Sony Ericsson K750i — Deficiency in Services

I purchased a mobile handset, Sony Ericsson K750i on 08/12/2007 under Invoice No.[protected] from Hotspot, Ashok Vihar.

Since the date of its purchase it was giving various problems including display problem and was not working properly though the handset was sparingly used by me because it was a stand-by for me.

I went to the HotSpot centre on[protected]within the validity period of warranty) to request them for repair services. They refused to accept the handset saying that the services can be rendered only from Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre. And, guided me to Kamla Nagar Service centre as there is none in Ashok Vihar or Keshav Puram.

I approached the Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre located at 4/1, Roop nagar, Delhi - 110007 on[protected]. Following is the summary of various interactions at the Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre.

1) Date:[protected]
Nature of complaint: Display problem

Called on 14-10-08 to check status.
called again on 02-11-08 to check status.
Returned on 02-11-08, called them after few hours to say the problem is still the same.
Action taken: sent to service centre for software problem
Present status: Problem persists as it is.

2) Date:[protected]
Nature of complaint: Same problem persists (Display problem), also there is charging problem now.
Action taken: Repaired
Present status:Problem with bluetooth

Called on 08-11-08 to request for immediate help.
called again on 11-11-08 to check status.
called again on 25-11-08 to check status.
Mobile was returned on 24-12-08, called them on 25-12-08 to say that bluetooth is giving problems.

3) Date:[protected]
Nature of complaint:Bluetooth problem
Action taken:Laptop and mobile at service centre for more than 3 hours, failed to test. Said the problem is with the laptop, although also spoke to the laptop service engineer and he was denying the problem in laptop, as it was working fine with my Nokia 6300.
Present status: Bluetooth not fully-functional

4) Date:[protected]
Nature of complaint: Bluetooth not working with laptop ( for internet connectivity)
Action taken: Refused to accept the problem and went on saying that problem is not with the said mobile but with laptop. This is when I had already got the laptop checked once again, as per their advise just to convince them.

Present status: Problem with Bluetooth

5) Date:[protected]
Nature of complaint: Email to Customer Service
Action taken: Auto reply that we will get back. Reference "Case : 72953226" in future interactions.
Present Status: Problem with Bluetooth, no revert.

In more than two months time, the Sony Ericsson Authorised Service Centre failed to give a satisfactory response. Please help to avail the consumer rights and have the mobile replaced as it has taken a long time and failure of the company to repair the handset in such long time period.

Sony Ericsson K750i — WORST SERVICES OF SONY ERICSSON

Dear Sirs

This is regarding my Sony Ericsson Phone K- 750 i Which I purchased on 02nd May 2007.This is Fourth time where I am facing lot of problems with this product. I have submitted this phone for repair in your service centre : Accel Frontline Limited" Nehru Place and it has been one week expired, I haven't received my Handsfree yet.So, I just want to through light on the commitments made by Siny Ericesson"Though Our Phone do not requires any Repairs" which do not satisfies same .I am calling Customer Care and service Centre regularly, but no proper action has been taken yet. It was my big mistake when I purchased Sony Erisccon Product and will not believe in future for same.
The company repute is their customer if they are not satisfied then the service level you are providing is very poor and nobody will believe in you and your products. I do wroks in service Industry (shipping) which is counted in Top 10 specialist in our area due to customer savy and amy complaint leads to a good lession for all o[censored]s. But do not this this is with you also.

Would be very greatful if anybody form your team can assist to help and replace the instrument at earliest.

SONY ERCISSON K750i — Display problem

I had a sony ercisson k750i befor 1 yr...Now i have a problem my display full a blank circle occured... when i ask the shop keeper he told me to change the display it's cost more than 1500rs... Is there any other way to get back... reply as soon as possible
