deliver by 9th May 2010. I never recieved any movie neither on 9th nor on 10th I am still waiting for it. I was given one mobile number ([protected]) in case of delay and that number was switched off when it was on nobody was picking up the call. Today when I checked my account then there it is showing Movie delivered. I don't where they have delivered the movie. I am still waiting for the same. Very pathetic service from their side.

            I should have read this site before taking subscription. Fortunately I took it only for one month. The promise was to deliver one movie per day. The reality is that at times the movie was not delivered even in 3 days. They prmptly send sms giving a delivery house no. But that no is never picked up. The service is just pathetic. The delivery boy has no time --sometime will come at 2pm and sometime at 9pm. So i[censored] order a movie u are suposed to sit all day and then at the end of the day movie do not arrive. If you call up next day they will tell that you are not found at home. It sucks.

            I would like to know whether they can be sued for cheating, poor service, not fulfilling commitments and 420.
            Being from Delhi NCR I agree with you with the pathetic service quality of 70mm. The delivery house no is never picked up. What I understood that they did not have the movie I ordered. It is substandard service that made the movie available for order even when it was not in their stock. For 3 days they ritually kept sending sms that movie will be deleived before 8 pm. On 4th day i recd an sms that delivery was cancelled as I was not available at home. I picked up my phone and gave the guy at other ened a piece of mind. These never made any attempt to deliver. I told the guy to send the delivery boy and show me the entry at my society's register. Then I recd a call from their bangalore office. I gave them a piece of my mind as well. After that I had received an apology from their Banglore office. But this is a terible service. I feel pity for those who had taken yearly subscription.

            Hi,

            Don't ever subscribe to them, they are cheats!! Whenever I order they send me a message saying that my door was locked, and when I call them they say that there executive has also called me and I was not at my home. Which was totally incorrect I had not gone out of my home since morning at didn't get any call from them. They check the number and address also.

            Till now in past three months after trying really hard I am just able to get 3 movies, out of which 2 the DVD had so much scratches, that it was a waste. I guess getting a subscription from them turned out to be such a waste of time, money, and was very frustrating experience.

            I has taken a membership of DVD rental of seventymm.At the time of enrollement i was promised a gift of three free DVD's.My subscription got elapsed on 16.03.11 and till date i have not recieved the promised DVD's despaite several follow-ups frommy side and several false assurances from their side.

            I am a member of seventymm.com with member Id: 582153.During first two months of my subscription DVD's where delivered regularly at my place.fater two months any dvd i booked was not delivered and i am getting a message we failed to deliver the dvd.I called up their call center they said please contact warehouse.warehouse guy told me that please contact the courier guy.courier guy said he cannot deliver at my place please speak to the warehouse,then the warehouse guy told me that courier guy has changed so he cannot deliver the DVD please ask for a refund.then ultimately i called the call center he said he cannot make the refund please give alternate address.
            As a result two months of my subscription has been wasted.

            Now they are calling me to renew the subscription.if they had any delivery issues with my address they should have informed at the start of the subscription.

            3 months ago I paid 50 Rs & registered at seventymm.com. I received a faulty movie cd after 2 weeks. I requested another movie which I received after another 15 days. I told the customer care that I want to deactivate my account & cancel the account. but after 25 days they charged me 1499 Rs without informing me. since last 3 months I am following seventymm.com customer care through e-mail & contact no. but till date I have not received yet my 1499 Rs. & I am wasting my money on telephone & e-mail daily. seventymm.com customer giving commitment that "they will soon refund my money " since last 3 months. my seventymm.com id is 598796.

            I am requesting seventymm.com to refund my 1499 Rs immediatly.

            Seventymm.com — Library doesn't have movies that is shown in the list

            I might sound too harsh but i'll have to make a point here, your entire movie rental library is a FRAUD. I don't think you ever had that movie, you just have the poster on your website.
            The reson being my wishlist is always a wish and the movies are never available even after montha ans months of waiting. All you respresentatives do is out a alert on it (which I myself can do). or ask me to check between 7 and 9PM. But it is again the same story.

            Please take a look at the issues I have raised and also the dates, how can movies be unavailable for such a long period? And all the reresentatives just copy-paste the same everytime.

            I am tired of this and can no longer take it.

            I don't think you guys are doing justice by not having the movies of my choice and the service you had promised to offer.
            I would like to CANCEL my subscription and want a REFUND by deducting the amount on a prorated basis for the so called service that you have given me so long.

            Seventymm.com — Filthy service. Customer care has deaf hears

            The Seventymm.com ad's and website, was pretty inviting. I browsed through the contents and saw many of the movies of my interest were available for pickup.

