Spice — not able to connect

I am not able to connect my spice S9 mobile to my pc, please tell me how to resolve this problem...

Spice Mobile S-920n — NO REPLACEMENT

I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE MODEL S 920-n FROM RAJAT ASSOCIATES, RENUKOOT BUT AFTER PURCHASING I SUFFER A NETWORK PROBLEM INTO MY MOBILE AND FOR THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL ME PUT YOUR PHONE HERE WE WILL BE CHEACKED AND REPAIR IT AND THAN GIVE BACK TO YOU, AFTER THE REPAIRING I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM .AGAIN I VISIT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISITED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER AFTER THE 3RD TIME I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE TO REPAIR IN SHRI RAM TOWER, HAZARATGANJ, LUCKNOW BUT AGAIN I FACE SAME PROBLEM.I REQUEST THEM TO PLEASE IF ITS NOT CLEARED CHANGE ME THE MOBILE ( REPLACEMENT IN A WARRANTY PERIOD) BUT THEY REPLY WE CAN NOT DO THAT, I VISITED RAJAT ASSOCIATES(FROM WHERE I PURCHASE) THEY REPLY ME THAT IF SERVICE CENTER CAN SEND US REQUEST THAN WE CAN REPLACE THE MOBILE BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVNT SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM NOR CHANGE ME THE MOBILE . REPLY ME WHAT TO DO ?
I bought a Spice S-920 mobile from Mumtajuddin (adjuscent to Lalbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal 10 months earlier. But within this period the battery of the phone has been choked and thus the phone does not working properly, I went to the only one service station of Spice (6, chowrangee lane, adjuscent to the MLA hostel, Kids street) in Kolkata and they told me that at least 15 days are require to change the battery (not to replace). I was surprised that such a company is going on in the 20th century. Every future customer should think the after sell service of the company before buying such a phone.

i bought this gadget in december 2008. this is giving me the connectivity problem with CDMA network from last three months .
my name is nishant and i had perchase s920n on the date of 27-june-08 from BIG BAZZAR, AGRA.
after few i faced a many problem, my mob. was not restarting, but i replaced it from the servise centre.
buu now i faced another problem my mob. creat a beep during the call.
i went to the service centre to repair. but the servise provider told me that put your phone here and come back after one week.
i went here after one week now my mob. had repaired.
but again after few days my mob. FM was not worked.

Spice Mobile Phone D88n — I did not receive my phone service centers misscommitment

I am Sandip Kumar shaw a employee of Reliance Communicationsmy phone no is [protected].I am user of mobile phone spice D-88N I show and depositedit to the service center BILLENIUM SALES SERVICE PVTLTD at 6 Chowringhee Lane, Kolkata-700016 on 04.05.09.Job information number (19704).I gave my remarks of KEYPAID HANG, AUTO OFF & SMS INBOX HANG.They gave Estimate of Rs.1040 for key pad replacement.But still(26.05.09) I did not receive my phone so i am facing a lot of problem. So, I request to please resolve my problem other wise i will have to appeal in counsumer court.

Spice Mobile S 909 — within warranty period compaq service center not taking problem in set

i had purched s909 mobile phone on 20 june 2008 to gift my wief on marriage annivesary . after two month set showed some problem. then service centre had taken the set and after one and half month they return the set and changed the bettry. after this once again mobile shown that problem then i had complend it to the centre and they adviced for change the bettry. that time they refuse to change the bettry because they said bettry warrnty only for six mornth. after that i bought a bettry byt problem had not sloved . mobile was not worked. after that the center had said the set had some problem . again i had submmitted the set and after around one and half month thay changed the set to an old set. that time i objected but they said set would worked well. after two month the set again shown some problem but i was out of station so i had not complaind about it. yesterday i gone for complaind but they refuse to take fulty mobile set. so i came ai your doorstep. please help me.

With reference to the above, I had purchased china made mobile from your shop under one year warranty.

The above mentioned mobile is frequently hanging from the date of purchase I have been giving my mobile to your shop for repairing frequently ( more than 10 times) but your service personnel are solving the problem on temporary basis and again the same problem i face within 24 hours from the time of repairing. Last I had given mobile to your shop on 8.7.2009 and taken back on 24.7.2009 again within 24 hrs the same problem occurs.

Initially, while purchasing mobile in your shop your sales person convinced me more on purchase china mobile instead of branded item, saying that if mobile does not function properly we will replace the same.

Based on your commitment and trusting you, i purchased the same and now i am not satisfied with the said mobile. Therefore i request you to kindly give me the replacement

Also when on net at the link http://www.spice-mobile.com/warranty_onlinecheck.aspx when I was checked the Online Warrenty it displays the message as No Record found.

This mobile shows the IMEI numbers as
1)[protected] (IMEISV:78) and
2)[protected]
for the Spice Mobile M-5252 PC connectivity drivers must be provided by Spice company as Early as possiable.
i will use mob office (internet) in this set. Pl. Provided spise 5252 pc suit urgently.
