Sony — worst service-warranty issue

i called lot of time for same complaint/issue on your service center numbers-[protected],[protected], [protected] however you gays are not interested to make customer, as a civilized person i already complained in SONY service center(c-54, g.floor, sect-02, noida, up, email-jaypeeelectronics.[protected]@gmail.com, ph-[protected],[protected], [protected])for repair of laptop sony vaio model number-vpceb24en/B, after service the laptop, service center staff said to me that your laptop warranty from sony side has been lapsed and your extended warranty of 2 year is in from croma center(ansal plaza knowledge park 1 unit 16, AG21&AG22 greater Noida UP, 0120, 4514600)so you need to contact to croma center.
however the main issue is sony center generated the bill of Rs.18000 which not acceptable, i already dined for that than after they agree for 50 % bill rebate or ask to me take a approval from croma center for FOC service.
please help to resolve my issue on priority its my 1st gentle request.
note-its not 1st time to facing issue with laptop, i am facing last 1.5 year but not get permanent solution.
please take step to resolve, please find supported document on attachment.
otherwise i will go for social media(Facebook, twitter, etc) and write to mail top management
