i have taken new connection of sify broadband unlimited plan on 8th they promised to install and start connection on 9th april 2010,but they delayed and started by harrasing us mentally on 13th finally.my broadband connection stops workining in night at around 10 pm every night.i thought it would be temporay problemdue to some reason,i didn't complained for some day. but yesterday on 16th night at 10 pm it stopped working while i was working on a very important project.today on 17th morning i complained to the service provider of my area named Sattelite vision situated in new patliputra colony in patna,as i talked to them they promised to solve the froblem in 1 hour,i waited for 2 hours no body came to solve my problem,again i called them they again asked me to wait for 1 hour,again i waited for 2 hours,finally i called again then they told me that they will solve my problem in evening. they really dont take care of the customers and there situations this is not the way of treating customers by them. i was mentally harresed and din't got out of my home as they were all the time kept saying that they are coming in just few minutes,my work suffered as i didnt got out of my home due to them.
plz let me know any how and where should i complain about losses made to me due to them,is there any phone number or e-mail id of government body for such complain in patna who can look after such issues.plz help me out by providing such numbers.

I have around one year old Sify connection, from last 3 month could not recharge now i want to recharge and asked to local office at "Pather ki masjid" to recharge, they are asking for extra money as fine to recharge, however my connection is prepaid. Requesting to take action against this local office of Sify. Normally they also ask for money as fixing charge if any problem is there with connection. They are not doing proper maintenance what they are suppose to do. Requesting to take serious action against him.

    Dear Sir,

    Please check the forwarded mail first, I got a connection on December, It is worked for just 9 days alone. I complained to your customer care number, Also thru email to customer care mail id, But nothing happened. One day after one month someone called me and they said that we are going to your home to resolve the problem now. Actually, no one is gone to my home.

    Then I approached Mr. Daniel who came to collection the application and Cheque, I asked him to solve this else disconnect my connection and return back my entire amount I paid except the cost o[censored]sage for 9 days. He also applied it. but there is no response from your side. And then I
    approached Mr. Sathish at customer care centre in Tidel Park, he also bounced me for two weeks but there is nothing happened. As final, I am coming to you now.

      I had applied for internet connection with sify(ulhasnagar) and i informed that i need it urgently, in reply they said that within two days connection will be done. Now its almost 2 week came to an end from my application date and still they had not provided me the connection. Infact they are not serious about the connection.Everyday 100 of times i call them and everytime they use bullsheet excuses.I had even called at headquarter of sify and the same is in process....................Pls someoene help me to get justice from the same. They should badly punished, than only these people will understand the imortance of commitment.

      Sify Broadband Service — Misuse of rechared/nenewed inertnet account

      I have an intenet account at SIfy braoadband services. I am using it since 2 years.
      I had renewed my account for 400 MB ( Rs. 230/) per month. Every month I use this 400 MB more than 20 days.

      On Jan 1&2 2009, When my PC was off through out night, My account was used for more than 200 MB ( Rs 100) from 8.30PM to 4.55AM.

      When I sent the session details, customer care person is reiterating that internet was used from my PC.
      How the Internet can be accessed from my PC when my PC is/was OFF ? ( Hope this happenes only in SIFY broadband services!!!)
      Later I had asked for the details of web sites that have been used during this misuse time, the SIFY is telling that it cannot give such details!! (because fraudester will be caught!!)

      SInce innetrnet service is not secured one and our money is being misutilised I had to STOP using thier services.

      Sify Broadband — Misuse of my Sify Broadband account

      Recently I renewed my broadband connection for 3 months by paying Rs.1550 at 256 kbps speed. Within a week I found that my account is being misused. When I was getting BB101 error and when my pc was completely shut down, my sessions used to show downloads of 700+mb everyday. This resulted in reduction of my balance to zero with in a matter of week. The representative from sify came and checked (after giving several complaints) and changed my IP address by saying it was due to ip conflict. However, now the sify authorities are not providing compensation for whatever technical snag they had. I have recorded few of the conversation with the sify customercare official, who also confirmed that there was technical problem. I have also communicated to sify on the first day of finding this error. However no solution from them. Please let me know what should I do now?

