[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson W660i — Sony Ericsson mobile worst service and quality

I’m Deepak Kumar K S, a customer of your esteemed Phone Sony W660i which I bought from Best buy store in Mysore just two months ago. I had a problem with my hands free and since it is under warranty, I gave it your service centre at Mysore and they replaced Handsfree and socket at first time, and again I faced the same problem when I went to Service center they told that it would take 7-8 working days as there was not stock and their response was very disgusting and not good. I went after 7 days I got same reply that there was no stock. They asked me to call and check if there was stock available. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered in my life. ed up with the local service center. This is second time in just 2 months the same problem is occuring. I feel I have wasted my money and time on a Sony Ericsson handset. I have wasted enormous amount of time, effort, phonecalls into this whole situation and the level of service the world renowned sony ericsson offers is extremely service. This made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, however I did not get any response from them. Now the last option I have is to go to consumer court. I personally suggest not buying this phone. My friends and relatives have same problem with the same phone.

Sony Ericsson: Both Service center’s in Mysore, India response was so irresponsible. Please take necessary actions to avoid such inconveniences to the customers. And when you give the franchise to a other private party please ensure that they are very responsible and wont spoil the Sony Ericsson name.

have a sony laptop and a sony K 750i precious and in both cases under warranty both broke down. it was impossible to have then repaired. my laptop was gone for 4 month, when i got it back nothing was repaired only my datas were gone, sony Uk refused to accept the worldwide warranty on my phone, and each time sony wanted some extra money. i will NEVER buy any sony product because of the bad customer service
Totally agree..service centers in Mysore is pathetic...I had problem with Wi580...even after 3 services, no use. finally purchased a Nokia phone. Never buy sony ericsson mobiles...

Sony Ericson Mobile W660I — no reply from the service centre

I Mr.Sanjay Narang had given my mobile for the repairing purpose on July 27 '09and my phone was under the gauaranty period but still I have not got any kind of a satisfactory reply . Please look into the matter and please let me know the status of my mobile phone
