I booked a product with Seventymm.com on 16/04/2012, my name is Subrata Bhattacharjee & Product order number with seventymm is SMA 0100201, It was a Toshiba Laptop, at the time of booking they said they will deliver it within 7 to 10 working days but after 10 days when i called them their customer care told me,product not yet dispatched n will get dispatched n after that whenever i use to call they use to misguide me like , sir your product will get dispatched today evening n i received a mail from them stating that ur product will be dispatched after 5 to 6 days, again after 5to 6 days when it was not delivered i called them n their customer care people like(Mr Purusottam, Mohammed, Syed, Kiran) they again started giving me wrong commitment that ur product is in our hand now n will get dispatched by today evening.

After that on last 2nd of may i got frustrated n cancelled my product n they said u will get a cancellation notification on ur mobile n mail box but till next day i did not get any notification, yhen again i called them they said by msitake ur product was not cancelled yesterday n now i will cancell it n send u the notification, but till today i did not get any notification, today morning when i called them they were repeating the same thing.

now i am really tired n feeling very much helpless because i wrote to their CEO also regarding this n did not get any reply.

Further i request u kindly take this complain very seriously n help me as soon as possible, because on 8th of this month my bank will deduct my first EMI, i told them to inform my bank but their not doing so. pls help me asap.

Seventymm — did not receive the product yet

i have ordered for a top at seventymm and have not yet received the same. they asked me to confirm the order by calling on a number 33003300 which cannot be called on and which is of aramex shipment company. now i dont kow what to do and how to get my product. plz help me.
To worste compnay .No one is respoding.A1 cheaters.Pls don't do shopping in SEVENTYMM.This is my order number Order no : SMA0115122.
May 4th i ordered my product.Todays date is jun2nd 2012.
Pls don't purchase any thing in Seventy mm. personal opinion

    Seventymm.com — Non availability of movies

    Absolutely no movies available. You will find the list of all possible movies in the world but none to be rented.
    I have tried this service for 6+ months now. Its availability is almost zero.
    Movies from the past are also not available.
    I recommend never to avail this service. Pathetic

    I had opted for subsription for 6 months special offer in june.

    There is a wish list option for the movies you want to watch, till date no movie is available. They have an alert option which does not work.

    Also the call centre is pathetic and unresponsive.

        I had placed an order with Seventymm.com on October '2011-Order ID #SMA0027987.It has been SEVEN MONTHS today since I ordered a movie and there is no trace of delivery and also no followup to my repeated contacts with them.Following experiences with their clueless customer service, who tend to put you in an unending loop, I have stopped contacting the company.
        The money involved is not large, but the issue is. Companies such as Seventymm.com seem to take their consumers for granted and such fraudulent companies should be stopped from doing business immediately.

          I was a subsciber to movie rental service of this company since 2007 and paying regular annual subscription as per my plan. In September 2011 a lady by the name of Ms. Meena, contacted me for renewal of subsciption. She informed me that if I renew my subscription for 3 years, I would get discount plus some gifts in form of DVD's and a DVD player, which has not been received by me till date, however I paid an amount of approx Rs. 12,000 through net banking on 30th Sept 2011.
          Sometime in mid Jan 2012 I received a call from seventy mm, informing of discontinuity of movie rental service and was informed that I would be given gift voucher for the balance amount. When I received the gift voucher I was quiet surprised to receive a voucher for Rs 4000 odd, which was much less than the balance amount, which I informed them through mail , but no response. However I went ahead and purchased certain items fro the site, of which two items were not delivered and no refund given despite assurance to do so in about a week's time. I again received a call at the end of Feb 2012 that the balance amount would be credited to my bank account with 10 to 12 days, but thas still not been received even after a month has passed. I have sent them acouple of mails, with no response as usual.

          I therefore, bythis complaint seek your intervention and help in this matter.