      Sify Broadband Service — my connection always fluctuates

      my plug in cable is giving me problem, it always disconnects the network without any reason, i dont know the reason whether it is cable or the socket for the cable i dont know, please do the need full and also i waant to knoe my complain no, thanking u
      I have faced the same problem. I have recharged my broadband connection for 3 months by paying Rs.1550 at 256 kbps speed. Before one month my account got Expired. When i called Customer Care they told me that i have downloaded 400 MB on one day before. But actually i havent used on that day. Infact my sites were also not opening. The time they told me that i have used, its just not possible as we are having power cut at that time and we dnt have invertor..I have complained so many times about IP address Conflict. But they never took the action. It is sure that somebody else can access our account.

        I am having SIFY broadband connection. (Plan - 256 Kbps -500 MB daytime, Unlimited on Night).
        But at night time I am getting about 20-40 Kbps (not download speed) of internet. I complained 2 times. Everytime one person called me, and told me that my complain was forwarded to Back end team. I checked the status after few days and found that both cases are closed and status was - "Issue Resolved".

        What a way to cheat the customer!!!

          I had took Sify BroadBand internet from nearby sify provider in August 2009,This month since from the date of renewal of my sify package,i was facing the connection problem.i had made complaint to the sify provider from the date of my renewal of my package that i m not able to access the internet because the reply packets were not coming when i used to ping my ip address.the response from the shopkeeper who had proivded the connection was that we cant do anything the problem is from company,then i called to Sify CustomerCare i lodged a complaint for not getting services.The CustomerCare executive had cheked my ID and find that there is no problem from there side they told me that the problem is from Shopkeeper who had provided the Sify connection,so i again complaint to the Shopekeeper but still i had not at all got any proper response.They are not even returning my money.My Sify User ID is [sadran_1].

          Sify — No user id after 1 1/2 month

          This is Sridhar Reddy, I have registered with SIFY Broadband internet service and also I have paid the installation fee on 3rd April 2008. But I did not get internet access user id and password till now. so many times I called up to the customer care, But every time I heard only one anwer from sify representative which is : The complaint is under process, it will take 24 hours to resolve it. But the fact is already 1000hours gone, but no service and no reply from them. and the comedy thing is my mobile bill which i made to sify call centre it was around 650Rupees only for calls which I made. So just analize your service give valuable feedack.

          According to my view, I am giving nice quote for your Ad:

          Sify Broadband — No proper connection and no renewal even after complaining.

          Sir,
          We, residents of C-108, Flat No 21, Paryavaran Complex, Sayadullah Jab,
          Login Id- sandeep500, have not been receiving proper connection since last month.
          Also we have called for our account renewal, but the local office at Sayadullah Jab has not
          been responding. So, if they are not able to provide the connection, we want our connection to be withdrawn and refund our registration money.Or if they are able to give the connection they should maintain the connection properly and give better services

          Sify — NO PROPER CONNECTION

          THIS IS THE TOP 1 WASTE BROADBAND COMPANY IN THE WORLD EVERY TWO OR THREE DAYS THE INTERNET CONNECTION WILL BE DISCONNECTED AND YOU HAVE TO CALL TO SIFY PEOPLE 100 TIMES... ITS A WASTE SO DONT TAKE THIS CONNECTION
          i am not sure how to recieve a bill for the renewals what i am paying in online thru credit cards... when i call customer care they say my local provider does... but when i ask them they never respond...

          i think there is no proper comminication between local guy and sify... this is really a poor service

          SIFY BROADBAND INTERNET — Not solving the problem

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is Prasad from BTM Layout, Bangalore. I have taken the Sify broadband internet (256 kbps) connection on August 14, 2010. He has taken 1 week time to give connection and even after giving connection speed was very very low...that much low for opening google it was taken 5 mins. Same problem continued up to 1 month. I have complained to Frachies owner Riaz. No proper response from him.

          In November somebody stolen the Modem and Cable which is installed at top floor of my house. I have Intimated the same to the Franchies owner Riaz. After then he is not at all given the service and not at all lifting the phone. I have given complaint in Sify call center on 12th Oct 2010. They were asking for renewal without providing the service. I asked him to provide compensation days for which i have't get the service. There is no proper response from the Franchies owner Riaz even after arranging conference calls from the Sify Technical team.

