Reference to the below mail, as i went to Certfied service center on today for the status.
They have been telling that it takes more 7days to come, service center told that we have raised the orders for Mother board it have sent to Banglore.
Previously on 10/04/2009 was told that it takes 5days for replacement of mother board we have sent it for Madras.
For the above discussion there is no clearity.

Sunil: Then after asked for that the previously mother board which was replaced but the same complaint has been repeated again for this right now u r telling that
Manager: we have sent for Mother board replacement,
Sunil: i asked finally that if the complaint repeated again
Manager: we will replace the mother board once again but we don't go for new mobile replacement
Sunil: Should we rome around u for repair again and again,
Manager: Yaa u should,
Sunil: We have buyed the phone for 8300.00 this is the service providing u.
Manager: Aftrol u have buyed for 8300.00 we are not the slave for u.

This the above conversation had with the manager.

Hence i requesting u to interfere for replacement of New mobile and immediate reply.

I am not yet receveived any communication from your end.
As i went to Service center there not giving any proper reply, if you need any thing u contact to customer care, i need the reply from ur end or if any contact details of the service person with whom to be contacted,
If it is not possible i want letter or mail that the Phone cannot be replaced,
By this i can take the further decision.

Dear madam/sir,

I need the new mobile set, because it an repaired one.
How should i need to believe that the Mother board replaced by service person is a sealed one, because the sealed mobile set mother board stickering is defferent from the replaced one, that which i have observed and not only that, i noticed Low sound while playing the MP3 Player, as for the same complaint i asked for Mr.Durga prasad sevice manager, he replyed me rashily that, what ever the company provides us we gives u replacement not more than that (if company provides Mother board we again replace the same).
As i am facing the problem from the date of buying the mobile,
I need ur kind inferace in this and provide me the New mobile set.

Dear madam/sir,

This is N.Sunil Kumar user of Sony ericsson, Model: F305,
As i am facing the problem with the mobile from the date of sale: 22/02/2009 Buyed at Hot spots Retails limited, G-3, Nagarjuna arcade, Sree colony, Neredmet cross road, Rangareddy (Dist), Hyderabad.
The problem of mobile is Slow process, Hanging problem.
With the above complaint i have gave the mobile in Sony ericsson Certified service center at Patny center, Hyderabad, (AP) on 09/03/2009 Customer Id no: SES08SEC12075. On that day service person had Upgaraded the Software, PBA FLEX, H-H FLEX replaced and after on 16/03/2009 the same problem repeated and Low sound while playing MP3 Player, so they have replaced the Mother board.

Again on today the problem is System hanging, Some times while using the camera in 2Mega Pixel it shows the Photo not available, Low sound while playing MP3 Player, Hanging problem and system processing slow. with this complaint i have given the mobile at Sony ericsson Certified service center 9-1-38/2/1, Flat no No: 126, 1st floor, Above UCO bank, YMCA Complex, SP Road sec-bad-500003. Hyderabad (AP). vide Customer ID no: HYD-SE-167519/0809,

As they are telling that what the Company provides us we are doing thats it, we are not having any rights for new mobile set replacement and they are not giving any reply,

Hence i requesting u to interfere and Replace the New Hand set.
