Hi I have requested for a consignment ( pair of shoes on 05 Jan 2013 ) , As per TEXT and confirmation recieved this order was suppose to be delivered on 9 Jan 2013

After that i made 20 online queries on which standardized revert was made that order is in progress and will be delivered in 3-4 days

Have spoken to call centre 30 times ( STD call 15 minutes / per call )

Have not recieved my consignment also they have denied to refund any money

They are not even reverting on complaints

    The order placed and payment made on[protected] through internet banking SBI, OVERSEAS BRANCH, INDIRA GANDHI ROAD, WILLINGDON ISLAND, COCHIN-682003 - ACCOUNT NO.[protected] –IFS CODE – SBIN0000967 to SEVENTYMM.COM.

    On[protected] they have cancelled the order.

    The above bank account was closed on[protected] as it was an overdraft account against National Savings Certificate and when the NSC got matured the bank closed the above account.

    They have returned the amount on[protected] – which has not reached the bank and my account as the said account is not available as on[protected] – Bank email attached

    I have approached the bank whenever you have instructed me(3/4 times) and they have confirmed that the money will not reach them as the account is not available when the money was transferred and they are asking to contact you only as the transfer/refund was not occurred – My above closed bank account attached.

    Say from Nov till now every 2/3rd day I am contacting your office for the status (I am not exaggerating) and each time new person will attend and give me a hope that this will be sorted out faster – but nothing has happened yet. My normal mobile bill was around Rs.600/= a month has suddenly shooted out to Rs.3000/= per month just because of your inefficient handling of customer’s problem. I don’t know how you are compensate me for this heavy loss of fund.

    As per our discussion with them I gave my alternate Bank account No.- SBI, OVERSEAS BRANCH, INDIRA GANDHI ROAD, WILLINGDON ISLAND, COCHIN-682003 – SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO.[protected] –IFS CODE – SBIN0000967. on 9-1-2013 and till now they have not processed the account. And whenever we contact their customer service they reply that they have refunded the amount on 8th November 2012, which is not reached my non available bank account.

      What the hell is happening.



      Don't you guys even know what i have ordered ? This is what i have ordered "Monte Carlon Combo - 2 Full Sleeves T-Shirts (Red & Blue)" .



      I received a completely different T. Shirt model and both are of same model. This is really worst and i am getting heat out of my head.



      I am talking to Dharsan and he is not able to connect me to any supervisor because his supervisor will be coming only after 7 PM IST.

      His supervisor name is Prabhakaran, who don't care about customer call and passing time some where else.

      Prabhakaran supervisor is Mr Sunil who is in forht floor where Dharsan is in 1st floor where he cannot transfer the call or get sunil to call me back.



      I even tried calling [protected] who has called me from seventyMM and they didn't responded to me.



      I need my ordered T shirt to be delivered to me and i will send this product back. Or refund my money and once i get my money refund i will send your product back.



      FYI- I have put complaint on Seventy MM on all complaint site to compensate me for all these.



      Or i will keep this T.shirt's , you can send me another Monte Carlon Full Sleeves T-Shirt for Men - Red (9707) which i have ordered in the first place to compensate me.



      I dont want to see another template email from Chandru, Janet or Amrutha who is in the email Team.



      Ask the people to be put some thinking rather just doing jobs like machines with out anything thinking.

          Dear Sir,

          I have ordered a Two Double Bedsheets from Seventymm.com. Order no. SMA0512271. I have received a product which is totally different from the product shown online.. In regards to color, material etc. I want to return it back to vender and vender not accept my parcel courier- blazeflash, Airway no=[protected], http://www.blazeflash.com/TrackDetail.aspx?awbno=[protected] and want the refund for my product, I spoke to customer care about this matter, they said you will call you back in 24 hrs. But its almost 30 days now no reply. I am fed up calling the customer service, everytime a new customer service executive picks up the phone and after the whole story is repeated, they give assurance that i will get a call. Also I am not at all satisfied with there service as i got the delivery late after 30 days. I addition the product received was different, I had registered complaint about my product on[protected] but still I have not got any reply from Seventymm.com. Appreciate if this complaint is registered as appropriate and action is taken against this company as there must be fooling and harrasing many cusotmers like me.

