Fake Organization

Hi I have requested for a consignment ( pair of shoes on 05 Jan 2013 ) , As per TEXT and confirmation recieved this order was suppose to be delivered on 9 Jan 2013

After that i made 20 online queries on which standardized revert was made that order is in progress and will be delivered in 3-4 days

Have spoken to call centre 30 times ( STD call 15 minutes / per call )

Have not recieved my consignment...

Not Refunding the amount

I guess they are frauds, take the money, charge for shipping as well but never send the product. Illiterate customer support and the mangers who don't even know the importance of a customer. Bed Sheet Not 100% Cotton, It is polyester + Cotton