            When i expressed my interest, I started receiving atleast three calls a day to go for the membership and enjoy the benefits. They even lured me saying that, i'll be getting complimentary DVDs ( 12 in number ), 4 Hollywood, 4 Bollyhood and rest 4 to be blockbusters. On top of it, they said, i'll be getting encyclopedia as well.

            On completing the payment, the people to whom i spoke over the last few days, didn't bother to answer my call. Then the game started. Whenever, i used to reach them from other mobiles or land lines, they used to say, that the person has gone for break or he's out or hasn't come to office etc.

            Neither did i get any DVD's, nor was i happy with the service. I had ordered Band bajaa baarat on June 2nd. Then, I ordered 'Phas gaya re obama' on June 4th. Well, i got the DVD, but i got stuck. The DVD was not picked up till July 14th. I had called up the customer care to pick up the DVD, but that request always fell on deaf hears. I was so distressed with the service, i decided to cancel off the membership. But, when i called up to cancel the membership, they said " Sir, you have a DVD with you, unless, we pick it up, we can't cancel your membership. ", I've now placed over 11 calls, just to pick up that filthy dvd and cancel my membership, which hasn't taken place till now.

            The entire seventymm.com members are cheats and useless fellows. Every other customer care guy said that he/she is taking this request on priority and i'll be getting a call in next 24 hours for the cancellation of membership. Well, i'm still waiting for over a month and a half, yet no sign of the call.
            Some one should take action against such fraud companies! Lets help others by showing these fraud companies for what they are and prevent other poor people from getting victimised!

            Seventymm.com — Not giving back my refund amount.

            I had register for 1month trial offer at seventymm.com with an refundable amount of 899- Rs.
            Now as my trial period is over and I have requested for cancellation of my account and ready to give them back their dvd which they had rented me. Yet they are not accepting my request, despite requesting more than 20times.

            Seventymm.com — Late delivery of order and non delivery of promised freebies

            I ordered two T shirts from the Seventeemm.com, worth Rs. 556/- on phone, since they informed me that instead of ordering on website, it will be easier and I have to pay cash on delivery. Further as displayed on website as well as confirmed by Company representative, they have promised for DVD gift set for purchases worth above Rs.500/-. The time period promised to deliver was 7 to 8 days.

            The order was placed on 14.12.2011, and confirmation sms was send to me with order no 37456 against cash delivery. First delivery was on 23.12.2011 and only one T - shirt was delivered. I was unable to understand why only one T shirt was delivered, i called up helpdesk and they informed me that within 5 days balance order will be delivered, I paid money for and took the delivery. Next delivery was on 2-1-2012, and again only one T shirt was delivered and now they have received entire payment but I still have to receive my freebie ie DVD set. They inform me that the same will be delivered within 5 days. But, after one week or so there was no sign, and I wrote a email to them on 16.01.2012 for their dismal services, to which they called me up and assure to deliver the DVD set within 5 days, but still they have not delivered. I had ask them to take the T shirts back and return my money if they cannot adhere to their promises but no reply from them. Now it is 13.2.2012 ie 2 months and still no reply ?

            Such a pathetic and cheating experience.

            My order number is SMA0605481 and I had shopped from seventymm.com on the 14th of Feb for a set of 3 deos from Archies of 150ml each.Seventymm has shipped it but they have shipped 100 ml bottles out of which 2 where opened when I received it.The 2 bottles hardly have any deo in them.They are just fooling customers by making them pay and then delivering sh*#tty products.To add to this they are not pickin any of my calls and not replying to my messages and emails.I need a refund of my hard earned money.

              Initially they promised me some set of CDs complimentary at the time of registration. I had to continuously follow up for more than a month to get the same.

              Thereafter I requested them to give a break of 3 months as i was out of India, and when i come back i realise that they have deleted my id. I have been following up with them from August 28, 2011. I receive a call stating that the service has been restored and this was due to a technical error, but the issue still remains unresolved.

              I have been constantly writing to the CEO @ seventy MM, but he soes not seem to bother. It is just waste of time and money ofcourse.

              seventy mm — Pathetic service from Seventy MM

              I have been with Seventy MM since April 2008 and their service was initially great! After renewing my connection after the initial 6 months, I paid the renewal amount for another 6 months - however 70MM de-activated the account 1.5 months later. On inquiring, they said that their systems were being upgraded, hence there was a problem. This problem was never resolved, and even after 8-10 weeks the same problem persisted, despite email apologies from Laxmi (their then Manager), and SaiPrasad (their current Manager).