          Seventymm.com is a cheater. I want to warn other customer not to buy anything from their website.

            sir, I liked to purchase a RAW SILK SAREE by online from WWW.SEVENTYMM.COM on 13 th December 2012 for Rs.703/= through M/s. CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. Up to this time, I did not receive the said material or the amount. I tried many mails and telephoned with them. Every time they are giving useless answer to me.

            For their reference, I sent my AXIS BANK's STATEMENT in .pdf file to them. And I also sent the payment authentication mail form M/s. CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION PVT.LTD. The said payment was issued to them on 15 th December 2012. I sent all the details to them on 24 th, 29 th December 2012 and 3 rd January 2013. They received all the details and refused to refund the same. Every time they are asking the Order No. They did not give any Order No. If I received the Order No, Defiantly I will give the Order No to them.

            Please help me to receive the amount from them.

              I am Chandan Basu Roy and I have bought a Sylvania 10″ Touch Screen Tablet with 3G by Wespro through shop.seventymm.com for which an ad appeared in The seventymm site Offer for Rs.5999 + Tax=Total cost 6266 and the order no. is SMA0390137. My complaint is:-
              (i) I received the package on 28/09/12 and When I charged the tablet it is not charged

              I registered a complaint regarding charge problem on 28/09/12 with the Customer Care of shop.seventymm.com and The next day I registered another complaint regarding the defective product. The cc executives told me your complain already registered & within 5day will provide you new charger. But till now I am not received any charger. Since there was no response from their side I rang them up again only to be told that there would be no refund for Maufacturer’s Warranty products and they told me to contact a service centre in Najafgarh which is far away from my place of residence. I have to go all the way to Najafgarh or courier it for a defective product they sold me and for which I paid the full amount. It is really disgusting. This company should be tried for fraud. I want you to ensure that I get a refund for this defective product.

                I bought Pierre Colsun Chinos Slim Fit Trouser from seventymm on 12th dec 2012. They sent product of wrong size and after multiple calls to customer care they asked me to return the product. I returned the product on 19th Dec 2012 with my money they didn’t arranged reverse pickup, they told they will return courier charges as well. Till now i didn’t received any updates from them.

                I raised 8-10 queries and sent multiple mails to their customer care but they are not giving proper solution every time they are telling “We are looking to the issue. We will get back soon asap”. It is more than 3 weeks till my amount is not credited. Complaint Numbers: 1648624,1658415,1658674,1685784,1689757,1727037,1727813,1753499.

                Please help me in this issue. Let me know if you want any details from my side.

                  I order vest from seventymm on 13th of Dec 2012 having order Id SMA0515010 and now its 10th of Jan 2012 I didn't get it. I sent three complain and I spoke to three customer care(Sultana, Darshan, and Vignesh) and every time i was told to wait for 2 working days. and i got three different reason for delay form 3 CC. Finally I talked to supervisor named Prakash, uhh Oh God what monotonous guy he is, I really got pissed off talking to him...he was more horrible to tolerate that ur CC, its seems I was taking to some robot with recorded message. Ultimately i got no concrete reply, same recorded message "wait for 2 working day". So Please please don't buy anything from seventymm its a cheater online shopping and once the money paid they are never gona reply you.

                      Yes I also have a very bad experience about seventymm.com
                      They havent delivered DVD's after taking payment online.
                      They are cheaters. I have only received emails saying that your product has been couriered and you will get it soon.

                        I order a product from SEVENTYMM (http://shop.seventymm.com) its online shopping on 17 December but till now i didnt get my product!! i keep on ask for the details i won't get any response just a auto generated mail .if i call to mentioned call center number its not working properly. Today i saw the status of my product it is dispatched ??? i need my amount back i don't want wait any more and i need my amount back ..they have cheated me. i suggest never go for online shopping there are fakers every where.

