I HAVE RECIEVED INTERNET BANKING KIT BUT I CAN'T LOGIN MY ACCOUNT NO [protected]. BINESH KUMAR

i shankar mondal unable to login. I am using for the first time, i have try many times to login on onlinesbi.

Recently i got the internet banking kit. I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit. But i got the kit. Still it says invalid username or password.

on login it did not recognise user name as well as password, so please kindly grant me provide best for this problem

my first time login to sbionline with the user name and password given by the SBI shows invalid user name and password, the autherised staff from my branch told me to login after 24hrs of account launch, what is the reason for that, is'nt my account activated? how can i check

My account number is [protected]. I have taken the internet banking kit on 28.09.2013. But still now the username and password given in the kit is invalid. My bank' branch is C.R.Park, new Delhi. This is really humiliating, time consuming and irritating. Previously same thing was happened with me. I want a soultion.

I have activated my internet banking ac.today.I have shown myaccont a and balance and after that I logged out.After some time I have some urgent transition.so I tried to login.but it could not open.I think I have forgotten my user name.how can I get it.please tell me.my internet banking kit no.[protected] and circle code is04.

I tried several times to login but in vain . always displayed invalid username and password

It depends on your branch and efficiency of the person at the desk - if they do not register (all these are a result of that) your kit against your account number in the system its not supposed to work. Most of the time the reason is they forget but don't agree. So best way is try again, and again and again - and ask for a new kit every time with another proof of identity and address. Don't forget your relationship with the person at the desk issuing the kit :-) there is no helpline and no way to complain my friends. I'm planning to go again because We need it and Bank (read the person at desk) is doing a FAVOR.

After typing user ID and Pass ward, there is a error massage but with same user ID and Pass ward sometime I easily log in

Today i received internet banking kit from Branch and when i tried to login its showing that invalid user name and password.
