I have purchased a spice mobile M 5252 from March General Sores Harshwardhan Nagar Bhopal vide Cash memo No 2358 dt[protected]. From purchased a said mobile the set is not working properly. No vioce is hear to calling side. Many times HI have complaint to the company's service centre but no response is given from the company side and I am suffering. Please contact to the company from my side. I have written to the company's Noida office in writing but invan.

Spice mobile M-940n — problem in spice M-940n mobile

I have purchased a new mobile handset; make SPICE, model M-940n. It is a dual SIM mobile handset. For the last two days, I am facing a problem in the set i.e. whenever I press the green (send/receive call) button, a list of last made/received/missed calls should appear on the screen but it is not happening so, instead it is showing EMPTY. This problem has arisen all of a sudden by itself.

Please help me to solve this problem.
