Sify Broadband — Really worst service
Hi, I am using sify broadband for the past 1 1/2 years. I am really had very bad experience with services provided in sify. ( Especially customer care services ). My account got expired on 21/09/08. I raised a request to renew the account on 22/09/08. Every day I got a call from customer care saying they will send one person to collect the money and they will renew the account immediately. It was not done. Yesterday night I reported to customer care again. That time they told they will top up for one day and account will be activated at 9.20 PM. it was not done. I am working in software company. Every day I need to access my mails and do some official work at home. There are so many IT employees who are using this sify broadband. Without internet connection, It is difficult for us to do our work. I am suffering a lot for the past five days. Have called many times to customer care to request to renew the account. They have not taken any steps still now. It is really very very worst service. I will never suggest to get this sify connection for anyone. No other way out.Keep on doing this or else leave the network..They are doing same thing in pune.

Sify Broadband — Worst services
This is actually SAD subscribing sify Broadband services. I have subscribed the services last month. From first month I have started facing issues related to my services. I cannot explain what kind of harassment i have actually felt post subscribing such BAD services. In first month my services got entirely disconnected 3 times. Out of 30 days I was not able to use my services more then 10 days. In second month this is the third time services gone off. Since last 11 days i was not able to use my services despite of giving 7 -8 reminders there is no help from so called world class service provider SIFY and what sify has started, they have started dropping my call, This company not even have courtesy to take care of their customer.Details of complaints registered at thier customer service.