          Seventymm — Refund of deposit

          I had opted for a trial offer for a month where the executive has clearly told me that if i do not intend to continue, my deposit for Rs 999 will be refunded. I have communicated several times to their customer care since early 2008 that I do not intend to continue with their services as I have moved out of Mumbai and stay in Bangalore. My several attempts to get thru their executives to get my refund has failed as they always place the call on a long hold till the call is terminated.

          This case is more than 2 & 1/2 yrs old hence I am looking for an urgent refund. My membership details are -

            I have taken Seventymm Monthly movie services for 3 months in Sep-2011. On which they provided 2 months free of cost. When I started getting CD/DVDs, these are old ones and most 5 out of 6 times stops running in the DVD player. The complaint was made that your CD/DVDs are having scratches and not working. Seventymm has promised to refund the subscription fee if customer is not happy with their services. After that I have made 10-12 complaints till Jan end yet no action has been taken. Even I asked them to recollect the last CD given to me in Mid of Sep-2011 month, yet no one has come to receive the CD. During subscription Seventymm has promised to give 6 Free DVD, which are also not provided.
            Since its small amount, I thought it is not worthy to go behind it but I like to teach lesson to these crooks, so I am posting this complaint here. I hope Seventymm can be taught lesson and in future they will not deceive any customer. The member id is 649471

              I had opted for a 3 months membership with seventymm last year with which they promised me sets free DVDs which i never received. Then after expiry of their membership tenure (in August 11)they came up with a new scheme of annual membership in which they promised a 2N/3D holiday package & free DVDs, I took this membership for Rs 1800/- & havent received the promised freebies so far AFTER SEVERAL MAIL & TELEPHONIC FOLLOW UPS.

              Adding worst to it , now they have closed down the service & i was informed that no promised items would be given to me. Instead they just gave me a refund voucher of Rs 1200 only redemable at shop.seventymm.com(CHOR SITE). fROM WHERE I PURCHASED A PEN DRIVE WORTH RS 780 WHOSE MARKET VALUE IS RS 365 & the funniet part is that the invoice i received along with the pen drive aws also Rs 365.

              What a shame & pathetic business ethics these guys posses. All the items on site are highly overpriced. Better go for other options.

              E.g. Pen drive 8gb on Seventymm: Rs 780
              Sony Pen drive 8gb on Snapdeal: Rs 365

              PLS DONT TRUST THESE FRAUDS WHO ONLY MAKE FAKE PROMISES.

              Never Trust seventymm as these people are faurd .At the time of membership there executive told me that you can cancel your membership anytime and remaing money will return , but once you call them to cancel your membership they say in there terms and conditon money is not refundable. SeventyMM is really cheater company.

              There is no point to take this membership, most of the movie you cant order because its not avaibale for rent. you have to wait for very long period. For some movie I have waited around 1 month, but its still not avaibale for rent.

              I really had very bad experience with this comapny.

                This refers to Order No. SMA0058788 placed on the website sevetymm.com on 13 Feb 2012. I have placed order for Sparkles Gold & Diamond Pendant for which Rs. 3168 has been instantly debited to my card. The terms on site said delivery within 7-10 working days - Till date I have not received the product nor got any refund. Have raised a ticket on their site 219868 on which also they are not acting. Wrote to their CEO also still no help. Have been following up on phone with customer care - no use.

                seventy mm — Money not being refunded

                SMA#Order # 407785. Its been almost a month now still i have not got my money refunded. Iam being pushed around everywhere.

                I ordered two pair of shoes at shop.seventymm.com on 1st march 2013, after 20 days, they said that there were no stocks and the amount would be refunded. No amount is refunded, when asked about it, there is no reply. Please help me in getting back my amount. Regards

                  The same has heppened to me also. Never received 6 movie dvd pack but offerd me gift vouchers for the value of my movie rental serivce. Ordered a product and i used my vouchers. They cancelled my order without notifying me and offered me my vouchers valid for only 13 days whereas my vouchers were valid for 6 months. Spoke to Meena in the sales team and she was extremely rude to me. The company is full of cheats.

                    these seventymm guys are not sending movies to my house and also they are not giving my money back. last month they made me to pay for 7 months at a time and showed me so many offers but i didnt receive any offers also. All my money is lost. i dont want to continue with seventymm ask them to return my money and my security amount.
                    no service since 4 weeks even if we request by call to executives an d care centre person, , all promise during the deposit of money will not b there till our tariff finishes.