          Pleae resolve my problem.

          This is vedavyas.I also stay in BTM 1st stage.I Strongly agree to the problem posted by Mr. Prasad.I am also a victim of the poor service provided by Sify Broad in this area.I have chosen the renewal plan (Morning: 384 kbps and Night 512 kbps) for 3 Months subscription at once.For 1 Month the Download speed was good (nearly 40kbps in Morning and 60 Kbps in the Night) after that i started experiencing occasional low download speed for the next few days.But from the last 15 Days the Download speed i am getting varies around 4-10kps. I called up the GREEN CITY NETWORK, Franchise owner Riaz Khan who didn't take my problem serious started giving excuses and some times he wont even take my call.This continued for 10 more days. After so much of quarrel he brought up an Engineer from Sify who checked the download speed to be low and he filed a complaint (No.[protected] about the same with the sify . He left saying that some one from sify will call me up. i waited for 3 more days but no one from sify called me.On the 3rd day i called up the customer care center No.[protected].I believe this could be the worst customer center that can be maintained by any company. Some voice answering machine will pick up my call and instruct me to choose number according to our query.The worst part is no one will pick up the phone even after choosing the numbers corrected.After a lot of retries one guy name Manoj picked the call and i described the problem and also mentioned about that an engineer from sify has already registered a complaint regarding this .After 5 min he came up with the complaint number .when asked the status of the complaint he replied the issue will be solved in 12 hours.The next Day some one named channan from sify called me saying that the problem is fixed. i came back from the office that day and found the problem still exists.when the same guy from sify called i reported the same.He said an engineer will come up again to check who never showed up till Today . I want to conclude saying that the Attitude and service of Sify Broard band is very Poor.Some serious action has to be taken against them.

          I AM GOING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SIFY COMPANY FOR VOIP CONNECTION I HAD TAKEN THE SIFY VOIP COONECTION FROM THE LAST 5 YEARS i have paid Rs. 40, 000/- advance as a secutiry but from the last 2 months my voip connection is not working i am not able to make any ISD call i have tried a lot of complaint to the senior officer in SIFY BUT No one is taking it seious neither they are recitfy my problem nor returning my security
          i requst u to please consider my case and help to return my security money i want to surrender it because company is not handling my problem siscenrely
          They have passed the time to check out the machine even ur staff knows that it will not be configure on mtnl than why they are wasting their time.

          IF SIFY COULD NOT RECTIFY IT THAN I WANT TO SURREND IT AND RETURN MY SECURITY OF RS. 40, 000/-


          Kindly take the personal visit and check it properly and not try to resolve it plase rectify it because the sify custoemrs are breaking through non working of sift voip connection.

            Hi,

            I signed up for the SIFY wireless service on Jan 15 & received confirmation call on Jan 16, & was committed that by the marketing person ( sagar [protected] ) that the installation will be done in 2 days. But even after a week there is no progress. Also the marketing guy who fill up my form is not responding to my phone calls,
            also when contacted the Manager Mr. Jain ( [protected]) on 20th Jan2010 for the cancellation & giving back my 2 checks leaf, he promised that he will send me the cancellation confirmation email the next day but still even after 4 days there is no response.

            Also when I contacted the the marketing person ( Sagar ) from a different number he again promised i will receive a cancellation confirmation email by end of the day yesterday from a lady from Mumbai, but still I am waiting for the response from their side.

            Hence want some fair Judgment from you SIR with all these false commitment & a very very poor customer service

              Hi,
              We have broadband connection at our place, last month due to up gradation in their network and network problem we did not get net connection for atleast 15days. And there was a strange problem in network. We are able to connect their router and but we dint get any bandwidth.
              Its a prepaid policy. So we have paid for that in advance. We called their customer care for net problem and ask for compensation, they said its not big job when your prepaid period is about to finish just drop a mail or call us, within few hours your net period will be upgraded. We mailed them last Tuesday regarding compensation, but we did not get any response for 72hours. When we try to call for query they simply told us until and unless you got call from our side we can not tell give any information. I mailed them again and ask to contact us.
              They simply mailed me that as your are logged on during that period we count it as net usage, whether you use it or not.
              It is simply cheating. We cannot do anything. Its loot nothing else. Is there any way we can have money or net compensation.? Its not like we simply go for another connection, as we have paid very high non refundable installation charges.
              Please help me.