                          I guess they are frauds, take the money, charge for shipping as well but never send the product. Illiterate customer support and the mangers who don't even know the importance of a customer. I have been following up since Dec 23rd 2012 for the product to delivered or for the refund. order no is SMA0520366. She is planning to file the complain in the consumer court. People let us stop shopping from this fraud company. Just to create awareness among the people so that no one else gets cheated by these frauds. Just blame game, customer service blames on the courier company and they blame seventymm.com. received only the grey sweatshirt from the combo. Black sweatshirt is missing.

                            On 22/12/2012, I have ordered Two 100% cotton Double Bed Sheet from Seventymm. To my surprised, the Double Bed sheet which received from Seventymm by courier was a Cotton + Polyester. The price was for the same more than Rs.1000/-, while in ordered it was 100% cotton.

                            Upon receiving the same, I have called to Seventymm. But to my surprised Customer Care Dept, told me that, we can't get the Bed sheet back. Now matter is finished.


                            PLEASE MY ADVICE WITH PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEVENTYMM ON LINE. THEY ARE CHEATER. IF YOU HAVE ANy EXCESS MONEY, OR YOU WANT TO THROW THE MONEY ON ROAD, THAN ONLY YOU CAN BUY, OTHERWISE HARD MONEY EARNER PEOPLE WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEVENTYMM AT ALL.

                              i have placed an order on[protected] in seventymm.com for which they have dispatched it on 08th of november. but i didnt received any parcel from it till date. i have called them many times and they told that my delivery address is not serviceble, so they they cant delivery the product. when i have assked for my money back, they told me that when ever they receive the product back from courier people, they will refund. up to now i have been calling many times but simply they are telling that they have not received the product back. i have enquired courier people ARAMEX. they told me that the the product has already returned back to the sender(seventymm) on 13th nov 2012. till now i didnt get neither the money nor the product. kindly sir please take this a note and make possible to get my money back. my order id is SMA0436814. aramex courier trackid [protected].

                                I have ordered 2 double bed sheets through seventymm.com online shopping on 2nd Dec 2012, till now not delivered and raised more than 4 queries in seventymm portal however didn't get proper response.

                                I'm not sure they are cheating the customers, Since other my friends are asking the shopping feedback.

                                I felt very bad about the service provided by seventymm.

                                  I had purchased 2 Jackets and 1 flip flop from www.seventymm.com order no SMA0466684, they sent me flip flop in first courier and the second courier they sent me only one jacket. I had given the complaint to the company and still no action has been taken. I have the courier parcel they sent to me and I'm pretty sure that the parcel bag cannot accommodate 2 jackets. Please guide me ahead.

                                    I am awaiting the delivery of my parcel which was to be received from Seventymm online shopping site and couriered to me by Quantium Logistic solutions on 24th Nov 2012 and has yet not been delivered

                                    Even after repeated calls to the Mumbai office of Quantium Logistics for last 48 hours, my query has not been answered and neither is the parcel delivered. At the same time i have received absolutely no help or call from the shopping portal just an email saying they are looking into the matter.

                                    Plz help me with the status of my parcel at the earliest and also help me know in such case where do the customers complain, as they turn a deaf hear to the customers.

                                    Even after repeated calls to the Mumbai office for last 48 hours, my query has not been answered and neither is the parcel delivered.

                                    On asking for the email id of grievances/ customer complain cell, I was denied the same saying the employees are not allowed to pass on the required information.

                                    Plz help me with the status of my parcel at the earliest and also help me know in such case where do your customers complain, as the Mumbai office turns a deaf hear to the customers.

OFFICE #41, ‘ABHAYA TOWER’ 3RD MAIN ROAD CHAMARAJPET, BANGALORE-560 018 VIDE ORDER ID NO. SMA 0300006 AND INVOICE NO.[protected] WHICH WERE RETURNED BY ME ON 19.9.12 AT T-29, OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE II, NEW DELHI-20 AT THEIR DELHI OFFICE AND WAS GIVEN A RECEIPT NO. 3096. BUT TILL DATE UNABLE TO GET MY REFUND DESPITE OF MY AT LEAST 100 STD CALLS AT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. [protected] FROM MY LANDLINE PHONE NO.[protected] TO THEIR DIFFERENT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, SUPERVISORS ETC. ON VARIOUS DATES TO MS HENNA, MR YUSUF MR PRABHAKAR [SUPERVISOR],MS REGI,MR JIGNESH, MR DARSHAN, MS SULTANA AND MR SUFIA [HIS MOBILE NO. [protected]] AND EVERY TIME I WAS TOLD THAT MY REFUND ORDER IS UNDER PROCESS AND I WILL GET WITHIN 2-3 DAYS BUT SORRY TO SAY COULD NOT RECEIVE WITHIN 2-3 MONTHS. EVEN 2-3 MAILS WERE ALSO SENT TO REMIND THEM BUT TILL DATE THEY R NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND ME.

