i received a message on the 18.06.2009 saying as follows:
Congratulations for you have won 450, 000 Dollars, on the International Shell Mobile Number draw. You number has won one of the price winning numbers in Asian. To claim contact Dr Morris Morgan.Email:[protected]@live.com along with a phone number.
so i emailed them and received a reply to contact the bank and gave me the email, i did not go further as i had my doubts and today they emailed me about why i havent contacted the bank and i replied about my doubts and they send me the following email :
Dear Sanjana DasGupta,
I got your message and i want to state here cartigorically that this is not a fraud or joke this is real and for me to prove to you that this is real. Right now you are going to receive your winning in cash and it will be delivered to you in india by the diplomatic delivery system.
You are required to send the following information so that we can proccess your delivery to you in india.
Your Full and address
Your age and occupation
Your Telephone number.
As soon as i receive the following requirement from you i will let you know thw next thing to do.

I received the similar kind of message on my phone on 18th june which stated:
Congrats!! You Have Won Prize Of 200, 000GB Pounds In 2009 Shell (INT'L) Mobile Draws. To Claim Your Prize Contact Dr. Lorriss felix . Email : [protected]@hotmail.com [protected].Not only this, the same kind of email was been sent to my email address. It contained the logo of Shell co.
This is utter nonsense, however i preferred investigating on this before going any futher . The government should take strict action againt such kind of cases .
