i am using m5252 since 6 months but to take the back up of mobile on pc no way is there either u provide pc suite or give any other way or otherwise if at any time the mobile hangs all the information will be deleted.so pls assist me as early as possible.also send me ur toll free customer care number.

I have purchase mobile spice 5252 near about 4 months before but just in 1 month my mobile is not given service in two sim. In my mobile 1 is bsnl & 2 is vodafone sim cards- in bsnl card mobile tower are seen but select networtk are written on screen and in setting i have select manual network but there are not seen cellone. The I have conclusion that my mobile is fail or bsnl network is fail. When I switch off mobile then bsnl mobile are shown in screen and then in only 5 minutes this are gone and select network are seen in screen-
