Dear sir! i m from Aligarh city. I
have sony ericsson
c510 mobile phone(IMEI-[protected]).my
problem is that usb jack is not
working.but charger n
headphone r working properly. So I
was going to ur service centre 5
days ago.they kept my phone and
gave me a receive challan. i asked
him to gave me workorder sheet
but they didnt give me and asked
me that our internet conn. Isnt
working.Today when i went to
service centre to take my
workorder no. then they gave my
phone to me.i have also contact
sony phone support
[protected] they asked me
that i asked head of ser.cen.to
talk with him.But serv.cen. Guy
didnt and told me 'u asked him
that, why do u stop support for service'.
SIR PLEASE HELP ME.
CAN I REPAIR MY MOBILE IN
DEHLI SER.CEN BECAUSE HERE SONY SERVICE IS POOR. IF I DO THN
HOW LONG TIME IT
TAKE.BECAUSE I M LIVE IN
ALIGARH.
PLEASE MUST REPLY.
MY PHONE'S WARRANTY WILL
EXPIRE ON
11 AUG2010.PLZ HELP ME.

compare to sony ericson service cente.. nokia service centre is quit good. Tell to improve sony service centre in Bangalore.

i had problem in my sony ericsson w705 with charging as in all the sony ericsson phones and my navigation key went wrong 3 days after my warranty period of 2 years expired...well that might just be a coincidence but only my navigation keys were damaged to say the main problem.then the laxmi nagar service centre doesnt look any good with its service and its delays ...i have seen that a lot....so i opted for the nehru place one...at first they took my phone asking a week time for repair...then when i got the phone after one week wat i hear is RWR when i asked wats dat...they proudly called return without repair...if that couldnt be repaired why did they took in the first place...are our phones for them to fool around...and since i got my phone back it get off as soon as i turn it on which didnt occur before i left it with them ...so i wanna check if my phone's other parts are intact....cann anybody help or suggest me what i can do for the check and if its their fault how can i go against them ......i am a very loyal supporter of sony ericsson though its got some charging point fault always...but the service doesnt look good

plz help me, i m harjinder singh,i m unsatisfied wid ur service..my workorder no.SE[protected] & complaint no.SES[protected] & REF NO.93324752..I gave my cell to ur service centre and they told me u can receive ur mobile within 2 week but now it has completed 2 month and many times i called them inspite of, they r not giving me right reply..give me detail about my cell..otherwise, i will have to take an action..ur service is not gud.i faced same problem before 3 years.that time also u had done same thing.so pls i can not wait .give me reply as soon as possible...
