[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — spare parts not available

i bought a sony ericsson phone and lens is broken.. when i went to their service centre they said since product (Elm) is new parts are not available although product was launch 6-7 months back.. when i tried to contact customer care through e-mails or calls what they told me is to summit the phone but when i went to summit they refuse to take it..they told me to come after 15 days as spare parts are not available.. after that i went there twice but they told me the same thing.. how cud they sold a product if they could not supply its parts?? please help me out..

i have purached sony ericsson model no u100i yari croma rohini sector 3 22 march 2010 now the model not working i have complaint sony ericsson service centre vaishnavi services sector3 he sent my hand set to company 25 may 2010 my comp no 10994 now his responding my complaint then i will contact company give anothr complaint no i will contact more than 15 times company rply parts not avialbe and irrensple rply
I purchased a Sony Ericsson K850i model from KSA. Noe its Keypad and Front Panel was damaged. I search this all areas ar EKM and Jumbo UAE. But i don't get it. So pls give me one solution to purchase this from any where.

Facing the same issue with my Yari phone from Sony ericsson. It is with the service center guys for 25 odd days. The customer care only can utter one sentence: 'Part no available'!

I have a complaint registered with id: 87767420 and sent numerous which received no reply.
Can anyone suggest what can be done to escalate the issue?

Heloo everyone, This is abilash from india.I am using 'sony ericsson k810i mobile phone'.
I like my phone very much.Unfortunately, my mobile phone outer keypad has been damaged and
it is in very bad condition i am unable to operate it.I have visited all sony service center's in my place(Hyderabad) no where i find the original
outer keypad.Every where i go i listen to same single response 'stock not available'.Can anyone
please help me regarding this i want 'sony ericsson k810i' outer keypad in urgent please reply me
