i have done topup of mobile no [protected] for RS 67/- on 05/06/2012 through mobile banking service of state bank of india, my a/c[protected] as been debited but topup of mobile has not been done. before topup, service is not activate after topup, but message of successful recharge came on mobile no [protected] .other details as under
