Sir/Madam,
FYI, as i had placed an order for "Inkwire-Shorts-for-Men-Red-and-White-Checks" on 6th Nov.12 & it was to be delievered by 6 to 10 working days. But it has not been delivered by today & today already passed 24 days. If i am talking regrding that to their customer support at [protected] so they are not properly replying me then exactly when it will be deliverd. Till today i have taken follow up through phone at the mentioned no. three times but neither they have not justified the exact date nor they are cancelling the order on my request (due to delay).
They once told that it will be delivered by today but later they told that we will try to deliever the product by coming wednesday that is 05th Dec.12.
So plz. suggest what to do.be'coz they are making the harrasement to me even after paying the full payment on the order date(06/11/12).

Plz. take some legal action against Seventy MM.

    This is regarding the purchase I made on seventymm.com on 2/october/2012 For levis denizen jeans 3 nos ... for amount Rs 2577/-
    Due to size problem I returned two nos for an exchange.. on that time as in ur website pieces of smaller sizes r available but when I contacted your customer care THEY said no items available and they will arrange a refund ..but on that time also as per ur site items were available.

    Several times I contacted ur customer care and all numbers available but no response .Later I got a man named Mr.Prabhakar he told me Ur complaint had taken and I will get the refund ..he said this on October last week. day before yesterday I made a call again and he said he had taken a fresh complaint and with in 24 hrs I will get a call frm ur side but as 48 hrs passed nothing happened..today I made a call to ur customer care ...I got the same supervisor as he mentioned ..he said he is the top most their ..no other managers available .his decision will be final and he told me you will not get any refunds and he started giving some abusive words..As no other option I disconnected the call...



    I made several online purchses frm Ebay, letsbuy,flipkart ,myntra etc ......... but Ur s the worst service......

      I have placed my orders on Seventymm on 29-Oct-2012. But still my goods are not delivered. The Seventymm is not providing proper information either by mail or mobile. I placed queries in Seventymm they are just replying but no proper action on this.

        I had online placed an order with SeventyMM for one pair of Lotto Sports Shoes, for a total sum of Rs 971-00, on 18th October 2012. They had promised to send it in 3-5 days. But I have not yet received the same from them. My continuous mails to them has not resulted in either the supply of refund of my money. I have send complaints on-line on[protected]twice), 25-10-12, 26-10-12,[protected]three times), 31-10-12, 1-11-12, 7-11-12 ( five times) and 8-11-12. Thjey are simply saying that it is delayed and nothing else.
        I had received sms on my mobile informing that refund has been processed, and when telephoned they simply say that the transaction No. is [protected]. But I have not yet received the money back.
        The activities of this organisation is amounting to cheating the public, and strict action should be taken against them, for this.
        I should get my money back, and they should be punished.
        Please take necessary action in the matter.

          I am sorry to say that I bought iphone (Order No.SMA0408115) from seventymm.com but I have been cheated because:

          1. Locked phone of AT&T USA was delivered (it is illegal to sell locked phones)

          2. Infinity Global got the phone collected from my Office to get it replaced but for last 10 days no update

          3. No body is contactable at office seventymm as well infinity Global

          4. No body bothers to Reply to Mails

          5. Top Management of your company it seems is virtual not real, no body is gettable.

            First Time I purchased from Seventymm and it was very bad experience. First they send product after 10 days of order and then they sent wrong product. On site they are showing skinny fit jeans and it is written also in description of the Jeans. But product received by me is very very loose.
            Then their return policy is very bad. I did not check the return policy otherwise I was never going to buy from this site. They want product on my expense to their office and then they will return money.
            How to believe them that if I send them the jeans they are really going to entertain? What if they send the same product again or they even don't send?
            I have purchased many times from Flipkart, Shoclues, Jabong, ebay, Homeshop18 but never got so bad service.

            Hi,

            I have subscribed my self for one of the plans. I met with one of the executive and I was informed that i can order any no of movies and keep it for any no of days. after subscribing i was told that i can only keep 1 movie at time and i have to written the old moved to get a new. I have even raised a complent but unfortuniately did'nt get any response from Seventymm. can some one help me.

              I have ordered for a VOX 7 inch calling tablet on 30/10/12 for a price of 5549/-. I was shipped with a packet at 4pm at my office upon my request. I wanted to see before i make the payment, but the courier guy refused me to open the packet before i paid him the money.

              When i opened the packet,following things were found :

              1. seal on the box was opened
              2. the screen is dampered
              3. its a used tablet
              4. i was told a 4GB internal memory but only 2.3GB is seen
              5. They told me i can use my mobile access but SIM does not work.

