[Resolved] State Bank of India — Issue Of Duplicate PAN Card | |
I have applied for a issue of duplicate PAN Card, after losing my Original PAN Card No ABDPV6203A. The application No. is[protected] dt 9/05/2008. I have also complained ONLINE. The complaint nos. are 95122532 & 95121848 on 22/10/2008. Till date I have NOT RECEIVED any reply from the Deptt. Let alone acknowledge the same. CAN YOU HELP ME ? DEAR SIR,MY NAME IS SWATI .DATE OF BIRTH IS 13.08.1984. MY FATHER NAME IS OMPARKASH POONIA. WHILE WORKING IN WIPRO MAY/JUNE 2006, I HAVE GOT PAN CARD FROM YOUR OFFICE . TODAY I TRIED TO FIND IT EVERY WHERE BUT COULDNOT GET IT . I VISITED UR OFFICE THEY ASKED THE PAN NO WHICH I REQUESTED THE DUPLICATE OF. KINDLY VERIFY UR RECORDAND ADVISE ME PAN NO WHICH I HAD GOT IT AT NEW DELHI WIPRO ADDRESS
