Sony Ericsson K850i — cell phone suddeny stop working and before that touch buttons was not working properly

Sony Ericsson K850i — carless for giving phone back

I have purchased sony ericsson k850i on[protected].Then cell had gone totaly out of work in 24 days without any reason.then i gave back to salora, Ahmedabad for replacement.they argued for replacing only motherbord.But because of pressure they replaced cell but after 3 months.Till there I was waiting for my cell.then after 15 days it had gone again totaly out of work.Now I want totaly new packated cell.But they are telling we will give.I have gien cell since last month.but till now they r giving me wrong excuses.

I also am 1 of the tortured owner of Sony Ericsson K850i, and guess what, after i browsed the consumer forum i was quickly able to make it out that most of the complaints on K850i is that the phone restarts itself which also is one of the problem with my handset . This actually is a manufacturing deffect which the company was aware off, that being the reason the company had manufactured limited phones and stopped it . Our fight should be against Sony Ericsson . pls reply to me ASAP [protected]@rediffmail.com .

Mobile hanged and doesn't restart again and the mobile is lying at service station from four months
