I got a call from sprite mumbai Tardev office and they take my address and say u have won a nokia Mobile (N72) so send your Documents 1No photo, 1 photo id (pancard / Driving License) & Ration card Xerox I have Send my all document 27th May 09 but after that i hv nt got any msg


so i want to nokia Mobile (N72) whts this

i Purchased a 600 ML bottle of Sprite from Happy Store, Retail venture of Indiabulls Mart Pvt. Ltd

next day I got a call from sprite mumbai Tardev office and they take my address and say u have won the lucky draw they told me that you got a coriar in one month with your gift
but they told that you have to give your id, photo and label no.

but they call me next day so i lost my label (bottle cap)

so i want my gift pls sent it to me fast.

Hi Hassan,

Yes you are right you have to pay Rs. 3551 as taxes and this is for TAXES which is charged by indian government. So today if someone want's to gift you anything he has to spend the money on gift + he has to pay the taxes + courier charges and telephone charges. whether it is this offer or Kon banega crorepati or MTV roadies. (Rule is a rule).

So if you want this gift u have to pay 30% of the whole amount of mobile at taxes which no company will bear on its own part.

But yes there is one problem here why are they sending N73 is a question the phone on display is N78 so you can claim that and every one who is a winner should claim that.

I Purchased a 2 Ltr bottle of Sprite from Chennai Hotpups in Virudhunagar, My bottle no[protected] I sent an SMS of the promo code inside the label to the given SMS centre no 58558, however i got a message in company.but no information i have received

On May of second week I had received call from Coca-Cola office and I was told that I had won a Nokia Mobile. They asked for mailling address and told to to hand over my photo id card along with the proof of sprite lable to the courier service.

About 2 months had past - but no calls from Cola cola. Is this fake promotion with fake calls from a esteem organization.

I got a call from Mr. Durgesh Radar (phone no.[protected], Film Centre, sprite mumbai Tardev office, and he took my address and said that I have won a nokia Mobile (N73) for the crown no[protected] on[protected], so send the singed xerox copy of photo id (pancard / Driving License). I have Send my passport xerox on[protected] through Registred AD Post which received him on[protected]acknowledgement received to me), but after that I have not got any msg. Now nobody is picking this phone 25772538. Sprite Co is playing with the emotions of the people, they are cheating. They should display the results on internet. Sprite Co. person Mr. Durgesh Radar may missuse my withsinged doccuments. Govt. should take strong action on Sprite Co. under IPC-420.

AFTER 2 OR 3 DAYS A CALL FROM COCA COLA COMPANY CAME TO ME AND TOOK ALL MY DETAILS AND INFORMED ME THAT I HAD OWN THE KNIGHT RIDER CAP. THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO KEEP THE LABEL CAREFULLY WITH ME AND THEY WOULD INFORM ME LATER ON. BUT SINCE THEN NO BODY CONTACTED ME. I THINK THE COMPANY CHEATED WITH THE CONSUMERS AND ANNOUNCED THE PRIZES FALSELY. NOW I AM PREPARING TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM ALONG WITH THE LEADING NEWS PAPERS TO REVEAL THE ORIGINAL MOTIVE OF THE COMPANY. CONSUMERS SHOULD REFRAIN FROM BUYING THE PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
