Sony India Ltd. — Sony 32" LED TV - NOT working - Service Horrible | |||
SONY 32" LCD (Model 32EX650) has been purchased on 29th Dec 2012 from Reliance Digital, Malakpet, Hyderabad. Delivery and Installation was done in the first week of Jan 2013. Suddenly TV stopped working from 16th Feb 2013. I raised a complaint with Sony and that request has been assigned to Sree Balaji Electronics. Technician came and inspected the TV and confirmed that the Panel has gone bad. Upon their request, I forwarded the Warranty document and Purchase invoice to them. Complaint Number[protected]. It's been 13 days since I registered this complaint. There is absolutely NO response from SONY customer care or Sree Balaji Electronics. After so many followups from my side.. today I came to know that my request for replacement of Television has been DENIED. Please advise me how to go legal.
