[Resolved]  Sify Broadband — Not solving my internet problem

I had took Sify BroadBand internet from nearby sify provider in August 2009,This month since from the date of renewal of my sify package,i was facing the connection problem.i had made complaint to the sify provider from the date of my renewal of my package that i m not able to access the internet because the reply packets were not coming when i used to ping my ip address.the response from the shopkeeper who had proivded the connection was that we cant do anything the problem is from company,then i called to Sify CustomerCare i lodged a complaint for not getting services.The CustomerCare executive had cheked my ID and find that there is no problem from there side they told me that the problem is from Shopkeeper who had provided the Sify connection,so i again complaint to the Shopekeeper but still i had not at all got any proper response.They are not even returning my money.My Sify User ID is [sadran_1].

Sify — No user id after 1 1/2 month

Sir,

This is Sridhar Reddy, I have registered with SIFY Broadband internet service and also I have paid the installation fee on 3rd April 2008. But I did not get internet access user id and password till now. so many times I called up to the customer care, But every time I heard only one anwer from sify representative which is : The complaint is under process, it will take 24 hours to resolve it. But the fact is already 1000hours gone, but no service and no reply from them. and the comedy thing is my mobile bill which i made to sify call centre it was around 650Rupees only for calls which I made. So just analize your service give valuable feedack.

Sify Broadband — No proper connection and no renewal even after complaining.

Sir,
We, residents of C-108, Flat No 21, Paryavaran Complex, Sayadullah Jab,
Login Id- sandeep500, have not been receiving proper connection since last month.
Also we have called for our account renewal, but the local office at Sayadullah Jab has not
been responding. So, if they are not able to provide the connection, we want our connection to be withdrawn and refund our registration money.Or if they are able to give the connection they should maintain the connection properly and give better services

Sify — NO PROPER CONNECTION

THIS IS THE TOP 1 WASTE BROADBAND COMPANY IN THE WORLD EVERY TWO OR THREE DAYS THE INTERNET CONNECTION WILL BE DISCONNECTED AND YOU HAVE TO CALL TO SIFY PEOPLE 100 TIMES... ITS A WASTE SO DONT TAKE THIS CONNECTION
i am not sure how to recieve a bill for the renewals what i am paying in online thru credit cards... when i call customer care they say my local provider does... but when i ask them they never respond...

i think there is no proper comminication between local guy and sify... this is really a poor service

please provide me a bill for all the renewals what i made./...

SIFY BROADBAND INTERNET — Not solving the problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Prasad from BTM Layout, Bangalore. I have taken the Sify broadband internet (256 kbps) connection on August 14, 2010. He has taken 1 week time to give connection and even after giving connection speed was very very low...that much low for opening google it was taken 5 mins. Same problem continued up to 1 month. I have complained to Frachies owner Riaz. No proper response from him.

In November somebody stolen the Modem and Cable which is installed at top floor of my house. I have Intimated the same to the Franchies owner Riaz. After then he is not at all given the service and not at all lifting the phone. I have given complaint in Sify call center on 12th Oct 2010. They were asking for renewal without providing the service. I asked him to provide compensation days for which i have't get the service. There is no proper response from the Franchies owner Riaz even after arranging conference calls from the Sify Technical team.

Pleae resolve my problem.

This is vedavyas.I also stay in BTM 1st stage.I Strongly agree to the problem posted by Mr. Prasad.I am also a victim of the poor service provided by Sify Broad in this area.I have chosen the renewal plan (Morning: 384 kbps and Night 512 kbps) for 3 Months subscription at once.For 1 Month the Download speed was good (nearly 40kbps in Morning and 60 Kbps in the Night) after that i started experiencing occasional low download speed for the next few days.But from the last 15 Days the Download speed i am getting varies around 4-10kps. I called up the GREEN CITY NETWORK, Franchise owner Riaz Khan who didn't take my problem serious started giving excuses and some times he wont even take my call.This continued for 10 more days. After so much of quarrel he brought up an Engineer from Sify who checked the download speed to be low and he filed a complaint (No.[protected] about the same with the sify . He left saying that some one from sify will call me up. i waited for 3 more days but no one from sify called me.On the 3rd day i called up the customer care center No.[protected].I believe this could be the worst customer center that can be maintained by any company. Some voice answering machine will pick up my call and instruct me to choose number according to our query.The worst part is no one will pick up the phone even after choosing the numbers corrected.After a lot of retries one guy name Manoj picked the call and i described the problem and also mentioned about that an engineer from sify has already registered a complaint regarding this .After 5 min he came up with the complaint number .when asked the status of the complaint he replied the issue will be solved in 12 hours.The next Day some one named channan from sify called me saying that the problem is fixed. i came back from the office that day and found the problem still exists.when the same guy from sify called i reported the same.He said an engineer will come up again to check who never showed up till Today . I want to conclude saying that the Attitude and service of Sify Broard band is very Poor.Some serious action has to be taken against them.

I AM GOING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SIFY COMPANY FOR VOIP CONNECTION I HAD TAKEN THE SIFY VOIP COONECTION FROM THE LAST 5 YEARS i have paid Rs. 40, 000/- advance as a secutiry but from the last 2 months my voip connection is not working i am not able to make any ISD call i have tried a lot of complaint to the senior officer in SIFY BUT No one is taking it seious neither they are recitfy my problem nor returning my security
i requst u to please consider my case and help to return my security money i want to surrender it because company is not handling my problem siscenrely
They have passed the time to check out the machine even ur staff knows that it will not be configure on mtnl than why they are wasting their time.

Kindly take the personal visit and check it properly and not try to resolve it plase rectify it because the sify custoemrs are breaking through non working of sift voip connection.

the no:1 worst service provider is sify, they dont respond to custamer queries, i suffered alot by this hell sify b.band service, please dont take connection of sify
