[Resolved] Sify Broadband Connection, Pune — Non connectivity-Poor & worst customer care services | |
Hi All, Have taken sify broadband connection before one month. We had paid 1700 rs total. Form second day we started getting "BB101=unable to reach sify gateway" Every singleday we need to make many calls to customer care , but they never gave any immediate resolution of this problem. They engineer visited our place many times, at time being the problem got solved. But again after some time we face same problem. We have written many mails to their senior executive , but didnt get any solution to this problem. Its show how they deal with customers. Even we have visited to sify broadband office, thr we had a talk with mr sumitro and mr kunal. They said us they will provide compensation pack. But compensation pack is also not working. We have sufferd a lot in terms of loss of our valaubale time , energy, money. Even we got a call from mr sumitro , he was making laugh of our destiny instead of giving any satisfactory answer. we have decided to drop our connection & want our money back. Same over here... Pathetic service from Sify. Completely frustrated and dissatisfied customer of Sify.
Had applied for the connection on 10th August, 2009.I was promised that will get the connection in 2 days... Waited for 1 week and after n number of calls finally got the connection in 2nd week of September(Just to let you know... Got the connection on 12th Sept... But my services were activated from 14th August).
After getting the connection was only able to login 5-6 times. Pathetic customer service and irresponsible vendors. I just lost hope of fixing it...
Then in 1st week of Nov, a technician came to my place and asked me to try connecting as problems were sorted out and now there wont be any problems.
I was able to login... thanks to Sify... lost the connection next day...
Made 3 complaints... Without even calling me or visiting my place techsupport used to close the case as resolved.
Well... the summary is... Paid Rs.1949 for nothing but for frustration... Wasted lot of time and money making calls to them..
Whosoever reads it, please advice people not to opt Sify... I guarantee you... you will be paying for nothing.

Dear siffy service provider, it has occurred again connectivity problem, earlier i posted a complaint regarding this. i hope this problem will trace out soon