                Sir (s),
                I am from Guwahati, Assam. I am using Sify Broadband Service for the past few months. In the beginning the service was satisfactory. But for the last three months, the service has become very poor. Most of the times the line is disconnected. The service can be availed hardly for 10-15 days in a month and that too in very slow speed. Moreover, the franchisee are least concerned about the hassle of the customer and do not attend to the customer's problem inspite of repeated phone calls. Since the money is paid in prepaid basis, there is no scope of deducting the monthly amount on the basis of service provided.
                In view of the above, I would request you to kindly look into the matter immediately.

                Sify Broadband Limited — Discontinuation of services.

                I took a sify broadband connection on the 25th of july following which my connection was started on the 27th of july. Thereafter the technical faults started and i could not get uninterrupted internet services.
                My services were again discontinued on the 31st of july following which it was again started on the 7th of august. But inspite of having made the complete payment via receipt no 1161, and after numerous calls to the customer service executives there has been no response what so ever. More over they show indifferent attitude and do not even respond to queries.

                Sify Broadband Service — Poor Broadband service

                I am Pavan Joshi using Sify broadband service from last 4 months. Every alternate day we face problem of not connecting / poor speed. We have compained many times to their call centre and local agent but no one responding properly.

                We we asked for refund of money paid, they are saying " DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT , WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY"

                I have paid Rs. 3000 as initial money for taking connection and each month I renew my account. Though the connection doesn't work.

                We got very fustrated with sify attitude and request you to help us in finding way to get our money back from them.

                am a reliance mobile user in guwahati earlier i opted for reliance GPRS service in my postpaid mobile dan applied for disconnection even after disconnection in the subsequent month in my bill the rental was there an when i enquired about it in the customer care their reply was that it was due to misprinting in the bill and my amount will be refunded to me. as am not satisfied with the newtwork an as i cant discontinue my service as am using this no. for a long time i opted for conversion of postpaid to prepaid an they said my security deposit which stands about 2500/- + refund of my earlier amount paid to me i did this in the month of Sepember 8, 2009 an till today there no no refund of my money. when i enquiry about it they said they have no knowledge about conversion of postpaid to prepaid and ask me every montth to wait for another month. plz do something amout it.

                they have become from good to pathetic. I have paid for 1 Year plan 4 months ago . 384 kbps day time and 512 kbps night time. Since then even after repeated calls the service has been pathetic . i get max download speed of 10 to 15 kbps. SIFY BROADBAND have become big thieves .

                  I had paid Rs. 530 to RAJ INTERNET SERVICES , PADAM NABH SHARMA (ADD SEC 13,PURU APPTS,ROHINI,DELHI-85 for unlimited downloading 10pm -8am .the receipt no. 2423 dated[protected].but they provided me P600 which cost only Rs.395(incuding service charges) .numerous calls were made to the custumer care as well as to the service provider. they refused to change the package or refund the extra money saying that your money will be adjusted in the next month. Take it as an advance payment.

                    Hi ,

                    Please be aware that the service of local sify broadband provider in Rajajinagar Bangalore is horrible. Ever day their is a problem to get connected to internet and as I am using unlimited package every weekend the connection will not be provider with some or the other error from their end. If we contact Main sift customer care they say its the mistake of the local provider and vice versa. We pay 1000re a month for who ever it belongs to its a hard earned money and these guys will not provide connection nor service correctly nor they answer the customer in the correct way. The Local provider here says 10 mins everytime we call up when the connection is not their he l keep telling 10 mins for more than half a day then finally tell it can be solved only the next day. If this consumer cell really exists please take some action against such providers. Hope to get a response regarding the same. Thanks (

                      Sify has very poor services in terms of service provider and speed also.

                      I am a Sify broadband user.
                      Vendor through which we taken connection is ARN Net & Computers. Their services are pathetic. Whenevr you call this guy he says call at customer care. Then why is he charging Rs 50 per month for services. I think This vendor should be banned immediately.

