my atm card has lost so want to block it.

I am Suman Kumar Choudhary, customer of State Bank of India (Bazar Branch, Pakur, Jharkhand ).
My ATM cum Debit card PIN is locked and so that unable to operate my SBI debit card from any ATM machine.

I have already contacted to Branch for the same but there response is not good.

I am holding a saving A/c in BOI in Chandrapur ( Maharastra) . i have applied for a new pin for ATM card in Dec 2008, i got a intimation letter on 17 th Jan 2009 to collect letter from said bank . I visited several times but of no use .

this is Syed imam from Piler, Chitoor (Dt) Andhra pradesh, iam using atm card it was broken, so i applied new atm card in year of (Nov 2008), i have recived the atm card in month jan 2009, upto now i did nt recive ( pin no). please i have given complaint in my branch office. there is no response .pls accept my complaint...my account no-[protected].my new card is no[protected].
