[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson W710i — bad experience at Salora (sony ericsson service center)

I visited sony Ericsson service center "SALORA" at chennai, nungambakkam, to change the outer panel cover for my mobil. Salora service people where not interested in attending the costomers, they say i have to give the mobil for a day to change the panel. When i asked why one day to change the panel the reply was no service people, I told them give me the panel i will change, then the reply was no time to take panel from stock. I have not experienced such bad experiences from any customer care service center for years And this was my third bad experience from SALORA.

sony ericsson 710i — poor service centers

hi,
i am a student from hyderabad who got a sony ericson 710i a year ago and i have a problem with the rubber which is attached to it on the top.The problem is that the rubber on it got loose and detached. This happened ,5 months after i purchased .I immediately contacted the sony outlet ,they fixed it with a feviquick.after few months i faced the same problem and went to another sony customer care center ,i was told that they could fix it by replacing by another but if feviquick was'nt applied.so please give me some genuine advice.i took it after saving each peny of pocket money.please reply back.

I have bough a new Sony Ericsson w910i mobile on 10th July 18, 2008.With in a week time its start hanging and not able to operate as the error message operation failed. For servicing went to Sony Ericsson Service centre SALORA, they tried installing the software thrice but no go, as they advices me to go Sony Ericsson service centre “ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED” in Greems Road, they are asking my mobile for 3days to track the issue. I don’t know the how long time they need to complete the service.

I’m really fed up of this Sony Ericsson W910i model and the service provider.

The performance of this mobile is very bad. It’s nothing but only stylish.
I bought Sony ericssion G900 mobile on sep 08 and it has a display issue and i gave it for service in SALORA on Nov 3rd week.They said mother board needs to be changed, did the same and got back on Dec 8th. Then i found still there is a problem with the camera so again gave it for servic on 10th Dec 08. Till today[protected] they are saying that waiting for mother borad replacement. I had called them each and everyday asking about the service but there was no proper response from them. I also spoke to their service manager Mr. Sundaramoorthy once and after that he never picks up my call. I have never seen such a irresponsible stupid in this earth. Just now i got a call from them saying that after mother borad replacement the software is not working. The new mother board is not accepting the software.

They keep on telling some scrap stories and now says that he as escalated to his higher officials for any action.

Very very poor response from SALORA. Please don't give your mobile for service there.

sony ericsson W710i — Poor Servicing and Irresponsible,

I handover my mobile to servicing center on[protected] due to display problem. They studied my mobile and they told it is a strip problem and i said ok and i ask the servicing center people for how many days it will take to rectify that problem, they told 7-10 days.

Till now i.e[protected] almost 6 months the problem is not solved and they are telling now it is a mother board problem it wont rectify please take your mobile.

After these many days sonyerricson servicing center people are telling like that.

Please take necessary action and solve my problem atleast replace with another mobile

sony ericsson W710i — Customer service is dead...

I purchased a Mobile phone for my son and out of eleven months the handset has been with the service centre for 5 months and there is no response from Customer service either. The products are of inferior quality and ther is no proper response from customer service personnel. If at all they reply there is no coordination amongst them and they dont know the head and tail of the issue. Management does not take any responsibility whatsoever of the products and customers are duped.
Sony service is worst...