                                      SIR IN THEIR WEBSITE THEY HAVE MENTIONED BORN FILMY NOW I KNEW THIS COMPANY IS A BIG THIEF WHO LOOTS THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS IN FILMY STYLE. I TALKED TO SOME OF CUSTOMERS WHO TOLD ME THAT THIS IS THEIR REGULAR PRACTICE TO LINGER ON THE MATTER FOR 3 MONTHS AND THEN DELETE THEIR RECORDS AFTER 3 MONTHS.

                                      YOU ARE THEREFORE REQUESTED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS TO INTERVENE AND CANCEL THEIR LICENSE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING IMMEDIATELY AS WELL AS ADVISE THEM TO PAY MY REFUND AMOUNT ALONGWITH RS.1000/- AS PENALTY FOR MY MENTAL HARASSMENT.

                                        I was interested in buying a product Reimond Frank Jacket - Black size L for my husband. So I added the product in the cart but didn't place the order since Seventymm doesn't provide a "Size Chart" for their products. The next day I got a call from their Sales department from Mumbai head office describing that it is a very nice product and go for it. I made our intention clear since the size chart (Like chest size, waist size and lenght) is not visible how can we order this product but the sales girl insisted and call us again to go for the product assuring that in case of size issue we will replace the product for free.
                                        After such kind of assistance we feel nice and finally ordered product "Reimond Frank Jacket - Black size worth Rs 899" from Seventymm Size "L" on 22-Nov-2012. We finally received the product on 28-Nov-2012 order id "SMA0477215" but the thing we worried about happened. The size doesn't fit to me and so need a Extra Large (XL) for my husband. So called Seventymm to replace the product. Have been told that you have to wait for 8-10 days for replacement. We insisted for a quick process and so my husband returned the package by hand to their Delhi head office in Okhla on the same day ie 28-Nov-2012 receipt 2396 in order to avoid getting the product out of stock. We continuously followed seventymm and asked them to initiate the process to avoid going the product "Out of Stock", but they didn't listen to us.
                                        After 2 days ie 30-Nov-2012 we called them again and assured again that they are dispatching the product and we will reeceive it in next 7-8 days. Just after this conversation we receive a SMS for order cancellation and amount refund. We again called up Seventymm and this time they told us that since the product is Out of Stock your order has been cancelled by the system. I told them what about your promises which was done initailly while purchasing the product, and they have no answer except sorry.
                                        One more interesting thing we got a coupon for 10% cashback and the same was applied while placing the order "SMA0477215", have been told by their customer services that amount will be credited to their account in maximum 48 hours after placing the order. But it didn't happened, so we called up again and this time have been told to wait for another 4-5 working days. Finally on 30-Nov-2012 we called up again and express our concerns and this time a different theory given, we have to wait for card statement to be genereated for amount credited.
                                        During this whole process I called seventymm atleast 20 times to their customer services which is also a total waste of money. Noone from Seventymm even called up that your order is going to cancel you want to wait or not. I have decided that I will never in my life, ever buy any product from seventymm .com. INFACT NOONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEVENTYMM.COM. They are making fool of customer by not providing the size cart for their products. Even other competitiors like myntra.com, pepperfry.com, tradus.com, yepme.com, zovi.com provides size chart so that the product you buy should perfectly fits to you.

                                        Worst online experience ever face.i think govt should baned there license.And must penalised by some amount.They show different article and sell different. Never buy goods from them