                      I opted to buy a DVD from seventymm with COD (Cash on Delivery) Option.
                      Unfortunately they delivered a wrong DVD.
                      I called them, they promptly came and took the wrongly delivered product (without replacing with right one).
                      After a week, I called them, they said they don't have the DVD I ordered for and they will refund.

                      I did some 8-10 calls to follow up on refund, its more than 45 days now, I am still waiting for the refund.

                      Assume they charge rental of 10Rs per day for the same cost of DVD, will they now refund with 10Rs/Day for the amount they are keeping with them.

                        I was called up by seventymm executive and offered an subscription at Rs 849 to rent DVD for five months with very fast and efficient service. I had an account (#661513) since 8 December 2011.

                        After watching 5-7 movies, i realized there was issue with movie unavailability and delivery for which i had written to them for which they assured that this would be addressed. on 7th February, they wrote to me that the account is active and would expire on 8th may 2012. on 16th feb, while ordering for a movie, i found that the status of account was shown as canceled. when contacted them, an executive from Seventymm.com told me that seventymm.com is canceling the DVD rental services due to issues in movie delivery and availability & forced me to get Rs 1000 gift voucher which can be used on seventymm shopping site. i refused to get these vouchers and in case this account is canceled, i would want the refund.
                        after that i have not heard from them and they are not responding to may mail either.

                        This is frustrating as first they call up and offer the service and later on force customers to cancel the account and take shopping vouchers. if you can help, that will be useful or i will have to go to a higher authority.

                          i have brought shoes from this website .. i ordered on 30th jan, after calling many times they delivered fake branded shoes with left shoe UK 8 size and right shoe UK 9 size on 17th Feb.. i have took screen shot and send them a mail on that day itself.. n after calling everyday also.. they have not took any action regarding this, everyday they say any other reason, like i will check with concern department, or with in two working days, we are gonna pick up or our application is not working ,give me sometime, so that i can give call back.. but they never ever responded. i fed up of these guys, i lost hopes on it..

                            Order Cancellation Reference no: 195906 Date: 15th Feb 2012

                            I have made an order on 13th Feb 2012 for a valentine diamond earing gift for my spouce and i spoken with the customer executive (Shikha) on[protected] to confirm whether i will get it deliverred by 15th Feb or not. She confirmed with her supervisor / senior and asked me to place the order that you will get it by 3 days max. since it was a valentine gift i did not want to delay it. After getting confirmation from the Executive, i placed the order online and made the payment through Credit card. The next day i again called up to the same number and she told me that your order is not yet processed and would be dilevred to you in 2 days dont worry. I waited for one more day and again i called up on 15th on the same number, this time she said that she is not able to find out my order. She asked me to call again after 1 hour as may be the server is not working. I asked her that give me the person or any senior supervisor number whome i can directly contact for the escalation. She said trust on us as we are a reputed company and tied up with famous celebrity like Sharukh khan and others in bollywood. I said i want to cancel the order right now and she started to convyence me for retain the order and finally when i insited her to cancel this, she gave me customer care number for the cancellation.

                            I called to customer care[protected] for cancellation. the person gave me complaint number of the cancellation request - [protected]th feb 2012) and told me that your amount would be reverted in 7 - 10 working days. I said how would i came to know, he told me to call again on the same number to confirm. After 10 days, i.e on 29th Feb 2012 i again called on the customer care number where i came to know that my cancellation request is still not processed and the executive (Purshotum) told me that it will be processed in 7-10 working days.

                            I asked him why it is not processed yet wherein i have already placed the cancellation request 15 days back and again you are saying it is not yet processed and will take 10 days?