                      Then, I did first complaint on 8th October 2009 at sify customer care and I was being told that It will get resolved within 12 working hrs. I did not hear anything from there side.
                      I did second complaint on 12th October 2009 but again no action taken.My account got due for renewal on 13th October 2009.

                      On 16th I got a call that you need to renew your account. When we told about the scenarion to the person they said this is a problem with the vendor not with the Customer care.

                      I have done the complaint to the head office as well but no solution has been provided yet. I am still looking for their action on my complaint.

                        Hi all, This is nitin from mumbai ........since the date of taking sify broadband i am facing technical problems ........sify braodband is very worst company....i would like to request to you to not to go ahead with sify connection. when i face any problem then comes to us after 4 to 5 days but make it workable for the temparory basis.....and if i call cable operater to renew my account....he takes more than 4 day to activate my account. i really don't understand why sify operaters has given total athority to illiterate person who knows about TV cable connections. Now my cable operator requesting us to remove the sify and take new connection of speednet or hathway.........our cable operator are there to eat money but not ready to provide good services. You are therefore requested to refund my installation chages as soon as possible. ....otherwise i will have to forward this dispute to TV channels and newspaper. ........

                        I need to complain about sify broad band. I miss Ashwini Ganpat Chodankar stays in virar(East) thane district. I would like to make a compalin that sify broadband is not providing the service properly . when we call sify connecrions office which is in virar they ingores us and come on time to take payment.they even very rude to my parents. I would request you to go through this as early as possible.

                            I renewed my account in october but when I faced issues with connection and contacted sify customer care they toldme that it is not possible to provide internet in my area and they will refund my money.But i am yet to get the refund.I have already wrote many times and sometimes called to their customer care.I was using thei product fr 1.5 ys in current location.

                              Hi,

                              I have raised numerous complaints since the last 2-3 months and I am tired of it now? Can anyone provide me credit for unused amount equivalent to 2 months? I have attached my previous e-mail complaint below as a reference which explains the whole issue. I have never asked anyone to discontinue my account and I would like SIFY to compensate me for no fault of mine. I am suffereing as a customer coz of TIFF between SIFY and SSV cables.



                              I had renewed my connection online with a PK3M package ( i.e 256 Kbps unlimited ) on 6th June'09. I started using this connection from 11th June'09. But the connection started giving problems very frequently with errors like BB 101. I logded many complaints in the month of June for that and it used to get resolved after a few days.

                              But on 5th July'09, I got an error BB 108 and I lodged a complaint( No. 8698965) for the same with your customer service helpline. I was told by your Customer care team that you are having problems with the local service provider i.e SSV cables and the problem cannot be resolved. I was told and recommended that I should shift my connection to the new service provider that you have now in this area. But when I told them that I have recently renewed my connection with a PK3M pack only 15 days back, I was assured by your customer care executive that some one from your accounts team would get back to me and I would be refunded the remaining unused amount and then I can easily shift to your new local service provider.

                              Now they are not compensating me for the package.......

                              Its a company which just sucks in ur money..............

                              SSV is their partner ...how am I supposed to be sorting their issues.

                              I am in Pune and having your broadband connection.
                              I am paying Rs. 395/- per month.
                              Cable provider is `Sai Cable' in our Sinhgad road area.
                              Last few months I am facing the connectivity problem i.e. bb101.
                              Regarding this I have launched a complaint to customer care last week for 2 times.
                              But they have not responded me.
                              I don't know where to go. Because local service provider is very arrogant and not
                              giving any prompt service. I am very much upset and seriously thinking of switch over to another broadband.
                              My complaints are:
                              1)The local broadband connection is of poor standard and frequently getting problems.
                              2)The `Sai Vision' who is your local cable service engineers are arrogant and late in service.
                              3) Their anti virus `Office Scan' is not deleting any virus it is only scanner.
                              4) I had gone for their new anti virus `F-Secure' but it is not allowing to any internet connection
                              and so I had to uninstall it. My Rs. 83/- per month for this are wasted.
                              5) Their customer care phone service is not having voice clarity. And call attendants are very
                              hopeless they do not take any actions as they say on phone.
                              Can anyone tell me the reasons how Sify had `ISO' certificate?
                              And who says that their `Quality Policy' is `We are committed to provide best-in-class customer care for Sify Customers through world class technology, processes and response mechanisms.'
                              My user id is mahesh_bathija. I am from mumbai. I have similar problems from Sify. Local Service provider ("UIS Internet") is not prompt in solving the problems neither do their engineers (so called engineers) know where exactly the problem is. They don't have any trained personnel. I request someone to take an action against them. Sify Broadband is here to loot the customers.