              When I decided to withdraw the connection, I received a call from their Customer Retention Dept, who said, "Give us one more chance, and we will be much better this time". I decided against it in September 2008. Since then (20 months later), I haven't yet received the deposit amount back - although they say that they have already made the cheque, and have marked it as a priority.

                I have purchased from Seventymm online shopping website, I have purchased five items
                from their website but they have send me only one item & I also send many mails for my
                remaining Items, but they didn't reply me. After that I have suggest that never buy from
                Seventymm, I also suggest some other good websites like Ebay, Future Bazaar, Myntra, Fashion and you. Those are very genuine with their dealings.

                I had purchased a one plus one swatch watch deal from your website on the 24th of August. I received the order on Sept 2 and to my utter dismay found that there was only one watch that had been sent, while I have paid for two, as per your shopping deal.

                Also, while the watch itself looked new, its case looked really old, dull and scratched especially on the top. i immediately rung up your customer care and somebody called Prabhaker told me to mail a photo of the watch at [protected]@seventymm. i did that, and was told by someone called Priya that the watch would be replaced and the missing watch would be provided to me within 7 days. On Sept 9 i again got a call from Priya saying the watches are in Delhi and should reach me in 48 working hours. Today is the 14th and i have as yet to get my replaced watches.

                My order number is 90034099 and it was supposed to be cash on delivery, which I paid the delivery man. However, I did not get a receipt for the same. Till date after almost 25 days i am yet to recieve the product. this shows lack of commottment and professionalism on the part of seventymm. they have taken money and have not delivered. All calls to the company mysteriously drop after being transferred to dealing officers.

                  During subscription , they said they will give me a 5000 rupee coupon for surat diamond.When i tried to use it , it was expired.
                  I request them to issue me again. They issued but given me 4000 rs and 1000 rs coupon not one 5000 rs coupon.
                  And on surat diamond i cannot combine 2 coupons.Only one can be utilized.Now my 1000 rs coupon will be waste...

                  Request the consumer complain to help me out.coz for me 1 rs also have value.

                    Till now I have made several communications with them regarding delivery. But they are not delivering the Item.I had wasted more then 200 Rs in making calls to them first they dont lift the phone and if they lift,they says that we are forwarding your call to concerned dept and then the cut the phone.

                    Some how after several trials I manage to speak concerned person . He told me within 15 days you will receive the item .But it was not. Now i I had send several mails to them but no response . Please help me to get my money back. Below is the communications made by me to them .

                      I m Kamlesh Agrawal. I had taken membeship in seventymm on 24th of july. I was told that i will get rented movies in 7 working days and if i m not satisfied with the service then i will definitly get me money back.It was Free-trial one month offer for me as a dell customer.

                      Sameer agrawal from seventymm.com told me as i said above and told me to transfer an amount of 899.00 via credit card.

                      I ordered movies "I-SPY" and "Takers" on 30th july and they havn't send me those movies yet.The courier was through some French Express. The courier was also not responsing my order.
                      Now they have charhed me 899.00 rs and refusing to give money back. Although i had put my cancellation request on 8th of august. Everytime they tell me that we are processing ur request and now when i called on 26/08/2011 about my refund they are refusing to pay me back.
                      They just ignoring till 26th of august and then take my money and made me paid customer.
                      Litterally they cheated me.
                      Please take some stict actions.

                        I am an axis bank employee.On 4th august, i had heard of some offers about seventy mm.com through my company's portal and decided to register myself in the site with the Rs.1999 plan.However,i decided to postpone my decision as i could not manage enough time to go through the website.On the morning of 5th august i.e 05/08/2011 , i received a call at around 11:11 am from a guy (customer service executive)asking me to register and make the payment as the offer is valid for 12 hrs since the registration process is done.I was asked to log in to the site(user id & password provided by them) and make the payment which i did through net banking platform of AXIS BANK for an amount of Rs.1999/-.Before making the payment i enquired whether the facility is available at my address which is :HOUSE NO:5,USHA NAGAR 1ST BY LANE,AASHROY GUEST HOUSE,NEAR GNRC HOSPITALS LTD,DISPUR,SUPERMARKET,GUWAHATI-781006.He said yes and also added that the facility is available thoughout all locations in india and hence i proceeded for payment.He also asked me to log out of the site and then re-login after half an hour with the user id and password provided by them over phone, so that all the records and my details gets updated.Since then, i have tried numerous times to log into the account and order some DVDs on rent,however i am being prompted with the message "address not yet verified".I mailed back to the site at [protected]@SEVENTYMM.COM and then i have received a phone call telling me that the facility is not available in my location.I was totally alarmed and shocked to hear that my address was also totally wrongly updated in their records by the person who had called me up in the morning so that he could get a sale out of me...I have totally lost faith in the site and I have mailed them several times requesting to cancel my subscription and immediately arrange for refund of my amount of Rs.1999/- however they are yet to revert or provide me a suitable reply..Its almost 12 days now and i am yet to receive my money.....

