[Resolved]  Sify Mail — login failure

i ranjan ray having id in sifymail ([protected]@sify.com).from yesterday i could not open my account.please take necessary action urgently other wise i will lost a lot of information which i requre most.

my sify account is not enabled what to do???? manthan.[protected]@sify.com.i am not able to login pls help.