                                For the last one year I have been suffering due to Sify Mumbai branch office for cheating. I have inested around 75K in their organization and till date I have not been to earn a single paise due to their dirty organization policy (in cheating layman). The details of my complaint is as follows:

                                The details are listed hereunder:-

                                1. I was introduced to your Organization by one Mr. Anil Khandouria, (who was running Sify’s business in the name of RNA Internet, in Mira Road Area, Thane Dist., Maharashtra; and as I understand that he was your earlier associate / Business Partner).

                                2. He in turn introduced me to Ms. Neha of your Mumbai Branch. Ms. Neha visited my residence along with her colleague Mr. Sudip Chowdhury to further pursue the business.

                                3. They briefed me in details about Sify Broadband connection and the mode of operation for setting up new Business Partner.

                                4. They assured me of full support inclusive of marketing, technical support, billing and collection etc.

                                5. Based on their assurance I handed over a cheque for Rs. 65,000/- to Ms. Neha for entering into the contract between me and Sify Broadband.

                                6. I was assured of receiving the contract document within a week. But even after one month there was no response from their side. I therefore visited their office to enquire about the matter. There on my request and demand for the contract, I was given a photocopy of the contract with an assurance of providing me with the original in 10 days time as the contract was to come from the Head Office, Chennai (as per Ms. Neha). Well I believed her and left the office with the photocopy of the contract.

                                7. Thereafter, I was constantly following up with Ms. Neha, as she was the Marketing personnel who had visited me and made me to enter into contract with Sify. (I am not concerned about Ms. Neha’s / other personnel’s association with Mr. Anil Khandouria)

                                8. Now after persistent follow-up from my side for Marketing / Technical support / initial set up / coding / password etc. etc. Ms Neha asked me to contact the Area Manager Mr. Mani Mohan and gave me his contact number.

                                9. On contacting Mr. Mani Mohan and explaining him the situation, he assured me to solve the problem and give all support; he also visited my site along with 4 of his associates and made all types of promises.

                                10. Thereafter, almost after one month I was surprised to notice that 2 Neon Boards in the name of RNA Internet has been put up outside the site. I immediately called Ms. Neha to enquire her as to how come RNA Internet Neon Board is hanging outside my office. On this she replied that this was being done on Mr. Anil Khandouria’s instruction. I questioned her about Mr. Anil Khandouria’s authority on this contract. She replied that probably he might be my partner. I asked her if ever I had said or whether it was mentioned on the contract that I am into partnership with Mr. Anil. She said that it was only presumption.

                                11. Further she said that Mr. Anil is an experienced person in this field and that he is a master in this field and that I should take the advantage of that and work under his guidance.

                                12. This matter I brought to the notice of Mr. Mani Mohan, Area Manger, who assured me of a favourable solution.

                                13. By this time March 2009 had passed. I lost the business due to your personnel’s dirty policy.

                                14. Whenever I try to contact your above mentioned personnel, I am given the reply that they are either in a meeting or on a business tour.

                                15. When you need business, you are available round the clock; once you acquire the money from the business partner, you are not available. (This is what is called white collared dacoits policy).

                                16. After all this failure, I succeed in contacting Mr. Mani Mohan somewhere in mid May, 2009 and kept before him all my problems and further requested him to cancel the contract; for which he asked me to send a mail in that regard. I immediately sent a mail to him and contacted him on phone for his reply to which he said that he was on tour and that he will look in to the matter when he returns back to Mumbai.

                                17. I waited for a long time and after a couple of weeks I again contact him for a solution to which he said that its not so easy to cancel the contract and that he will check for the procedures for the same.