                          I really wish there were more mails I could mark any longer. Now I seem to have included all mail ID's on your website hoping to catch someones attention who listens to customers.

                          This has been one of the worst investments I have made by subscribing to Seventymm. Your services are absolutely horrendous and no one in the organisation seems to care are revert to customer requests. Barring that, you seem to have perfected the art of spamming inboxes with your offers. Needless to say, forget me ever again being your customer.

                          I have ordered movies many times and barring once in the last 3 odd months I have been a member, have they never been delivered. Following is the copy-paste of my mail to Mudit which was sent today and below that is the mail sent in July, 2011. Surprised to see that as a CEO he absolutely doesn't bother to revert and honestly I wonder how DSJ and IVUP remain invested in such a company which does not seem to have any idea or a system about the Voice of the Customer and level of pits their operations are in. I shall be sending copies of this mail to them as well and along with posting it on various social media platforms to ensure that other customers like myself are not ripped off by companies like seventymm.

                          Hi Mudit,

                          I have sent you and your organisation a few mails earlier as well. I am astounded by the poor quality of services and customer support that your company provides. Despite repeated attempts to get your organisation respond, it doesn't seem to be moving.

                            I am a member of seventymm.com since July 2010 till date.I renewed my seventymm account by March 2011 which is an offer of 6 months subscription for Rs.1999 and they promised that I can watch movie of my wish and also they will be sending me gifts worth Rs.3500. Till today I have not watched the movies that I wished which are also not too recent. The movies will be available in the website but if I login I'd get a message that i cannot get it now.this has been happening since 1 year. I have launched many complaints under my id 560032 but the problem never got resolved. More than this the customer care officer would promise that I ll be getting the CD as soon as possible.Looks like the possibilities never came back. Day before yesterday I ordered a movie but the movie agent who has to come and get the previous CD and give the updated one never came nor did they send an email or sms regarding this. And today am not able to make anymore orders,the message keeps coming that I cannot rent.The customer care office Sudharsan who spoke said that the problem is resolved and I can order a movie today but still am unable to order a movie nor did he file the complaint of the gifts. Out of Rs.3500 I have got Rs.55 worth Cds twice unnecessarily.These kinds of fraudulent activities have to be condemned by customer courts and also new members should not get cheated by these cheats.Because you will never get the movie u wanted.

                              Due to bad quality of movies sent to me, I returned all the movies with me and sent a mail to cancell my subscription/account with them 3 months before the expiry of the same. I also sent 3 reminders as I did not get any acknowledgement . As I suspected, They fraudulently withdrew Rs.1499 from my credit card even though I had not offered automatic renewal (How could they do this when I cancelled the account 3 months earlier). Now, they keep mailing that they are sorry that the refund request has not been taken up and will ask their A/c Dept to look into the matter !!!!!
                              When I complained to CITI Bank, they said that they could not do much and asked me to get my card re-issued as this way, they cannot repeat the same.
                              I do not care for the money, but these cheaters must be taught a lesson. Please do something as many people have been similarly cheated.

                                I have purchased trial subscription from SeventyMM which was offered by EBAY and got worst service througout the month then when I tried cancelling my offer they have forcefully deducted my money which was really very and rubbish. When I spoken to SeventyMM customer care they didn't respond well. and the amount is not credited back to my account. I called them several times and send so many emails, but the issues is not resolved.

                                I want my money back and would suggest all others not to go with seventyMM as they are really fraud and will deduct any money without any reason.
                                Note : all these happening since december 2010, But still issue is not resolved. I was very much frustrated with the service and response from seventymm people

                                  I, Vikram Singh, have a subscription of Seventy MM Movie rental service. My account # is 457456.

                                  I have the following issues with them:
                                  1. When I started my subscription, I was told I could order 1 movie every day of the week. This they arbitrarily changed to Sunday as their day off. When I applied for the rental, my idea was to watch movies over the weekend and that is exactly what I am unable to do. This is a clear breach of contract.

                                  2. The movies I have put in my Wishlist from "their" library are never available.

                                  3. There are sever delivery issues. Many a times, movies haven't been delivered for weeks. Even at this point of time, it has been more than 23 days and yet I haven't received the movies I ordered.

