SBI Card — not requested for SBI Card

Not requested for SBI Card as mentioned through SMS on my mobile No. [protected] and have not made any request for the SBI Card and the reference No. SB[protected] is not mine. Please cancell the SBI Card forthwith as some one has make perjury .

Dear sir,
This is N Ganesan from Chennai

I have bounced a cheque of sbi card, and i received a legal notice from them. After that i have paid for the chqeue bounce in DD.
But unfortunately i have received a Summon from The Magistrate court from delhi, stating that to appear in case on 30/07/2008.

Please give me the solution what i have to do further.

SBI — SBI Card

I have an SBI credit card since 2006, I subscribed for E-statement in dec-07 since then I am neither receiving bills through email nor through post/courier. I raised complaint with SBI and differed payment, but I was given a reason that I should make payments based on charge slip. I made an interim payment in march-08, but till date i have not received any bills from SBI.

Isn’t this cheating from the bank? I have mailed several times to cards head, but still no result they have a standard system reply.

They don’t have any focus towards customers, very bad and pathetic service. Now advise me how to claim reimbursement for late payment and interest.

Sir,

I am holder of sbicard wants to request to please sent me monthly statement. I have complained many time on your toll free no, even sent complaint in this complaint form. But since June 2008 I have not received any statement. Your complaint officer told that they will sent the statement on my mail or by post and I will receive it within seven days. The same thing is told me atleast 10 to 15 times, but no statement is been received. I want to cancell my sbicard because of such bad service given by you. I also think to complaint to Consumer Forum about this. How could I make monthly payment. I am paying Rs. 3, 000/- every month since from july but there is not much more difference in my balance. How could I know that what charges you are leving on me.
Please sent me the statement within seven days as I want to discontinue my sbicard and please donot let me to go to consumer forum.

I am Card Holder No [protected]. I am fed up with the behavior of yourself. You people never sent statement. In every month your Premium amount varies, as if it is guided by Share Market. When I had tried over Phone to contact you, they ask me my date of birth. It is 10 th July 1962. When I use it the answer comes sorry it does not match with our record. Unnecessary you people are wasting money on Phone/ SMS. I myself planning to surrender the above Card.

Please update my D.O.B As 10.07.1962 and sent me the latest statement of my account in writing not on vague SMS.