                                18. In the meantime, as almost 6 months had passed away since my investment with your organisation, the above mentioned amount plus office set up including UPS, wiring, furniture etc. which totals to around Rs. 75,000/-. I thought about transferring my contract to one Mr. Mangesh Kambli of A.V. Internet, in the nearby vicinity, who is successfully running your business and is having around 300 customers as of present and who is capable of acquiring more customers as is rapport with everyone is excellent and has got good network and contacts in all levels.

                                19. On this issue I contacted Mr. Mani Mohan and explained him about my above mentioned alternative. On this he demanded Rs. 25,000/- for transferring my contract. Well now you answer me the following based on your personnel’s working mode:

                                 how come Sify had installed the Neon Board in the name of RNA Internet without my concern ?,

                                 how come Sify worked hand-in-glove with Mr. Anil your ex-business partner or your ex-colleague?

                                 during this operation Mr. Mani Mohan was not concerned to ask any transfer money form Mr. Anil or never bothered to inform me / take my concern?,

                                 at this point I would like to notify you that Sify’s personnel had installed the tower and Neon Board not at the address as mentioned in the contract. They had installed it in some other site with the consent of Mr. Anil?,

                                 what about my original contract document?,


                                20. When I came to know about this I enquired with all of your above mentioned personnel regarding this issue; but nobody was in a position to give a reply on this. Since then I am not getting any response from them.

                                21. In fact, I was in Chennai in the month of June; but I could not visit your H.O. regarding this issue as I had gone there for the funeral of my brother-in-law; and it was not the right occasion to discuss the matter.

                                Now I would request you to kindly help me out from this situation. Well I’am concerned with my hard earned money that I have invested in your organization. Please work out a way so that I get back my money.

                                It pains me to mentioned this (not personally but on a business point of issue) to please take a favourable action and help me out / reply me with a positive aid / result in a couple of days.

                                Sify Broadband — Cheating

                                Hi,
                                I had applied for the sify broadband connection in first week of sep 2008 in RakshakNagar phase 1, Kharadi, Pune.The plan was of 449 rs per month.The person named Dholte Sudhir told that for my location no installation charge.I gave him the check of 449 rs same time.They assured that i will get the connection in nest 4 days.But one week passed and didnt get any response from them.Then I called the Sudhir on his cell no [protected] about late.He told me that you have to pay 1200 rs as installation.I reminded that it was said to be free installation.Then he refused to give the connection.Then I asked him to refund my money as i was not interested to get cionnection from such cheaters.But from that time he has been cheating me till today.my request no is SM_NZU9113.

                                sify unlimited — problem with sify account

                                last week i was changed my user account of computer and then deleted the old account when i was take the notice that thier is no sify icon on my desktop for login iwas tried to access on net by internet explorer but i am always getting the error message in network problem.

                                After some time i saw a sify icon on my dektop, then i was tried to login, but I was forgetten my user id and password.

                                Now, but does i have to done now?
                                forget my password and i try so meny time with re set.

Last night i have logedin my account about 9.30 pm and started downloading after 10 pm. and about 1.30 pm is shown that my account is expired due to download. Howeve have paid for unlimited download in the night between 10 pm to 8 am.

                                    The Sify Broadband service in Nellore is horrible. I had many bad experiences with them regarding internet speeds, etc. After paying them Rs. 900 for a 256 kbps speed, the technician only deposited Rs. 400 and gave me a 64 kbps speed. This is only one of the many problems I have faced. The internet service is not uniform and disconnects many times.

                                    Please look into this matter and notify me of the results as soon as possible.

                                      The Sify Broadband and ICC Net Speed customer service is an absolute DISASTER! When you call ICC Netspeed, you're asked to lodge a complaint with Sify; and if you call Sify, they say the complaint will be forwarded so a technician can attend to it ASAP.

                                      As far as I know, ASAP stands for "As soon as possible..", however, for Sify and ICC Net Speed the meaning seems to be a little different! I guess it means "As SLOWLY as possible.." coz they don't generally attend to your complain at once. You have to call and remind them of it time and again.