                            when i called on 29th Feb, the executive was not in the position to provide me any assurance or complaint number where i can be sure my amount will get reverted. He said he will go to the finance team to process it in 24-48 hrs time.

                            Again i called up on 6th March but no satisfactory response from the executive (Purshotum)

                            Please help me in getting my amount back to my account.

                              Seventy MM is really a Horrible online Shopping Site. It was my first bad experience of On Line shopping and first with Seventy MM. I used to receive everyday calls from them regarding the payment and when I made the payment, even after 1 Month, I did not receive my purchased Products. Sure, this is one of the FAKE online shopping company and I would be fool If I again do this Mistake by shopping again with SeventyMM.

                                I have ordered for THE JUNGLE BOOK (VCD HINDI) for Rupees 464. I have however received the wrong item (English Audio book). I have called about twice for replacement and have been told that someone would come to exchange the item. Nobody showed up.

                                The most disappointing part is that the Customer Service representative does not know the difference between an AUDIO BOOK and a VCD. Also the Audio book costs rupees 300 while the VCD costs rupees 464. That shows the difference between the two items and I have no idea how this could have slipped someone's notice when they are packaging the item for the customer.

                                Please give back my money immediately or send me the correct item. If not, then I will take this to consumer court.

                                VERY DISSAPOINTED.

                                  I had ordered for a Doraemon t shirt from seventymm.com on the 12th fEb 2012 with which i was informed that i will receive a toy free and total cost of the goods was 399.00 Rs….. i had chosen the option of COD….. i recd a confirmation mail saying that the goods will be delivered to me within 7-10 wds…… i receive a call from seventymm.com on the very same day informing me that i had ordered for 2 t shirts….. i clearified that i had ordered for only 1 with which i am suppose to get a toy free….. the person on the other line said that he will make a note of the same….. i receive the goods on the 24/02/2012 with ther person coming at my office with a parcel from seventymm.com and a bill of 84.00…. on asking the person he said that he has got the bill in error and will get the correct order on the coming monday which was 27/02/2012…… i called seventymm.com customer service on the same day and informed them about the error….. the person told me that he will get back to me after investigation….. after 3 long hours i again called the customer service and they had no reply….. Yogesh from seventymm.com from the dispatch team called back in 5 mins and informed that he will make sure that the correct goods are delivered on the 27/02/2012…..i also informed yogesh that i have recd a dispatch mail on my email id from seventymm that the toy has been delivered and i again informed yogesh that i havent ordered for the toy but the t shirt with which the toy is free..... i was told that they are aware of the and will take care of it..... on monday the person comes with the same parcel and a bill of 84.00 Rs , the contents mentioned on the parcel was misleading as its states 2 Doraemon t shirt and a toy….. on asking the delivery person he said to pay 84.00 Rs and the rest of the balance will be taken care of…. i spoke with 2 people from the customer service team about the error and there again they had no reply…. i have cancelled my order as i do not trust the website anymore….

                                    I subscribed a movie rental subscription from seventymm.com for Rs.1599 but after a week i realized and noticed that the collections and services they are actualy providing is pathetic and i imidiately opted for cancellation of my subscription in the trail period still they didin't cancelled it and their representative used to come and left the DVD at my doorstep or used to force my faimly to accept the DVD. I mailed them several times i called them and requested to them but they didn't turned up. I lodge a complaint with them. Request you to please help me.

                                        Dear Patron,
                                        I had (need to put HAD) an account (#663443) to rent DVDs from Seventymm, Bangalore, since January 2012.

                                        After watchign few (as in 5-7 movies only) somebody from Seventymm.com called me, mentioning that seventymm.com is cancelling the DVD rental services & informed that the customer will get the refund in the form of shopping coupons.

                                        It is more than 15 days my membership is cancelled, however not received my COUPON/REFUND.

                                        Let me know how to take this further, as I can’t spend money on calling thier customer support number again & again, & keep waiting endlessly
