State Bank of India ATM — Non deliver of money from OBC ATM at Basti (UP) and No action against SBI Complaint No : 3518940, dated 21/11/09

Dear Sir,
I have a saving account in SBI branch at BHEL, Khailar Jhansi(UP). On 24/10/09, I have used my ATM Card IN Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM Machine (Opp. Telephone Exchange,Gandhi Nagar, Basti - 272002, ATM Code DA080501 ) to withdraw Rs 10,000 in Basti(UP). But unfortunately, the money could not came out but the amount was deducted from my account.

I talked to SBI and given a written complaint (SBI Complaint No : 3518940, dated 21/11/09) They are saying that O B C says (Just after seeing J P Log) that the transaction was successful and money was delivered and SBI has closed my complaint.
But on the day,after failure, I re-inserted my ATM Card and checked the balance but the money had not came out also I waited for the next man's tranction and no money of Rs 10,000 was delivered.On the same day another person had same type of failure from same ATM machine of Rs 20,000 but he got the refund.
Till now I have wasted more than two months with SBI & OBC and they are making me fool and the result is still ZERO. Kindly look into matter urgently and take necessary action to credit money back to my account.

On 09/09/11, I have used my SBI ATM Card IN Central Bank of India ATM Machine (Opp.
Raipur Station Near Chok to withdraw Rs 5000 . But unfortunately, the money could not came out but the amount was deducted from my account &
On 11/09/11, I have used my SBI ATM Card in Punjab National Bank ATM Tripati Gali Basti (U.P)
to atm withdraw Rs 7020
