I purchased an sony erricson mobile from home shop 18 on 4th feb which delivered to me on payement of 14650/-including tips to courior person on 6th febraury and it started giving me problem on 25th of febraury the display was completly out stopped working when i approached sony service center they refused to pick my mobile for service i called to sony they also didnt helped me i called to home shop 18 they too didnt helped me iam helpless and harrassed in this regard i want the mobile be replaced with new or i want my amount back which i paid for this mobile this home shop 18 and sony ericson both seems an cheting company’s they dont care about the customers they sell goods just they need to sell all their defective itmes to peoples and forget it both this companies work in tandem to cheat peoples to sell defective items IMIEA numbers of mobile[protected] invoice numbers c11/2681 ajay retail indiranagar bangalore sony center

Subject:Old Work order number:SE310AMD12840 dated on june 8th.
new work order number:SE310AMD12944 dated on june 11th.
I gave my mobile for service in ACCEL MADURAI on june 8th, but still now didn't get my mobile from them. Kindly tell us the status of our mobile. Customer care executive is also not telling the current status of my mobile. Tell the status as early as possible.

Sony — Defective piece

i buy a xperia mini pro 10 sony mobile which is defective peice and not charge and not at working condition so i call from two days to naaptol , but they are not an response so, i want to go cunsumer court for this apeal.