                                      Oh! And not to forget some of their Customer Service Representatives. They're so unhelpful. God knows why are they even a part of this Service industry! Neither will they help you and nor will they transfer you to someone else who may be able to help you. Ask them for a manager and they say "He's not here.."; ask them to send a technician as soon as they can and the reply you get is "That's not possible.." followed by whatever reason.

                                      Wonder how their office works.. No manager.. No Technician.. Some very rude Customer Service Representatives!!! God help us Customers..

                                      For instance.. I'll tell you one of my experiences with them, my net connection was down for more than half the month (September '09). I called 7 times over a period of one week and spoke to different representatives; after which a technician finally turned up to resolve the issue.

                                      Ah..ah.. If you think that's the end..you're wrong! There's a lot more to the story. The issue was resolved for a couple of hours. The next morning, I had the uninvited BB-101 guest again :( Poor me.. That mean't I would have to call Sify / ICC Net Speed again!

                                      But I guess I didn't have a choice! So I tried my luck again.. Got another complaint number followed by 3 reminder calls. And a technician eventually came and resolved the issue on the 6th day after the complaint was made.

                                      So.. after 2.5 weeks with over a dozen calls made.. my net connection is working again! Don't know for how long though.. All the best to me and all the SIfy / ICC Net Speed customers :)

                                      Yes, ICC guys are not able to answer properly.
                                      They just keep U on hold and chitchat with each other(which U can hear!)
                                      Pathetic people.
                                      Its more than pathetic... its THE WORT INTERNET SERVICE i have ever seen...

                                      My complaint number is "VB20981" and i m trying to reach these people from past 3 days. These suckers keep transferring the call form one person to another, and when i ask them to give the call to the manager they always say that he is in a meeting. I have called them at least 10 times still there is no engineer visit so far.

                                      Prior to this my internet was down for 5 days, I kept calling them day and night still the engineer took bloody 5 days to reach.

                                      ICC Netselect is just HOPELESS.

                                      My advise: "PLEASE DON'T GO FOR ICC NETSPEED" it sucks really sucks. you will regret after getting the connection as this is postpaid and you cannot jus do anything against them.

                                      The bloody number is not available after 6 PM and these guys say that they are always available till 9 PM.

                                      BLOODY LIARS...

                                      I again recommend: Never go for ICC NetSpeed... go only i[censored] want to be really very veyr much frustrated...

                                        Hi All,
                                        Have taken sify broadband connection before one month.
                                        We had paid 1700 rs total.
                                        Form second day we started getting "BB101=unable to reach sify gateway"
                                        Every singleday we need to make many calls to customer care , but they never gave any immediate resolution of this problem.
                                        They engineer visited our place many times, at time being the problem got solved.
                                        But again after some time we face same problem.
                                        We have written many mails to their senior executive , but didnt get any solution to this problem.
                                        Its show how they deal with customers.
                                        Even we have visited to sify broadband office, thr we had a talk with mr sumitro and mr kunal.
                                        They said us they will provide compensation pack.
                                        But compensation pack is also not working.
                                        We have sufferd a lot in terms of loss of our valaubale time , energy, money.
                                        Even we got a call from mr sumitro , he was making laugh of our destiny instead of giving any satisfactory answer.
                                        we have decided to drop our connection & want our money back.

                                        Same over here... Pathetic service from Sify. Completely frustrated and dissatisfied customer of Sify.
                                        Had applied for the connection on 10th August, 2009.I was promised that will get the connection in 2 days... Waited for 1 week and after n number of calls finally got the connection in 2nd week of September(Just to let you know... Got the connection on 12th Sept... But my services were activated from 14th August).
                                        After getting the connection was only able to login 5-6 times. Pathetic customer service and irresponsible vendors. I just lost hope of fixing it...
                                        Then in 1st week of Nov, a technician came to my place and asked me to try connecting as problems were sorted out and now there wont be any problems.
                                        I was able to login... thanks to Sify... lost the connection next day...
                                        Made 3 complaints... Without even calling me or visiting my place techsupport used to close the case as resolved.
                                        Well... the summary is... Paid Rs.1949 for nothing but for frustration... Wasted lot of time and money making calls to them..
                                        Whosoever reads it, please advice people not to opt Sify... I guarantee you... you will be paying for nothing.
