[Resolved]  Sify Mail — login failure

I'm unable to login my sify mail id my mail id is [protected]@sify.com from last 20 days. Plz solve this problem.

I have already lodged complaint in this regard last week but till date it is solve by your side in resulting that I am facing lot of problem & unable to submit my ITR for F/Y 2013-14, Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Credit Card payment & other many transaction along with other many urgent mail due to unable to login problem to sify site.

Hence it is humble request to you kindly rectify it as soon as possible & oblige me.
Pl. intimate me on my sify Id/Mobile No.

I am unable to log in my mail id [protected]@sify.com from last twenty days. I faced this type of problem pls solve this problem.

please be positive if you want to find sify mail. as the sify mail has closed their services on 30th june 2014, but u can still add your sify account merge with gmail account as how you can merge & receive a mail before 30th july 2014

step by step
open account in gmail
go in accounts section in setting
& add your sify account there u will be able to receive the same i have done it thanks god for this.

i cant open my mail's on Account No. "[protected]@sify.com' because no any option are available like 'User name', 'Password' Etc.in Web side sify.com.Pl. Help us urgently or contect us #[protected] & Other e_mail Id. [protected]@rediffmail.com

To access the email for sify id, we are not getting the SIGN IN option in the screen shot.and i have sent an email to customer care eamil id and i have not got any clarification nor rectify.

In my account i have given my email id to bank and friends and others as well. Please help us to reopen an account take our important mails, Hence froth we will cancel the sify account if problems are continued.
