[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI ATM card locked

my atm card is blocked card number[protected].
my contact no- [protected]& [protected].

sir my atm card blocked and loss:

further, i have to apply new atm card twice but not received till to date, branch people said to me it comes few days, but i have applied one month before,
actually with in a week or 10 days atm card will be issued, now very late about
I request you to kindly verify and send to me new atm card in my office address:

SBI (ADB) — ATM CARD BLOCKED

I own an account in sbi adb rayagada . I am working in Anakapalle (AP), due to wrong entry of my pin three times my card got blocked. so pls do the needful to activate my card immediately.