              I called up the call center no +91-[protected] and it was closed. i called alternatively on[protected] for help, but i was told that call center is off and they can not help me as they can only take order.

                I ordered UCB Cold perfume on 08-Jan-2012 in http://seventymm.com. They sent me an email on Tue, 17 Jan 2012 03:26:52 IST stating that my order was dispatched on 13-Jan-2012 and it hasn't not been delivered yet. I tried calling the customer care #[protected] several times and they said will raise a complaint and get back to me in 48 hrs and no one has contacted me from the company yet. I have called them more than 7 times since 17th and I haven't got positive response yet. They also gave me a tracking number of "Aramax" courier and that AWB # always says "Shipment in progress". I am tried sending an email and never got a reply from them. I have attached the screenshot of the order (which reflects the status) and the email I received. I little concerned as I starting feel that they are trying to cheat me. I am not looking forward to have the product delivered, I want them to refund my money back!!!

                Kindly looking to this and do the needful.

                  So pls suggest me what to do.

                    Sub:- Not received free gifts instead received defected product

                    Case Details:-

                    I received SMS for Fujezone [protected]@6499+2G calling card+keyboard+lotto watch+4GB pen drive FREE..
                    I ordered on 30th Aug 2012 & promissed that i will receive it in 7 days..

                    1. I received it on 16 Aug 2012 after several follow up with Seventymm.
                    2. After several follow up and deley in delivery, i received DEFECTED PRODUCT
                    3. When i opend the courier packet, I was shocked as i have received second handUSED TabletPC with several scratches on its display and display is also in damaged condition.
                    4. When i informed Seventymm customer care about this issue, Officer rudely asked me to visit the SERVIE CENTRE of FUJEZONE.
                    5. Address of service centre provided by Seventymm customer care was false. I spent more than 3 hours in santacruz in searching the address but not found as the there is no such address exist in santacruz
                    6. I called almost 12-13 times to Seventymm customer care but nobody gave me correct address, each and every officer who picked up my call kept me on hold for 2-3 minutes and disconnected the call. Which was resulted in my loss of working day and loss of pay for one day in office as well.
                    7. I have still not received Free 2G calling card+keyboard+lotto watch+4GB pen drive
                    8. When i called Seventymm customer care, officer asked me details & informed dat i will receive the free 2G calling card+keyboard+lotto watch+4GB pen driveon or before 219 . Till today i havent recived it..
                    9. Whenever i called Seventymm customer care and asking to transfer line to senior, officer straight away disconnting the call.
                    10. Hundred times i was informed by seventymm customer care dat i will get call from sevetymm in just next 4-5 minutes but since 308 i havent received any call from them.
                    11. I simply want to return the defected product and want my money back with compensation for this harrasement from SEVENTYMM

                    Please give me justice as they promissed me brand new Fujezone [protected]@6499+2G calling card+keyboard+lotto watch+4GB pen drive FREE and gave me used Fujezone [protected]@6900. I have also not received any 2G calling card+keyboard+lotto watch+4GB pen drive which was FREE with TabletPC.

                    Nobody replying in SEVENTYMM.COM to my issues and simply diconnecting the calls.

                    Request you to look into matter and give me justice by returning my money and compensate me for all this mental harasement & torture by SEVENTYMM.

                        first time outside invoice ordered product name but when i opened box wrong model was present.



                        i personally visited bangalore coolstuff company and delivered.



                        again second time also they have delivered wrong product.



                        i frusrated and given the product by reaching same place and requested Refund even though it was company's mistake



                        iam waiting till this moment. still i haven't received my amount.



                        kindly process my amount ASAP.



                        my amount is 6099 + my two times travelling expensives.(around 400 hundred rupees)

                          I have been a supplier for ladies indo-western wear since july 2012 for SEVENTYMM.COM.I have delivered all products as per the PO issued to me. I want to bring to your notice a lot of anomalies happening at your company and I dont think such matters are even ever brought to your notice since all such things are usually covered up and hushed up at the lower level.
                          At the start of my association with SEVENTYMM, COM - I was told and given a written contract to be signed and returned-which I promptly did.Legally speaking the contract to be signed / accepted and returned to the supplier as well-which never happened, despite several mails and phone calls to your Gurgaon office-ROHIT SHARMS, PUJA CHADDHA.All i got was assurance to get the same but which ultimately never happened.

