sir, recently i bought a sony w 100i spiro mobile . it has so many problems.i went to service centre and updated software but all the problems are remain stable. i wnt my piece to replace.

Sony Ericsson Mobile — MANY PROBLEMS

I am R.Dhamodaran from trichy.I have bought SONY ERICSSON F305 model on 22/08/09 from UNIVERCELL mobiles in trichy and started to banglore for my exams.From the day when I got my mobile its getting hang off and it gets white display.I am unable to use my mobile continuously for more than five minutes.After completing my exams I returned back to UNIVERCELL mobile shop and reported the problem but they told it was due to software problem and gave it for service on 9/9/09.After a week I got back my mobile.Even though the same problem continued so I reported this to sony ericsson customer care but I couldn’t get proper response.
Within two days I got the same problem and I gave it for service for second time even after that I cant get it in proper working condition so I went to chennai and gave the moblie for service on 22/09/09 and they have replaced some of the parts and also my problem was not solved and I complained in the univercell shop to claim for the replacement and handed over my mobile,after a month they gave back mobile stating that motherboard has been changed and they didn’t provide me the jobsheet of it,and also I cant get solution for my problem and gave the handset again on december and they replaced some of the parts on 28/12/09 and I got the mobile today from the shop.while checking the mobile in the shop itself I got the same problem and reported it to the incharge person in univercell but they are not providing proper solution.
I got new mobile on 22/08/09 from the date of purchase till today my mobile was sent for service for six times.I want to know whats the purpose of getting new mobile and I am highly disappointed for getting this new mobile.I couldn’t use this mobile from the day when I purchased it.
I cannot use this mobile anymore after making service for six times and the problem still continues .So I request you to replace me the handset or allow me to get the some other model in sony ericsson.I believe sony ericsson will do customer satisfaction and I am sure if the mobile shop responds same to all the people then u will loose many customers.Hope to receive positive reply from you soon.Here with I have attached my bill copy and the job sheets so far done,two more job sheets were with the univercell shop itself.

I am A. Sophia from Chennai. I have bought SONY ERICSSON W595 model on 14/05/09 from THE MOBILE STORE in Chennai From the day when I got my mobile it’s getting hang off and it gets running display. I am unable to use my mobile continuously for more than five minutes, no clarity, unstable volume Difficult in charging (Within 5 minutes charge will get down)more reasons. After a long Difficulty again I am back to THE MOBILE STORE and reported the problem but they told it was due to software problem and ask to give in service center. So last Month (January 2010) Visited Sony Ericson Service Center (Venus Perembur Chennai) .After 10 Minutes Itself I got back my mobile get it done. Within a day I got the same problem Even though the same problem continued I reported this to Sony erricson Customer care but I Couldn’t get proper response. Within a day I got the same problem and I gave it for service for second time they didn’t respond me properly they informed they need to change my Mother board Parts & asking amount of Rs 1600 to Replace. Why should I pay for where there is a warranty period? I am sure if they respond same to all the people then u will lose many customers. Hope to receive positive reply from you soon.

Pl don't waste customer valuable time
SONY ERISON PROVIDES VERY VERY POOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS. I NEVER SEEN SUCH A STUPID COMPANY AND PEOPLE.

I ASHAMED TO USE SONY ERICSON YOU PEOPLE ARE PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS AND MAKING THEM FOOLS

SE spiro — s/w problem, switching off, not working

sir, i have purchased a mobile(SE spiro) at 7 months before. its not working properly from the day i have purchased. it has one year guarentee. i have given into sony ericsson service centre so many time..but still i have a problem.. awaiting for your reply..

Sony — sony Spiro mobile

i m purchase a sony mobile spiro February last week 2011. but that is a bad mobile in sony. this is not working properly so many fault are there. and service center is also not repair this model. i m also go to service center so many time but problem does not solved. and service center employees are also not treat a good manner.my contact no. is [protected]
