I am using sify mail since last ten years. After getting alert I tried to set up all the process laid down by service provider to transfer all the emails. But was not able to do it and lost all the data. Please give solution. Sanjay gorani

hello, i am from pune, maharashtra, india...i am unable to logon my sify webmail account that is [protected]@sify.com ...and i tried many more times to contact with customer care executive but customer care IVR not placing option to contact with customer care executive. i have my important email data into my sify webmail account. if sify will have been close email system then please i request you (Admin) to give me my email backup...because it is very important for me. sify webmail is very best email system... i request you to dont quit sify...please reply me on my secoundary account that is [protected]@gmail.com...i hope you will admit my feeling and importants...thanking you for proving me better email support...

Ensure to restore the facility provided by you in sify mail and request to direct all my sify mail meant for [protected]@sify.com to "gobindaprasad.[protected]@gmail.com please.