                                  Can someone resolve this case please and get me my refund.

                                  Seventymm — breach of contract with customer

                                  They only cheat.. nothing else.. seventymm sucks ... they take money and dont provide service... they have taken 700rs for 2 months and instead of providing 60 dvd ( per day1 dvd) till now I received only 11 DVD...in 2 months.. so you can imagine the service..


                                  I am sick and tired of your service. I had become a member in the month of Dec’ 2008 (11th Dec to be exact) and its 2 months and 9 days till now that I am a member. Now if you calculate 2 months and 9 days which is 71 days which would mean I should have got 71 DVD / VCD.. now in between there was 1 days petrol strike where I received a SMS that there will not be any movies rented on that day, then 2 days you can let go since I was holding 2 DVD’s.. Which means 71 days minus 3 days.. Which is 68 days… so ideally I am suppose to receive 68 DVD / VCD, however till date I have received only 9 DVD’s what happened to the balance 59 DVD’s.
                                  I have paid 300RS DEC monthly subscription+300RS Deposit+100RS in FEB and this is not worth the price.

                                  Hi, This is the last time Im sending this mail, Some fools from seventymm had called me assured me that they would personally see to it that I do not go through any hassle.. however even after they promised still since 10 days they have not sent anyone to collect the DVD’s that Im holding since 10 days even after repeatedly calling the customer service, because of which I did not get new DVD. uptill now I have paid RS 300 (1st month subcription)+ RS 300( monthly deposit)+ RS 100( Last Month subscription which RS 700.

                                  Seventymm — NON AVAILABILITY OF MOVIES DVD

                                  WHEN EVER WE ASK FOR MOVIES OF OUR REQUIREMENT DVD'S THEY WILL SAY SIMPLY NO NOT AVAILABLE. AND THEY WILL SUGGEST WHAT IS AVAILABLE. AT THE TIME OF TAKING SUBSCIPTION THEY HAVE ASSURED DVDS BUT GIVING ONLY CDS. THEY TOLD COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE FROM 1932 BUT ONE YEAR BACK DVD IS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHEET PUBLIC

                                    As usual I got some promotional mail from Seventymm.com wherein this company was displaying some encyclopedia CD's for free and some more freebies. I place an order for same on 09-Jun-2011 of which I got an intimation through email. Neither I got the shipping nor the intimation from seventymm.com for almost 10 days. Then I inquire by calling on their customer care number, the answer was "your payment has not received" I send them all the details regarding the online payment and its reflection in my account. Then they say that they will process the order and I wil get it within 3-4 working days. Eventually after calling them so many times finally I got all the CD's 29th Jul. 2011 .... almost after 2 months.
                                    Now again for my other ordered product #90015926 dated 11th Jul 2011 .... I have to beg for it. Its really disgusting.

                                      I HAVE PAID RS.1198.00 AND BOOKED THE ITEM.

                                      10792.00. INSPITE OF REMINDERS I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE

                                      I have registered with seventymm -a movie at home, delivery service for a 1 year subscription contract.

                                      But ever since I have registered the service has fallen flat.

                                      1) I placed an oder for the first movie in Second week of August. As per their terms the movie once ordered movie should arrive the very next day.
                                      The movie took almost 5 days to be delivered.

                                      2) Then later on 24th August I requested for another movie along with the pick up of the previous movie, which was delivered to me.

                                      Till date I have not received the movie.

                                      Almost everyday I have been following up with call centre of Seventmm and the answer I get from them is- " Today anyhow" the movie would be delivered.


                                      Its is almost been 11 days and the delivery has not happened.

                                      Seventymm call centres give you their readymade statements of apologies and the usual " Delivery shall happen today"

                                      I request you to help me in the above matter as I had gone for a renewal of my subscription , while appreciating the past service of seventymm

                                        To Whomsoever it may concern.
                                        I was offered a 28 day trial offer for Rs1 through HDFC Seventymm tie up scheme approx a month back. The Merchants Customer service dept gave me all fake assurances in the end to drag me in their scheme showing rosy pictures. In spite of repeatedly telling them to confirm my offer or intimate me at 28 day trial end , i found my card details used for a service which i never even had wanted. After calling 3 times to the merchants customer service to sort out the issue, i got no response from your end.
                                        In the end i was duped I did not want the offer for 6 months at all. I was promised 3 months but was never reflected in my account. I tried cancelling my subscription but no 1 responded.
                                        Frantic calls to cancel my subscription or reduce it to 1-3 months fell in to deaf ears. No one responded.
                                        I want this matter resolved asap or action to be taken against such fraud services rendered.