                          Then I have not been paid my outstanding payments since july 2012 .I have been writing and talking to several people in your organization-all of whom have only been giving me false assurances for the last 3 months.I WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION THAT IS THIS THE KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS YOU HAVE PROPAGATED IN YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU DONT PAY BACK TO YOUR SUPPLIERS.

                          I must have written atleast 100's of mails for the above and now look at the SHAMELESSNESS of your employees- that they have stopped responding also-which clearly shows that nobody is interested in resolving my payment issues.
                          If you give me your mail id I can forward you the mails and conversation.Anyways I am copying all as below for you to have a look at them.

                            I have placed two orders on seventymm.com.

                            Orders are:
                            1) SMA0273700: Denizen Regular Slim Fit (DSC9348) for 549 Rs On 3rd Aug-12 08:16:07 AM
                            2) SMA0273869: Flip Curve Casual Shirt Combo 4 for 499 Rs on 23rd Aug-2012

                            I don’t know what type of service they are providing. They have already cancelled my two orders out of 4 and the third one(SMA0273700) was also blunder from their side.

                            I have ordered one dark blue jeans (Denizen Regular Slim Fit (DSC9348) - Jeans ,ItemID-SKU[protected]) on 3rd Aug 2012 and they have sent me light blue color of jeans. Also it was100% assure that it was not new one. It looked like that somebody had already wore it so I have sent back this item to them through courier number Z68507949 on 14 Aug 2012. The item is already delivered to their address and they promised me to give refund within 2-3 days.

                            They got the item on 16 Aug 2012 and today is 24 Sep and still I am waiting for my refund. I have called so many times to their customer care executives and they promised me for refund in 2-3 days on each call.

                            I have written so many mailsqueries for refund but they just replied with automated written content. The written queries numbers are:

                                      But the biggest surprise for me was when I opened the parcel delivered to me. I found an already altered pair of jeans in the parcel sent by Seventymm.com.
                                      When I lodged a compliant with the seller, instead of getting any reply to my email, I used to get disturbing phone calls from different persons on different occasions. And they never mind disturbing you during your busy working hours. But they will not reply the email correspondence asking them to convey the reasons under which such a blatant and deliberate fraud was committed.
                                      Even approaching the CEO of the seller company does not help. In fact he is so rude that he replies in a vehement manner when the reasons for the lapses are asked.
                                      To my opinion, the company is deliberately supplying the defective/old products to the buyers who make the payment in advance and misappropriating the public money extorted through fraudulent means.
                                      It is opined that they do not have any good stuff in stock but cheat the public of their hard earned money.
                                      i have attached a photograph of the product supplied. How could such error went un noticed until unless this was doen deliberately. The sam had been sent to the seller company also.
                                      I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD FALL IN THE BOOBY TRAPS OF THIS KIND OF FRADULENT ON LINE SHOPPING.

                                      Seventymm.com — fraud company

                                      I had purchased one mitashi led TV from seventymm.com on 22nd July, and the payment was done on that date itself.
                                      the company claimed that they would deliver the product within 7-10 days, but now its more then 2 months that i have not received any response from the company.
                                      I even called the customer service people but they only give bogus and fake commitments and now they have even started to ignore my calls.
                                      I even mailed them about the issue, but they are not replying for my mails too.

                                      kindly help me to get over from this fraud company and help me in getting justice

                                        Amount Paid- Rs.645(Cash On Delivery) on 23rd Apr`12 for one shirt received.
                                        Still waiting for the Second Arrow shirt for which I am ready to pay for as the deal was for Cash on delivery.

I had ordered a pair of Black Hush puppies (Rs.1575.00) for which i had received Brown col our & that too without the complimentary gift (Ra-One Socks) & the same was returned to the company as per their instruction with a courier charges of Rs.180 (which were to be reimbursed by the company).I have already paid Rs.1575.00 to the Company for the Shoes.

                                        Seventymm — Not Delivered Product

                                        I had ordered 3 products from Seventymm.com on 23rd Jan, 2012. The first product came after almost 15 days, the next product arrived after 25 days and it has been one and a half months and the product has still not been delivered to me.
                                        Whenever I call the Bangalore office, the answer is one and the same that the order will be dispatched after 5 days. I am sick and tired of calling the office again and again. The product is just a simple 4 GB pen drive.
                                        I wish that this company seriously closes down its operations as it stands no chance against other online shopping sites who deliver any product displayed on the website in maximum 3 days. Time and again I have requested them to let me speak with a manager or any senior person but they just don’t let me. When I argue with them, they just hang up the phone.
                                        My request to Seventymm is to simply shut the company down so that consumers like me are not harassed and do so many follow ups.
